So I'm guessing they don't hire the brightest people to work at the UPS store. LOL. I came in with a heavy box. So I asked staff if they could hold the door open for me so I could carry the box into the store. The girl at the counter (syra or sira) told me to push the door open, and the door would open. I guess she assumed I didn't know how to open or close a door. I kindly explained to her that wasn't the issue and that I was about to bring a heavy box into the store and just needed someone to hold the door open for me so I could bring it in. She again stated to me to push the door open and the door would open (which is not the case. I would have to pull to enter the store with the box which I couldn't do). A kind customer who looked confused himself at the UPS person and her lack of underatanding, randomly helped open the door for me, then proceeded to carry the box into the store for me. All this happening while three UPS store employees stood around doing nothing. You would expect help from customer service, not people paying for customer service. Haha. My recommendation would be to at least hire people with at least some common sense or customer service skills. read more

Few months ago I moved to this area and was looking for a safe place to receive my mail, called other people that offer the same service until I reached this place, met with Ghazi and he was very professional and took his time to explain his services and benefits of using this location, ever since I signed the contract I've very pleased with everything and just to add him and his wife are the nicest folks I've met in a long time. Today we went to this place to send a pkg and we weren't even greeted by the owner. The woman who attended us not requested what we needed just grabbed the boxes as she started scanning them and the only question she did was what is your last name. Both the man and this woman looked like in a bad mood and the calls they were taking while we was there they requested to call back in two or three hours??? Worst service ever! Came here to deliver my rented college book. The place is very warm and welcoming. The owner Ghazi is super friendly and is willing to cater to the customers needs. The prices here a supper affordable compare to other deliver places. The place is also good w Quality printing if you want to have business or projects stuff to look professional. A well-kept secret! This store is tucked away in a strip mall and there is not a lot of traffic. Very good parking availability. The store owner helped me with a complex issue in a very short amount of time. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. *DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION* Had the worst experience at this location. The manager Ghazi pretty much right off the bat raised his voice when talking to my mother after she asked why we weren't able to pick up our package. Then he proceeded to raise his voice with me. The fact that a manager is treating customers with such disrespect is unacceptable. He is representing UPS and obviously doesn't care much about it. I will no longer use UPS due to this terrible experience. Hopefully someone can either retrain the manager and show him how to speak to people correctly or just find a new one which would be better off for the company because having him represent you makes you're company look BAD. In a response to your response: "Claimed"? We clearly have the same last name and it will be no problem since my brother will be in town tomorrow and we will gladly walk in the store AGAIN to pick up the package? FYI on the back of the UPS slip that was left on our door and that we brought in today it states all you need is a valid state issued ID to pick up. As for your behavior and how you handle your customers I am sure that in fact does not follow UPS policy and I will gladly be reporting that to corporate. read more

The owner of this store is the rudest person I have come across in a while. I stopped in to drop off a box for return, and upon entering the store with a heavy box and my leg in a brace from a recent knee surgery he just pointed to the counter and offered no help even though I was obviously struggling. I gave my pre-printed label and asked for a piece of tape to close up the box and got an audible sigh. After he scanned it and gave me my label and directed me to carry the box back to the front door, I asked for help since my leg is not great to which he replied "you brought it in didnt you"... I said are you serious??? And his response was that he didnt charge me 2 dollars for the tape so I should be grateful and went in to a whole diatribe about how he goes through 4 rolls of shipping tape a day... Well, you own a shipping store... I recommend avoiding this store at all costs, this man has no customer service skills and does not know how to treat people.. read more

Came here to return 2 AT&T modems. UPS Stores have a contract with AT&T, but they could not find my account in the computer. I left the modems with Ghazi, the owner, who said he would check again. He called me the next day to let me know that my account was still not coming up in their system. On his suggestion, I got shipping labels from AT&T, and dropped them off early with his wife. Later he called me to tell me they were for regular mail, not UPS. Ghazi and his wife were both very nice and helped me get my shipping situation resolved, even though they did not make any money on my shipment, they did not leave me hanging, either! I would definitely use them again. Great customer service. read more
