At least give ppl a couple days notice! Luckily my wife was forgiving and was ok with a gift 3 weeks later. This was very poorly planned out on their part and wasn't near any realm of good customer service. They've lost my trust.

She finally agreed to print mine for me. Once again an even more horrible experience then before. Thanks to her I got what I needed after an hour and double the price.
