STOLEN iPhone and Apple Watch, Empty Box at UPS Store. I bought a new iPhone and Apple Watch online from T-Mobile and had them shipped via UPS to this UPS Store for pickup. The tracking said it arrived, so I went there excited. The employee checked my info, had me sign on the screen, and gave me the package. I noticed the box felt suspiciously light. I opened it right there in the store. It was empty. No phone. No watch. Just crumpled packing material. The box looked tampered with and resealed with cheap clear tape, not proper shipping seals. I told the staff right away. They just shrugged and said they only hand out what they get. They offered no help or action. It's obvious someone along the line - either the UPS driver or a UPS Store employee - stole my devices and tried to cover it up with a sloppy reseal job. This isn't just incompetence; it feels like straight-up theft facilitated by a broken system. Now I'm stuck with: * Back-and-forth talks between T-Mobile (who blames UPS) and UPS (who blames T-Mobile). * Lots of wasted time and frustration. T-Mobile and UPS, this is not okay. Why no better security for expensive shipments? Like tamper-evident packaging or more employee checks? Warning to others: Don't ship phones through T-Mobile and UPS to a pickup spot. Ask for direct delivery to your address with a signature, or buy in a store. This ruined my trust. I'll go elsewhere now. Do better, or lose more customers. read more

Don't go to this UPS store. The employees are rude and do not understand the meaning of customers service. We went into the store at 615pm to ship 4 boxes, we were told oh sorry our system is down. The lady there was already starting to pull the security screen closed. The store doesn't close until 630pm. It was quite evident that the two employees there did not want to help us, they were ready to close up. We left and went to UPS on Hamner, excellent service, no complaints whatsoever. read more

This is ridiculous. They are basically stealing from me at this point. It's October and they lost my package in March of this year. They have refused to refund my money, they have refused to pay the insurance claim, they stopped reaching out, and are blaming the system for me not getting my refund. This is a privately owned store, which means I don't have a lot of corporate resource, and I would recommend that you never use this particular location and more importantly, too many own stores. It's a shame that I'm gonna have to go to court in order to get my refund. Bad business, bad business model, poor customer support. read more

This is a great place for mail service. What's cool is if you don't want to have your package delivered via UPS to your door they will drop it off here and you can pick it up here as long as you register with the store. No cost involved! Customer service is always done with a smile and the owner, Spiro, is a really nice guy! I highly recommend this place. read more

I've been doing business here for several years and the employees are very nice and professional. However, with this hot weather, I have gone there and the temperature are in the 90's in there. I feel so bad for the employees working in this hot box and don't understand how the owner could have them working in these conditions. They have a window with no tint and the sun is blaring 100+ heat rays at them.... along with the customers. If things don't change, I will be taking my business to the UPS by COSTCO. Horrible experience! Making a copy of something should be easy, correct? Just print and put on a sheet of paper & make multiple copies. Well for some reason "Marily" managed to erase parts of my copies.. I came in to get my digital document invite to get printed. When I received my invites. I saw that the name was completely gone on every invite. The biggest wording in the whole invite was gone.. now I can only imagine what they do with packages if they cannot get a simple invite correct. read more

I was happy that they could help me with my printer wasn't working. I needed ink, a never ending battle. However, I was not thrilled to learn that I would Have to pay $3.65 for five sheets of paper black-and-white. Apparently it's $.22 per sheet but they charge you a three dollar fee for using the computer. I don't know why the printer does not have an option just to use the USB directly. I was on the printer for perhaps one single minute. This left me with a bad feeling about the whole experience. read more

I called about shred services on a Friday afternoon. The gentleman quoted me their $.99 a pound rate and then advised me that if I went the next day, Saturday, I could save some money as they offered $.50 service (50% off). I made a special Saturday trip into the office to grab my shred & went over only to be told that they adjusted their prices THAT MORNING and would not honor the price I was given the day before. While the price they charged me for the 'discount Saturday' ($.75 a pound/Saturdays) was still better than a neighboring store who wanted $1.99/lb, I was still affronted that they wouldn't honor the $.50 as they had no notification to most of their employees until the day it occurred. (The woman I spoke to said they weren't advised until that morning of the change.) The weekday rate of $.99 also increased to over a $1 but I can't remember what it was increased to.) The store itself seemed to be decent. I like The UPS Stores in general and realize they are franchised. read more

I've been a customer for about 9 years and they've been great. Never had a problem; always courteous & professional. Even when some really horrible impatient people walk in demanding attention, the UPS Store team always seems to try to help against the barrage of bad attitudes. I needed a new box and the employee sized my item and tried to see if my item could fit into the cheaper box first but then gave me the next beat thing. Don't listen to the negative reviews! The store is owned by a personable man named Spiro who will work with you. They completed my printing within a couple of days and provided an excellent service. I went in to the UPS store to drop off a package and on a limb asked about their pricing for printing. Spiro and his team helped me print several items for my wedding. They provided me with several options for color, card stock, and font. The team responded quickly to emails. I needed the printing done within a several days because my wedding was on a Saturday. They made sure to provide me with the special details I needed to make our day perfect. read more

Hi, First off, let me express that I have been a loyal client of UPS and have always had an amazing experience with this company. It's extremely rare that I have ever had a late package or a problem. Also, I have worked at Amazon.com and collaborated with UPS on many customer needs. Now, I am on the receiving end of a problem. I recently ordered at right after Christmas, at midnight 12/26, and selected 3 Day Select shipping. The original ETA was 12/31 on New Years Eve. While keeping up to date with the tracking information, I saw on 12/28 my package was in Ontario, CA, only 15-20 mins from me in Chino Hills. It was expected to arrive End of Day. However, my package did not arrive. I checked on the status and now my ETA is on Wednesday, 01/2/2019! I called customer service and the lady was rude and attempted talk over me and would not give me her name. I was very nice, and presented the facts. She didn't even know if you all delivered on Saturdays (which you do) or on New Years Eve (which you do, it is a Monday and your 2018 End of Year Season schedule says so) but at some point she just quit talking altogether. I can understand delivering on New Year's Eve even if your driver missed his deliver that day, but to arrive on Wednesday?! What is the point of ordering a gift a week early and paying for 3 Day Select? I want my money back! No WONDER everyone hates the Ontario location. Every person I read who expected to receive their package on Friday End of Day received their stuff a week late! Get it together guys. read more

Very poor customer service. Closes early on the Saturday after thanksgiving, No notice to customers. Holds the mail for not renewing contract, charges late fee - never put a renewal notice out. Have had the box for 4+ years. Will be changing mail service...sad and angry. read more
