We were told that because we didn't watch the entire packing process and watch them put on the labels, it's not their problem. We watched them make the boxes, put in the computers and throw the correct label into each one. I didn't know we had to micromanage them to protect ourselves. That would have required going into the back of the store anyway, which is not allowed.

Uneducated staff and owner. As if that weren't enough, the owner shared photos of my husband in a group chat--a bold choice for a business that apparently prides itself on professionalism. Poor training, lack of legal knowledge, and disregard for customer privacy make this an experience I cannot recommend.
