This is a convenient location in the shopping center off of Haven and the 210 FWY. Out local post office has been crazy crowded since Christmas. I didn't want to stand in a 15 minute line just to weigh an envelope and get stamps. So I came here. No wait , just walked in, was greeted by the manager and staff , and they weighed my envelope. Four stamps , I gave them the money, and they mailed it for me. Super simple. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I did look around and they had other services such as po box rentals , boxes for purchase , packing materials , faxing etc.... No complaints . read more

This UPS store is convenient for me since I'm in this plaza frequently anyway because I shop at Trader Joe's a lot. They are right next to the Subway and Flame Broiler. So far I've used their fax, shipping, and notary services. If you go on the website, you can actually schedule appointments online. The appointment types are Print Consultations (30 mins or 60 mins), Notary Services (30 mins), Mailbox Services (30 mins) and Freight/Oversize Shipping (30 mins). I tried to schedule an appointment for the Notary Service online, but the latest time was 2:30PM and I needed to come in after 4:00PM. I called the store and Tom answered. He said that I didn't need an appointment and I just had to come in before 6:00PM. We arrived at 4:30PM, got our documents notarized and were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Note that other than shipping, copying, printing, faxing, mail box, and notary services, they also provide passport/ID photo services, computer rental, and shredding (just to name a few). 29/100 Reviews for 2016 read more

I was treated very rudely by an employee and then dismissed and treated patronizingly by another employee. This was last Saturday afternoon. I do not think the owner was present. I was standing at the door as far as I could from the person in front of me (only 4 ft) The worker asked me to move into the store because two people were waiting outside where it was cold. He did not just tell me there are spots for you to wait by the counter. He implied I was being inconsiderate of the people standing outside. read more

I only come to this UPS store in RC because the service is outstanding. I ran in 30 mins before closing on a Saturday with 5 presents that needed to be boxed and shipped and wasn't sure how accommodating they would be, especially during the Christmas rush. No surprise, they were more than happy to help, packing everything for me in a timely manner without hesitation. They also verified what was in each box to make sure they didn't miss anything. I rarely write reviews and I haven't made a yelp account in years but customer service at this UPS location was that good that I had to start. I sent a PS5 to Oregon and it arrived in flawless condition. I was nervous with packaging but Lia did an amazing job making sure it would arrive safely. The store was clean and the customer service with all the associates including Lia,Kim, and TJ were top notch. I'd come here just for TJ and Lia. They were extremely helpful and TJ was amazing with my children! Update* I am so thankful for the kindness displayed by the owner, Tom. I have recently been in an accident and was standing for awhile, waiting for a fax to go through. (The receiving end of the fax was having problems) Anyway, Tom had noticed I was a bit uncomfortable and offered me a chair and a glass of water. I couldn't be more thankful. When a business offers a service with no appointment needed then they should offer that service when you arrive. Unfortunately that wasn't the case for me when I walked in for a live scan service. The gentleman told me impolitely that he couldn't do it because he was leaving in 5 minutes and for me to come back later. I didn't have the time to go back later. If they can not accommodate customers with the services they offer as walk-ins then they need more employees or better trained ones. read more

I specifically went to het my fingerprints/live scan done. I called before and they let me know ow that the person who does it would be there at a specific time and this was the case. His name was Tom and he was very helpful, efficient, and made the process simple. I definitely recommend this spot for this particular need. read more

Tom, the owner is a nice guy who is always willing to help with your postal concerns. He is always willing to go the extra mile just because. I have handled quite a few things at this store...my mailbox, faxes, emails, and packages. They do it all. Notary services are provided as well. You can call in to check to see if packages and/or mail has arrived. They are open until 7pm on weekdays. They are open on Saturdays and you can check your mailbox 24 hours per day. STAY AWAY!!!! This place is a joke. Was told I needed to pay a "$5 pick up fee" in order to get my package. This was never disclosed by the vendor at point of purchase. In fact, the vendor offers the option for customers to pick up packages at UPS based on their zip code. When I asked the clerk where this was posted and allowed by UPS he explained it was the "owners policy" and that it was not in fact posted or explained anywhere. This is ridiculous. It's not the $5, it's the sheer principle. I will report this to the vendor who I purchased from as well as UPS. I will NEVER return here. read more

