I love MY UPS Store in Watts Mill! Who loves a shipper? A place to mail boxes? That kind of exciting store?! Me! They are nice nice nice friendly people. They stick out all the questions they hear all the time and even when $130 and $59 are not worth it to get $10 earrings to Norfolk they cheerfully charge me $13 no prob and do I want some postage stamps? Good location and plenty of parking. Staff is helpful. Sometimes the line is long but they help as quick as possible. Usually the slow down is caused by the customer not being prepared. They have added a kiosk to help with returns . I recommend this store. read more

Wow I am so thrilled w Alli my UPs savior today. I went in with 7 containers of Xmas decorations to ship. I arrived at 25 min til store closed and let the individual package people go ahead of me. He was so fast friendly and patient w last minute rush. At ten after 4 when last customer was done he cheerfully started on my 2 boxes and 5 tubs. He checked everyone he secured what I hadn't and put so much care in his job Joking and friendly the whole time He worked 45 min getting me taken care of, I can't emphasize enough how nice it is to find a conscientious employee. It's a UPS store. Currently sitting in an almost empty mall area - since the Hyvee anchor store closed. But they are still there - and still doing a good job. We've had a mailbox there for 15 years. We've never had a problem, though we've also never demanded a lot. Mail delivery, mail pickup, mail dropoff - it has all worked. And as good customers, they continually give us a nice discount when we renew the mailbox. Don't know what else to say - it has all worked. read more

Their self-serve, Amazon package routine continually messed up for me. I will specifically be avoiding this place when returning packages as the machine kept having issues, and the worker clearly was not interested in helping at all even after asked. Would not go there for any Amazon returns, but cannot speak to the rest of their services. read more

Extremely thankful for the people at UPS. Jay was so kind to let me use a phone charger for over a hour after my phone dying left me stranded in an area I wasn't familiar with. There was another worker that was also very friendly, but sadly I didn't get his name. Very kind people. 10/10. read more

I had the unfortunate displeasure of interfacing with the rude, unfriendly, sulky manager with pursed lips (Jay) whose contemptuous tone and gaze made me wonder how he had been promoted to his position. Next to him was a young teenage female employee who was kind and professional in tone, but for some inexplicable reason had donned a sexually suggestive and totally inappropriate-for-work hoodie. There was one kind, polite, professional young male employee at the other register. Unless employees receives additional training to conduct and present themselves professionally and courteously, I won't be visiting again. read more

Very unhappy. Returned 2 identical items to Amazon. They only generated 1 label for both of them (I thought they were going to tape them together since the boxes were long (about 36") and skinny). They must not have because I only received credit for one item returned. I will never go to this location again and would not recommend them. read more

Suppose to be open on Sundays until 4pm. Arrived at 3:45 and the doors were locked, nobody present but cars were in the parking lot.

I have loved doing business here and shipping to Canada UNTIL I had an inexperienced person handle my last package! Due to the lack of experience, it not only took an extra 20+ minutes to process and pay but I now have to pay an additional $35+ for the birthday package to be delivered to my daughter!! While the nice young man on a weekend offered to have it "taken care of" if they were still trying to charge additional money to deliver, the manager offered NOTHING but a sorry for the issues!!! Will now be looking for a new UPS facility!! read more

What irks me about this place is its consistent ways to piss of customers. First time we dealt with this store was when my husband sent his confidential VISA documents to a Canadian consultant and they lost it. Straight up ALL OF HIS DOCUMENTS WERE LOST. And when we called to inquire about it, no one could care less. There was no degree of concern or aid to try and track the package. It was time sensitive, we spent $75 on overnighting the package to the consulate but we weren't even reimbursed...not one penny. Today I went there and was disappointed yet again... I feel like the most incompetent of people work at this location and sadly I gave them a second chance after the first fiasco. Needless to say I won't be going back to this location nor will I be dealing with UPS ever again. USPS and FedEx for me now. read more

This is my Go To store for UPS, and it's also my business mailbox. I like this store, the owner, and the employees. They are friendly and helpful. It's also nice to be able to drop off a USPS package without the long lines at USPS. What more can I say...I've had a box here for multi-years and will continue to do business with this company. I wish there was such 0 star! This store had much bette service when John owned it. The new owner Ayush Panta refuses to answer my calls. On Christmas eve I wanted to open a mailbox and receive deliveries. They asked for 1 piece of ID, then when I arrived said I needed two. After an hour of the worst service they declined the very package I asked if they would accept on Christmas Eve! When they didn't (and yes they were in the store), I called the telephone number on the card and it didn't work! And I emailed the store. NO RESPONSE! My assistant walks in today 12/26 to be told that we can not cancel the service....even though they didn't accept the delivery. The manager, Jeron Ashby, then states that if I take this to small claims, it's frivolous. I'm a small business owner and $140 for a service I didn't receive and won't use. So they won't refund me my $140 and the key was returned...so basically, I won't have access to the service that I'm paying for. read more

I have been coming to this store here for years and was pleasantly surprised with the services in recent visits. Turns out there are new owners and managers who seem to care about the store and the customers. Plus the store looks so much more cleaner and organized. Shipping costs are same as other UPS stores but if you care for service, this location is great!!! Very happy, now only if something went into the empty bldg next door. read more

Used to be my go-to place right in my neighborhood. Not anymore. They wanted to charge me $1.64 to put a piece of tape on my 4"x12" box to ship back to Amazon (with my pre-paid shipping label).
