This is the charge to print a label to ship UPS. Apparently, this store charges to print the damn label on the package.

I recently decided to change up my constant weekly pattern in order to stray from my mundane existence and, my god, has this particular UPS store helped. I first entered the store in an attempt to avoid the creepy, mustard colored blouse wearing woman that works at my regular location. I was pleasantly surprised to come to know that I got much more than that. The service at this particular UPS store was incredible, I often liken it to the service of the flight attendants of Air Force one. The mailbox service is very convenient and I love the fact that there is a real physical address. Overall I am completely smitten with this new UPS store, and will continue to frequent it for the rest of my days. read more

I go to this UPS store all the time. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I ship a package, they let me know all my options, and what would work best for me. If I have questions they take the time to answer them until they feel I'm satisfied. I never feel rushed whenever I'm getting any kind of service. It's like a small family that cares about any service they offer. I will continue to go there and recommend any of my friends to do the same! read more

This location can't be bother with printing 3 pages from your USB drive. They will tell you to use their desktop printer and charger you $2.00 minimum to use it. When you tell them that's a little ridiculous they just tell you to take it up with the store owner Dan. Really disappointed in their customer service. read more

I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I would not recommend this company…read more I made an appointment through Yelp and scheduled my vehicle for window tinting on a Friday at 10:00 a.m. I was originally told the job would take only a couple of hours, and my plan was to wait for the vehicle. When I arrived, I was informed they were running behind and that the car would likely be ready around 3:00 p.m. They told me they would call about 30 minutes before pickup. By 3:00 p.m., I still hadn't heard anything, so I called them myself. I was then told the car would be ready in about 30 minutes. I headed over and picked it up. When I got home, I noticed they had removed my dash camera in order to install the tint, which is understandable. However, they did not properly remove the adhesive stickers associated with the camera. On one side, it appears they cut the tint around the sticker, leaving the edge of the tint lifted. On the other side, they applied the tint partially over the sticker. Now, if I want to properly remove the sticker and reinstall everything correctly, I would have to risk lifting or damaging the tint. This is something that should have been addressed during installation. The passenger side looked fine, but the work around the dash camera was sloppy and unprofessional. I called the shop, explained the issue, and was told it would be taken care of. I was asked to send photos, which I did immediately. After sending the pictures, I never received a follow-up response. Mistakes happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of communication and follow-through.

My family and I chose this location because we appreciate the kind greetings and professional customer service that is given to us (particularly by Vanessa). We know that she will get the job done or find someone who can. This store will travel a long way if they continue to hire people like her that will carry the company's name and wear it well. This location is now the only location I will use to get my packages shipped. The staff is always helpful and extremely courteous. I was running late today, I arrived at The UPS Store as the UPS truck was about to leave for the day. The staff was kind enough to get my item packed as I was filling out the address and were able to get the UPS driver to stick around and take my package.
