This establishment practices senior abuse. My 80 year old mother who has COPD, CHF and a severely arthritic hip tried to have a document notarized and was denied service because she is unable to wear a mask. She has a medical exemption and tried to explain this to the rude employee who proceeded to tell her she was "on private property" and to "get out! No mask, no service". This is clearly in violation of the ADA and a discrimination complaint is being filed. I would NEVER patronize a business that treats is elders this way. The employee should be terminated. read more

Went here to avoid long lines at Post Office, saved some time, but got ripped off. I needed some postage they sold me 50 cent stamps for 77 cents each, a hell of a mark up (54%)!!! And I was told UPS services would be much higher and my mail would not go out until the next business day. Plus their scale is off I weighed the package before I went they were several ounces heavier, another rip off!! We won't be back, I don't like getting ripped off. Three star rating based on the following: Good 1. Plenty of parking 2. Easy to find 3. Clean location inside and out 4. Staff is professional (most of them) Bad 1. Expensive 2. Some staff is rude (older woman who works there) 3. Some staff not so helpful In a nutshell, if you have a box that is not sealed and you want them to tape it for you it's $1.00 per box. They can get maybe $50 bucks off one roll of tape which is ridiculous. If you have to email them your label and you want them to print it out it is $2.00 which is madness. If you need a box they charge you 2 times what it is worth which is nonsense. However you are at their mercy and when you are there "this is Sparta" and you are unable to defeat their prices. Make sure you get there with your own supplies or be prepared or you will pay dearly as I have. I would not go back anymore but they are so close to my home. read more

The staff are extremely friendly, fast, and reliable. The owner Alvin is full of positive energy and always steps in to offer to serve his customers when his staff are available and especially when they aren't! For example, I came in yesterday at 6pm without an appointment for notary services and the notary public was gone for the day. Alvin was so kind enough to phone the Notary and ask her to come in, just for me to notarize my forms if she was available. Fortunately she was free and 15 minutes later we were done! This is a brand-new UPS store I found while Christmas shopping. I had an international letter to send out and I wasn't quite sure on how to address my envelope to Italy. I decided to give them a shot even though I live in Rancho Cucamonga but as everyone knows at the post office in Rancho they're not very pleasant. Tried to charge me double for printing a label that was already paid to print online (I already paid for this at half of what they were trying to additionally charge me) and charged me over double for taping the small box that usually cost me way less at other UPS locations.
