Why is it that I cannot drop off my packages? I have an Account number but this location still refuses to take my packages. The reason they do not accept my packages? The clerk told me that they do not make money off these packages so they do not ship them and I need to go to the corporate offices 45 minutes away for UPS to ship my package. you guys suck! read more

Make sure to bring your own tape measure because they will increase the dimensions on a package by 3-4 inches in order to overcharge.

Super fast and efficient. Love that they have a notary, know what they're doing, and are helpful. The plexiglass, face shields, masks and gloves is overkill but if that makes them feel better and they're not tyrannical about it towards their customers, I support their efforts. Could not even crack a smile or say hello. Really acted like I was bothering him by using his store.

Took a box in containing an item I was returning to a vendor; it needed the top taped closed and to be shipped with the pre-paid label the vendor had sent me. When the lady asked how she could help, I told her that's what I needed. She rather abruptly admonished me: "You are supposed to have the boxes taped closed BEFORE you come to the UPS Store when using a shipping label." Whaaaaat? I asked: "So you don't tape boxes closed any longer?" As she was telling me she'd go ahead and do it "this time," clearly irritated I had asked her for such a crazy thing, I picked up the box and said "Don't worry about it...I'll take my business to a place that wants it." At that point, a man comes out from the back and says very loudly "Get out of my store you freeloader!!!" So now I'm a freeloader? For asking for a packing service? If adding 15" of tape to a box isn't part of their shipping service (as it has been for 20+ years) why didn't they say "We'd be happy to tape it, but we charge $0.50 for taping a box closed," or some such thing? I drove 3 miles down the road to another UPS Store, and said the exact same words to the lady up front; she happily taped the box closed and shipped it off. I asked her if there was some rule against them taping boxes closed, and she said "of course not...we're a packing and shipping store!" Go somewhere else...don't go to this UPS Store! (By the way, I had been to this store 2-3 times in the past, and received great service, but had never seen the people who were there tonight...my guess is the ownership has changed, and thus the abrupt change in the quality of service.) read more

Just tried to mail a package - asked for USPS shipping - they said it would cost over $300 to get it there by Christmas! for U-S-P-S!! I took my package to the post office - got it sent 2 day mail for $70. DONT SHIP PACKAGES HERE! ITS A SCAM!! read more

The worst customer service. I was contacted by the then manager that I had a recent coming to me, this was in January, when I went in to pick it up I was told only the manager could give it to me, I asked them to have him write the check,and leave it in my mail box, It is now march 12 and I have yet to see mr refund. I have called 5 times and been told the manager or the owner will call me back, I finally spoke to the manager and he told me the owner was too busy because he has 7 other stores. This used to be a great UPS store when Ken owned it and when Patty was the manager, I will never use their services again, horrible customer service, Stay away ! read more

If the store hours on the door read, "open Sat. 9-5" then it should be open when customers come at 11. Yelp even says it is currently "open." However, the front door is locked and there are gates surrounding the desk area. read more

Beware of all the added fees this store associates. They are hidden when looking at your receipt, but the charges are nearly double what a consumer would have paid if they would have just use UPS.com, printed the receipt, and then dropped your package off for a UPS driver to pick up your package. This store is outrageously priced and I would highly suggest to either package yourself or use the post office located off Shaffer Parkway and Ken Caryl. read more
