The women working there were kind, helpful, sweet. I needed to print 1 page, black and white piece of paper - a label for my package. $3.25 The other locations I've regularly visited have never charge this much - usually it is around the $1/$1.25 mark. I asked them if they'd print my sheet, I should have asked the cost prior to printing. I take ownership for that, and I'm disappointed bc this is such a small way to lose my trust in their location.

Got…read morethrough 6 and ups showed up to pick up the overnight packages and they're only about 100 envelopes that need to be scanned, then a little label is printed and thrown on the envelope so it can be tossed in a box. The cool thing is the only employee is scanning, the UPS employee is putting the label on the envelope and passing the envelope to another UPS employee to throw it in the box right next to them. Wow, I suggested the UPS employee just tackle scanning and label sticking but that was way to hard to comprehend. Soooooo an hour later I got my box out. I'd say poor management is definitely the issue here.

The stamps are getting a little high, but they have fun designs and even a circular option. So I'll keep sending mail until it gets to a 1.00 a letter, then I'll probably join the digital world. Until then I'll go to this PO and enjoy the paper world a little longer.

So if you had any last minute Xmas gifts ( or any other important mail or packages) that would have arrived Dec 23 or Dec 24, without warning they announced they were closed for two weeks with no way of getting your mail or packages. At least give ppl a couple days notice! Luckily my wife was forgiving and was ok with a gift 3 weeks later. This was very poorly planned out on their part and wasn't near any realm of good customer service. They've lost my trust.

Jim understood when I explained because of COVID.California is giving automatic extensions for Cell's since they can't be done on line. Then he offered to mail it for me and even printed out a mailing label. He was going to mail it but I needed a money order and he even suggested a place to get that as well as mail it.
