Since the new owner took over, the level of professionalism and reliability has changed dramatically. My last three visits in November were all problematic. On one morning, the owner arrived about eight minutes late, and another customer was waiting with me. On the other two mornings, I arrived at 9:00 AM (their posted opening time) and the store was still closed at around 9:12 AM. I never saw the owner arrive on those days, and I eventually had to leave because I couldn't wait indefinitely. I have photos documenting these late openings. These late openings were not isolated mistakes. They formed a clear pattern over multiple visits. After failing to pick up my mail during these three visits, I stopped going in person because I could no longer trust that the business would open at its posted hours. Because of these repeated delays, I asked the new owner to confirm a 9 AM pickup time for my remaining mail. I wasn't asking for anything outside their posted business hours. I even gave a wide range of possible days. Despite that, my messages were ignored for two full business days, even though I replied within a couple of hours during their business hours. When I finally received a response, it was a single word "Monday" with no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the previous delays or missed openings. The communication was consistently cold, minimal, and unprofessional. Update: I went in on 1/26/2026 to pick up my remaining mail. The owner arrived at 8:58 AM, and I was finally able to collect everything. I asked for a one‑month refund because I was unable to access my mailbox on two separate mornings in November. I waited until around 9:10-9:12 AM both times, and the store never opened while I was there. When I requested a refund, the owner responded by saying, "I called you," even though I never spoke with her. Regardless of whether she called, the issue was that I physically showed up during posted business hours and could not access the mailbox I was paying for. The time I lost waiting outside cannot be recovered, and her response showed no understanding of that point. This experience is completely different from the reliable service I received for years under the previous owners. After 8-9 years as a customer, I ultimately decided to cancel my account because the service under the new ownership no longer meets basic expectations. Everything in this review is based on my actual experience, with photos and message timestamps to support it. I also want to note that the current 4.6 rating on Yelp was built over many years by the previous owners, George and Kay, who were consistently reliable and professional. My recent experience reflects the new ownership, not the service that earned those earlier reviews.

First she explained what I must do. Then when we realized that I would need a degree in quantum physics to follow all the steps Lauren stepped up, and the rest is history. I held my phone while she pressed this and deleted that and displayed her talent of knowing exactly what needed to happen. Architectural Mailboxes refused to replace it and Nick, The Mailbox Man did not respond to me. Not knowing my recourse, I went online and found Mailboxes R Us which is part of Hillcrest Construction located in Orange. The company installs mailboxes throughout the area for large builders and individual homeowners and is a vendor for Architectural Mailboxes; maker of the Oasis 360. I explained the situation to Bryan MacMurtie of Hillcrest in the hopes he could direct me to where I could get the matter resolved. Without hesitation, Bryan agreed to replace my mailbox at no charge! Honoring the product and installation of another company is an amazing gesture. I found that Hillcrest would have charged me less than what I paid Nick, The Mailbox Man for the mailbox and installation. Also when Mailboxes R Us replaced my mailbox the installer noted that the original post installed by The Mailbox Man was done incorrectly which they fixed.

I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! Printed. I designed them on Canva, but needed them printed (like real trading cards). I called Z and from the first phone call, he was pleasantly helpful. After a couple of back and forth emails, he had them off to print. I picked up within a week of our first conversation and was blown away at the final product. Exceeding my expectations, truly. Z was able to help me make each of our 12 players their own card, which I then packaged as a team set and gave each player within a homemade/DIY sleeve. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. This UPS refused my package for some fake reason and then stole items out of it. I will be contacting the police to file a report and will never use UPS again. The employee who opened and stole from me needs to be held accountable. Response to "business manager" who deleted his response after seeing mine claiming my package was opened and returned with contents missing accusing me of shipping a package that "reeked of marijuana": You are a liar, there is absolutely no way my package reeked of marijuana. It's unfortunate that you have no morals. You/your employees and I both know that. How low-class are you and your employees that you allow/partake in theft? I contacted corporate UPS and the UPS security team to report this incident and there are NO notes left on why my package was returned, I wonder why! You and your employee's lives must suck so bad that you have to steal from customers. And if you're being sincere then why are your employees allowed to just claim a package smells...so they can steal contents? How selfish are you that you allow theft of a hard-working person's stuff to occur and not care? Seems like you were in on this one, TJ. Let's see some proof of your accusations, I have proof of what I shipped. Worst UPS store. I used this location to ship a package and the recipient instantly called me upon receiving it and an item was missing out of the package. My package also looked to be re-taped when I video chatted the recipient to take a look. I ship hundreds of packages a year and have never had this occur with my usual UPS stores. Would never use this location again. Filing a claim with UPS is pretty much impossible as well. read more

When I arrived, store was busy, approx 5-7 people ahead of me. Two associates on duty. As I waited, was able to observe they were friendly, helpful & professional. Macy was associate who helped me. Considering the busyness, she welcomed me with a smile, was pleasant & didn't rush me or become impatient when I didn't have my info ready. Instead, took time to suggest how to find it. They instructed me that they will have their live scan equipment soon but were very thorough with the notary. The gentleman typed up my attachment form rather than hand writing it to make it neater. A few months ago, they finally created a separate line for Amazon returns, which is nice for the occasional time I actually do want to buy something. Staples is not inexpensive, and I could probably find things on Amazon for less, but you pay for the convenience of being to able to actually see what you're buying. I purchased my last few chair mats here, as well as my printer paper, which I usually have delivered so I don't have to carry it or load it into my car. Their text message deals are actually pretty good if you pay attention. The people who work there are nice enough, though one guy swore they didn't make what I was looking for, even though I had bought one there years ago. I simply waited a couple of weeks, and it turns out it was just out of stock.

During that entire time, the return line barely moved while every customer who entered the purchase line was consistently served before those of us waiting to make returns. As both the purchase and return lines continued to grow, I asked the cashier if additional assistance could be called because it was clear that one employee could not keep up with the volume of customers. She informed me that she was the only employee available. While I understand that staffing shortages can happen and I appreciate that she was doing the best she could under the circumstances, the current system is clearly inefficient and unfair. After waiting for 30 minutes with no meaningful progress in the return line, I ultimately had no choice but to leave the store without even being able to return my package. It was extremely frustrating to spend that much time waiting only to walk away without accomplishing the reason I came to the store. Whether that means scheduling additional staff during busy periods, providing dedicated coverage for Amazon returns when possible, or implementing a fairer queue management system, the current process is not working.