Beware when doing amazon returns, I was in a rush on 9/26 to drop off and head to work and didn't think about getting the receipt from them. I'm calling amazon for my refund, but have a strong feeling they ended up keeping the product I've returned. It should take almost 2 weeks for a return to amazon when they are everywhere! Won't ever do business with them again, will stick with kohl's drop off or amazon locker from here on out. Shame on the lady and employees to like to steal from people! read more

Called ahead for notary services a female Said to be there before 2pm. I get before 2pm and the male worker told me they were to busy and could not assist me. My time is valuable so very upset if you offer notary services however depends on staff being busy doing other things then they should inform clients. Never coming back to this UPS. read more

The owner here is great. I'm leaving this review as his location had holds on to 100+ oversized packages, taking up a quarter of the package storage space, for over 4 weeks at a time. He was still very kind and understanding. If I were the owner, I would be upset about a customer paying only $100/year to accept this volume of incoming packages. Obviously, it is their job to accept my packages, but I know that third volume of incoming packages is toeing the line of being unethical. This is the best service I have received from a ups store, and I have tried them all. The owner got an excellent location and I hope he's very successful with his franchise. read more

Then when they sent me away because I did not have a label to ship my item and referred me to post office, I asked do you know where it's located ? I'm new to this area both were like no you need to Google it I asked do you live here they said yes .. then sarcastically one replies I wasn't born here. So rude and not customer friendly . 12.13.19 @ 10:30am - I walked in with my Dyson vacuum to be shipped off using Dyson's reference number. Per Dyson, "Simply provide the reference number to any UPS location and they'll package and send it to us". I walked in and was the only person in the store. A young lady was in the back on the phone while a man (Later known as Tom) was in the back talking. He made eye contact with me a few times but didn't acknowledge me or let me know he would be right with me. Ultimately, he came out to assist me. I provided Tom my Dyson reference number but he couldn't figure out how to ship and print label under Dyson's reference number. He told me, "the computer won't take that reference number". I told him not to worry that I would call Dyson. Peter from Dyson provided me a new reference number which I gave to Tom. Peter stayed on the phone with us the entire time to ensure it was not a Dyson error. Tom then said he needed to call his help line. Apparently, they couldn't help him. By this point the store is beginning to get busy. Tom said, "I am calling our level 2 tech people but they'll have to call me back. I can call you after and you can come in". I was ok with that as I was in no hurry to get the vacuum shipped off. I arrived at 10:30am and left at 12 noon on this day Fri Dec 13th with an expectation Tom would call me. As of this review on 12.21.19, Tom has yet to call me. I went to another UPS Store on 4th St and Milliken and the owner new quickly what to do and shipped off my Dyson. My Dyson is already fixed and will be arriving today 12.21.19; meanwhile, Tom has yet to call. read more

There was no line when I came in, but I was put on hold because there was only one worker. I needed to ship out two 5 x 3in envelopes. Some of the tape came off, so I needed two small pieces of tape (maybe 6 inches total). I was told I would be charged for the tape, so I said okay. I did NOT think I was going to be charged $2 for it though. I was told that each package was $1... I could have easily gotten 1 long piece and cut it in half. tl;dr POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE read more

This is the closest place to where I live that I can print anything. Staff is friendly and always helping when needed. I have used them mainly for printing and scanning. This store sent me to Ontario 7 mi away, because I didn't have a shipping label for next day air early AM. I was so mad I had wasted my time there. They said the HUB in Ontario was the only one capable of helping using account numbers to ship. I called the UPS store on foothill and haven and they helped me right away.
