my recent visit presented a mixed bag of positives and negatives. On the positive side, the staff at UPS were notably informative and well-versed in their duties. They answered my queries with clarity and seemed genuinely committed to assisting customers. It was evident that they had a good understanding of the shipping process and were eager to share their knowledge. However, the positive experience took a downturn when inappropriate remarks were made by one of the staff members. While providing information about shipping options, the staff member made a comment that was both unprofessional and unrelated to the transaction at hand. Such remarks have no place in a professional setting and detracted from an otherwise positive interaction. Moreover, the wait time was extended by the staff member's distraction, as they were frequently scrolling through their phone and texting while attending to customers. It's disappointing when employees prioritize personal communication over customer service. Once again this location has failed us. $80 to ship something tiny and lightweight. We said no we don't want to ship it and they wouldn't give it back unless we paid $40 more. Wtf?? They literally held the package hostage and wouldn't give it back even though we didn't approve the transaction. WORST UPS LOCATION EVER. Fraud. Scam!!! read more

I had a need for a temporary address and a box at the ups store was exactly what I needed. The folks that work here are super friendly and efficient. I started going there pre-COVID19 and since then they have taken proper precautions and even turned up the customer service. The box was supposed to be temporary but their service makes it worth the money! They are efficient at getting packages shipped to with a smile. read more

Wnet in other day to get a quote..Guy ( kinda bald on top) gave me a quote for $96.23 for a box..No he did not give me a quote sheet..But is sent message to guy buying contents from me..Went back today to ship..Big line..So went to store on RT 1..The said over $200 to ship..Said he must have measured wrong or something..So went to ANOTHER location just to double check..Said same..So to make a long story short, lost my sale, after buyer did paypal..So gave his money back..NO EXCUSE FOR THIS AT ALL... read more

I visited this store 7/20 & paid for 2 packages next day air delivery by 10:30am. One package got there on time, the second one has not reached its destination yet. I telephoned the store & spoke with Charlie, he said there is nothing they can do once package leaves their store. I told him I wanted a refund on my $36.06 that I paid, he said that's not going to happen. I told him the lady yesterday told me it was guaranteed to be delivered by 10:30 7/21/2020. He said they aren't guaranteeing any deliveries. I will never go back to this store, he gave me an 800# which only gives pre-recorded messages. Horrible service, never again. I'd like to know who owns this store as I feel that they owe me a refund. read more

Customer service was five-stars. While waiting in a short line (six feet apart) I was acknowledged with a nod from Charlie. That started a great experience. I was then delighted to find that my box going to Canada could be shipped at a reasonable price. I had walked out of the USPS because they wanted to charge me almost one hundred dollars (we weighed it at home and thought it'd be 50$) and turns out - with insurance - thr UPS store charges us 57$ and took great care of it even when measuring it. The price felt honest compared to feeling like the former place was overcharging. I did not mention it to the staff at UPS (was still processing how inflated the prices were at the much troubled USPS- someone please help that business) But I did thank them because the "culture" in there was friendly and customer focused. Ethan noticed me looking at a wall of boxes and explained some things t me - Lizzie had smiles to all - and thanks again to Charli - for the customer service - and for laughing at my corny jokes about "what brown can do for you" In closing - all of our boxes are going through the UPS folks because they seem fair/honest and seem to care about our boxes as much as we do! I am in the customer service industry and I take pride in giving great service. I have been coming to this location for over 3 years and have never experienced such great customer service as I did during this visit. Ethan was pleasant and professional. He went out of his was to help the customer before me and apologized to me for having to wait. I don't know who trained him but they need to train the others. I normally cringe when I have to go there because they are usually rude but today I left smiling. read more

No matter how busy they are at UPS Creighton Parkway they always are ready to assist. I get my mail and ship all of my packages thru UPS with no problems. In the past USPS has been a hassle especially with my business packages. At UPS I feel confident that my packages will be safe and on time. read more

Witnessed a customer come in with an Amazon package to return; she had no clue that she was supposed to get the return label from in her email and thought all she had to do was drop package off with NO label and get a refund.
