Worst Experience. I've worked in shipping for 3 years. I've shipped to family out of state and for my husband deployments. I'm not a rookie shipper with UPS, USPS, FEDEX. I went to ship a box. I gave her the ship to/from addresses, phone number. Got the cost of shipping and delivery status. All I needed now was to have the box filled because I had free space. The lady asked me what's in my box. I said a box within a box. It's a birthday gift. I daid I couldn't find a smaller box. She asked a lot questions: is your box, fragile, food, liquid, battery, electronics, I said no. Questions are fine, use to it when shipping at the post office. She then proceeded to open my box up, and she went through it, took a look, inside my box. Which I felt violated my privacy. Never had I had anyone go into my box. She wasnt filling it and didnt say anything in regards to having it filled. She printed a weird paper and asked me to sign it. I said no. I've never had to sign anything when shipping with the post office or any other carrier last year and this year at the post office or other shipping franchises. I told them I have shipped here before and was not forced to sign something in order to ship. It felt uncomfotable. They said its policy and I told them I shipped 3 times here in the last few months and was not made to sign this weird document. They made me feel uncomfortable. I left. I went and shipped elsewhere. read more

They want to nickle and dime your for every little thing. I went to drop off an Amazon return and the instructions clearly say it does not need to be boxed but the employee kept arguing with me and telling me I need to pay for a box. On top of that they want to charge you for putting a piece of tape and if a label needs to be covered with a blank label they want to charge for that. I mean really you want me to pay $1 on my credit card so you can make some change? I always have the worst experience coming here. read more

I ordered bath and body works and at the time I was super excited. Unfortunately the delivered to the wrong building. I know this because I was out on my patio when they came. Now I'm out of product and also the 80.00 I spent for the product plus delivery charges. Plus I have to wait for a claim process I'm done next time I'll go to the mall. I'm so upset. read more

Terrible customer service! I went there Saturday to return an item off of amazon and they charged me almost $3 just to print the label! Not to mention the attitude she gave me when she saw the package itself and said "oh you're going to send the package like this." Will not be returning. read more

Small store that is always cluttered with boxes in front of the P.O Boxes. I've shipped many items from this store and most go out well other then the less then enthusiastic office staff they have working there. Recently I had an issue with dropping off a package to be delivered and it was never scanned and ended up never showing up again. I called multiple times to address the issue and no one ever seemed to care and just kept saying "I'm sure it will show up" which it never did. Organization seems to be a reoccurring issue at this establishment that desperately needs to be fixed. read more

I live nearby and have used this place when it came to Amazon returns and using the UPS portion to send out items. This place is HORRIBLE at actually sending out the items for UPS. I sent out an item Monday before noon and it's now Wednesday and it cannot be tracked and my refund is on hold because they do not actually send out the items through UPS. I had stopped using this place for the reason and started going to the UPS in Eastvale for this reason and decided that it was on my way and since it was the closest I'd try it again. Nope, worst decision I made. They once again can't seem to find my 5 packages that I sent because they can't be tracked. It's annoying that other UPS stores can have it together and this one seems to be backed up ALWAYS. With Amazon I typically see my refund started within hours of dropping off the item but never when I've dropped off in the past at this particular location. Consumer BEWARE of crappy shipping from this location. read more

Clerk was on his phone the whole time. I was going to purchase envelopes for items i usually ship and have them shipped through ups. The guy didnt seem to care, and was scrolling through his cell phone. No eye contact and lack of knowledge. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

They have no problem allowing scummy, boiler-room operations conducting unregistered debt collection practices out of their offices and covering up for them. JR Group in A-137 uses their "Suite" to conduct 'business' without proper registration, licensure, etc and the UPS store is happy to run interference for them rather than contact the authorities. When I called them they informed me they could care less what kind of operations ran out of their store. "If its illegal, they will get in trouble by someone. We are not the cops." I needed to get something out overnight and my life practically depended on it. I've been here a few times and Azzaz is always a pleasure to work with. He's always very courteous, genuine, and fun to talk to. It never feels awkward and he also works very fast. He went above and beyond for me and saved my life. I drive out of my way to come here because I trust my packages will get there, on time, reliably. I don't usually care to write reviews for places like this but I had to this time. I want to take the time out and give props to the workers at the UPS store here. I have the pleasure of picking up the packages there, and one thing I always notice is Yiota, Marissa, and Azzaz with good attitudes and always willing to help someone when needed. I usually come to this UPS store to mail out packages and letters, but if there was another UPS in my area I would FORSURE go to another one. This UPS's employees are the worst. Every time I come in they give nothing but attitude. There was a lady today that saw me walk in and made me stand there for a couple minutes while she did nothing. Then all of a sudden she said "can i help you?" in the rudest tone. I just needed to mail out a card, but when she reached out to grab it she did not even look at me once. Friendly staff and very helpful. I come in to this place about once a week to ship items to Canada. Every time I come in I am greeted by friendly staff and they help me out with everything I need. This place can get pretty busy sometimes but they are quick to help people and get them out of the store. read more

Horrible customer service. I called to ask a few questions in regards to a package of mine that was held. The employee I spoke to continuously interrupted me whenever I tried to speak. At the end the employee hung and I was not able to ask a single question. Nor did she give me any relevant or valuable information either. Helpful tip if you want to help customers, allow them to speak so you can actually have a chance of assisting them. read more

Customer service was mediocre. .....the poor review is for the cost of services. I came in and made 35 copies. They charge 18 cents a copy plus tax so 20 cents each. Then I tried using the machine and they said they don't use it and they could do it behind the counter. ....then tacked on a 3 dollar service charge for this and for me printing one page. I paid a total of 10 dollars. What a rip off! Never going back. read more

Ontario location on Archibald and Riverside Drive is absolutely horrible. They could care less about customer service. I own a local business and need shipping service 3-4 times a week. I avoid this location and would rather drive further in order to efficiently have my products shipped. I would never have employees working for me who just didn't care. read more

Just went there for a notary and they do not have one present. Apparently "they are on vacation." I drove a good deal to get this advertised service and they couldn't provide it. They even have a big sign in their window advertising notary. Very disappointed. read more

Came in to ship my granddaughters birthday present and a young lady named sammy helps me. She shows me some of the really cute boxes they have there. I ended up picking one that had pretty flowers on it. Sammy was very helpful and great service. I was in and out very fast. I will be returning. read more
