I understand that employees have long days and may be eager to go home, but customers rely on the posted hours when planning their visits. Closing early is frustrating and wastes customers' time, fuel, and effort. I hope the owner is aware that the store is not conhonoring its advertised hours. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive the service I needed, and the overall experience was very disappointing. What does happen during busy times is the place gets full and seems slow. What I know for sure is this store is sooo much faster than going to the post office during busy times. He didn't seem stressed at all, in fact, he genuinely seemed to enjoy his job, which immediately put me at ease. Returning packages can be stressful, but I felt a real sense of relief and trust knowing I was being taken care of with the utmost care.
