The best customer service! All of the employees are so kind! They make it feel like a neighborhood store. You're always greeted with a hello, they help you print labels, they have a usps drop off, they tape up your boxes, they learn your name and they always put a smile on your face! Their prices are reasonable and they are honest and hard working. I've seen them with 13 people in line before the holidays,shipping out multiple packages per person, with people being impatient or rude and they were so polite and courteous and just took it on the chin (people please be kinder to those in customer service especially at this place--we know you think you're the most important person in the store but during the holidays and Covid your stress is created by your own making)!!! I've come here about a dozen times (mostly to send something back to Amazon). Each time I've been here I've received prompt, courteous, and excellent customer service. Most of my visits entailed dropping a prepaid package off and being offered a receipt. Most recently I came here for their fax services and the exceptional service continued! It's $2.50 to send a fax and they'll provide a receipt. What prompt me to write a review today was I came in with a stroller and the gentleman in the store took the time to come around the counter and hold the door open for me as I left. read more

Yesterday, I had them box and ship an antique lantern and really old book. They were very nice and helpful. When I confirmed the address with the person I was sending it to, I found I had the wrong address. They had already boxed and shipped the box. The staff here are usually very helpful, but on the last shipping day before Christmas I called ahead and asked when the last next day shipment would be picked up. I was told 3pm. I showed up at 2pm and was told the truck already left. I told the employee they needed to be more accurate when providing information about their pickup times. She proceeded to tell me I should have finished my Christmas shopping earlier. I then asked for her name so I could let her manager know about her behavior. She wasn't wearing a name tag and refused to tell me her name. I took her photo so her manager would know who provided the poor service. She then told me she was going to call the cops on me for taking her photo. I'll be going to the FedEx store on Route 10 from now on. read more

Get your receipt! Waiting for the store to open on time I was 3rd in line, the first customer needed boxes,packing alot of helpl the 1 person there tried to help all at the same time and "he saw my PREPAID label and stating " Dropout for Shipping"! I said yes but DID NOT GET A RECEIPT! 2 weeks later ........the product never made it back to the supplier! Yep I am on the hook! I went there to return a box from amazon. I was told that they would charge me only $1.00 to print a return label in black and white and receive the return. They tried to charge me $4.95 to print a single black and white page... I asked if I can use there public printer myself to print this return label and they refused.
