A lot of empty or limited stock, this is really a warehouse masquerading as a store. Front entryway isn't too convenient (makes you walk around on a ramp, so easier for those with hardship with stairs, but less efficient for others), and the staff was pretty absent other than at the copy center/mail counter and one checkout person that wasn't at the checkout but in the process of reprocessing returned items out of a box, I think, onto the local area shelves. Prices were ok, online has better inventory. Good print shop services, though. read more

i knew i shouldn't have come here again; rude person at register; didn't even try to assist in possibly getting refund or replacement of $90 toner that had only been used a few times and leaking magenta ink onto the printouts; she just suggested recycling it cuz Staples would require entire order to be returned; she was wrong! went to order and able to return the defective one and get replacement ; i said I would never come back to this location and now I mean it! read more

I had an emergency whereas I had to print and email forms to send to a hospital ASAP. I had very limited time to get the paperwork to the hospital as it was near store closing time. Of course I was frazzled because I was under the gun - but I had a very helpful man named Shameek who not only was sympathetic to my problem but was determined to help. Shameek was patient, kind and definitely a customer oriented employee. He made sure I got my paperwork out in time. Mission accomplished! Chris and Pedro at the copy and print center are super stars! My fiancé and I purchased custom wedding invitations online and needed help printing them. Turns out the measurements made it difficult to cut and would pixelate our invitations. For 3 days we were super frustrated, but we kept working on it until Chris was able to figure it out! They saved us so much time in cutting and attempting to reformat our invitations. When we were finally called to pick them up, they were so beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. Website says open on Sunday till 7:00pm I called at 5:55 to make sure they answered and confirmed hours. Glad I did they said, we close in 5 mins - silence. Hmm - could have responded with I am sorry that the website is not updated I will make sure that it is addressed. I right way and wrong way to respond. Not enough staff, printing systems were down and there was not much help to get in result. I expected more due to the location.

Was supposed to open at 8:05, but was not open. Needed something before meeting. People walking around staying as far from doors as possible. At 8:05 they finally came and could not open because doors jammed. The point is that someone should be at that door at 7:58 and ready to open. It is insulting when people stay away from door knowing there is a line because they don't want to interact. Last time I go to this staples. I have been eager all day to write this review, because it seems like a rarity these days to encounter truly EXCELLENT customer service - and that's exactly what received at Staples in Morristown. After the passing of my grandmother, we were on a very short time-frame to create and print a program for her funeral. Obviously it was a very hard time for our family and on top of being emotional, we were overwhelmed with the more menial tasks of putting together a wake and funeral service that would make my grandmother proud. It was about 8:00pm on a Monday night - less than 48 hours from when we needed 125 copies of a somewhat complex, full-color program. I called Staples to ask if they'd be able to fill the request and what their time estimate might be. I was so lucky to have Chris answer the phone; from the beginning to the end of the process (which took a mere 12 hours - 7 of which I was asleep!) he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I can't even call it work - he anticipated my questions before I could even ask, responded to my after-hours emails and phone calls, and had a beautiful finished product ready for me by 10:00am the very next day. The first thing he did was offer his sincere condolences on our loss. He even accommodated a *very* last minute revision to the program without a hitch. Much smaller than the typical big-box Staples but still has a solid selection of pens, computer paper, cheap office furniture, printers, and even tech supplies like memory sticks, disk drives and home routers. This location by the train station is incredibly convenient for us Morristown residents who prefer not to drive to that parking lot known as Route 10. Nearly always some kind of deal on printer paper, sometimes an instant rebate (yay), other times a mail-in rebate (boo). I've only used the copy center once, it was fine. They'll look up your staples membership number from your phone number, and sometime even dig up a coupon for you that way. read more

This is the worst Staples I have ever been too. I've been going to various Staples locations quite frequently over the last several years for various purchases including printing services. I usually have a great experience and the customer service is generally great, but this location is absolutely horrible. Several months ago I came here to print 2 custom sized photos for my new apartment. We had to redo the prints multiples times and the overall process took nearly two hours. I even left to go grab a bite of food nearby and came back and they weren't done. Each time the quality of the photo was grainy (despite taking the photos with a pretty good quality camera) and the sizing was off. I eventually left to print my photos elsewhere and had no issues. I'm not sure why there was a problem in the first place. Today I went to print some documents on custom paper. I bought the custom paper at this location and then went to the printing station to make my copies. I tried asking the employee at the printing station for help to load the paper into the right part and she told me that the printers no longer accept the paper that I just spent $25 on. I asked her if she can print it on one of the other printers and she told me that I would have to go home, submit an order online, and pick it up whenever I get a message that it's ready. This is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of. Every other location I have been to for printing services will have their employees bend over backwards to make sure my copies come out right, yet at this location the employees just sit in their chairs telling people to go home. Other than that, the rest of the store looks run down and half of the products that I looked at were open and picked at. Moving forward, I will make a conscious effort to avoid this location and travel further to get some decent service. read more

Walked in to get 100 copies front and back of a pdf on a USB. Color self-service machine was broken. Luckily they had a black and white one that worked so I tried that. The mediocre machine was incapable of doing all of those printing specs at one time so I did what I normally do when a machine can't do what I need it to- I patiently waited for the guy who worked in the printing service department who was working on something. I explained to him what I needed and why I needed his help and instead got an answer of "I can't help you for another 48 hours." What kind of a rude answer is that? He said they were so backed up with online orders that he refused to help me while I was standing in front of him! I've worked in retail before and have always known to drop anything I'm doing to help a customer physically in front of me asking for my assistance. Otherwise, what the heck is the point of me being there?! I made this point and he still refused to help and kept giving me the most rude answers. I called for the manager and got the same response, which is baffling. I will NEVER be returning to this store, even to pick up office supplies. My business is going elsewhere. read more

The place is clean. Cellphone guy is a creeper. Copy center is every nice and they cater to your needs. If something is messed up they'll fix it asap. Other then that, it's a staples. But the people are nice. read more

I requested this branch to have invoices printed from my company.They advised it would take 7-10 business days.After 2 weeks I contacted the branch (Chris) and was advised they would get back to me .Two days later I called again and Chris advised he would look into the status and call me back Two days later I called again and was advised by Chris he would contact me back yet again.He called to advise after nearly 3 weeks they were not able to do the print job. I had the nicest experience at Staples this morning and now know it will be my go to Staples. I arrived right after they opened at 8 AM and asked if it was possible to wait for reports to be bound. The manager, Sameer Patel said it was not a problem and by the time I got a cup of coffee, bought more items in Staples, it was done. Last week, I had called two other Staples and they could not give me a timeframe for getting it done and my tax ID was an issue. None of those problems at the Morristown Staples. read more

Came to this store after a less than stellar experience at another local Staples. The print and copy department was fantastic about getting my poster printed and mounted within a couple of hours to meet my rushed deadline. If the other departments operate as well as Print/copy, which I am inclined to believe that they do, this is hands down your best option in the area. read more
