After seeing the response from Ghazi Jamshed, the franchise owner of this store, I have to respond. He says that he is unable to find the shipment that was spoken of during our call however, one of his employees along with Ghazi himself, looked up the code that I provided and discussed the specific matter at length. It is one thing for a business owner to push back on a reasonable request (Asking for a refund for one day delivery when it actually took five days) but to outright lie about the matter is unacceptable. I would encourage all readers of this post to sort by worst reviews and you will see that there are a significant number of "1" ratings for this establishment and negative comments about Ghazi. I would highly recommend not supporting an establishment that does not stand behind their commitments and further, lies when confronted by the truth. I must question if the positive postings are real or simply posted by family, friends, and workers to shore up an otherwise poor overall rating. read more

I tried to give this new business, my business, however, every time I go in, it's a waste of my time and I end up going to the Tarzana UPS store to get what I need taken care of. First Time: I had an Amazon drop-off: The gentleman was notarizing a bunch of pages for another customer and told me it was going to be 15-20 minutes; I left. I figured I'd try again to give this new business a chance, yet, almost every time I go in, I'm sent away (to the PO, or back to Tarzana UPS). They'll sell me stamps, but not take the mail; I have to go to the PO or to a mail box. Last Visit: I needed a notary. I was told that it would cost me $15 PER SIGNATURE (not $15 per notarization) which is OUTRAGEOUS GAUGING the going rate is $15 to notarize the legal notarization page. This would have cost me $75. I went to Tarzana UPS who charged me $15 for the one Notary Page. read more

I've been coming to this location for business every week for over 5 years now and never had any issues with the owner or any of their employees. I was actually at the other register when he came in rudely asking for a discount because he didnt understand why the price had changed on something. Was super persistent about getting a discount because of his cool looks or something and when he didn't he stormed out dramatically and emotionally, sort of like my mom when shes mad at my stepdad. read more

Walked in gentleman at the counter not wearing a mask giving a lady change. I kept my distance and didn't say anything. He then starts yelling at his employee Daisy. I then walked to my car to get my id. When I come back in he still isn't wearing a mask and yelling at Daisy. I then couldn't hold back and started yelling at him. To put on a mask and to act right. He happened to be the Manager Ghadji. This manager needs to treat his employees right and stop jeopardizing others. read more

I had been there a few times before, mostly to drop off Amazon returns, and always noticed they were very slow. Today I arrived with several Amazon returns (including two large boxes containing suitcases), which I unloaded from the car and brought into the store with difficulty. When it was my turn, the owner said the QR code scanner wasn't working, but "it was being repaired". He said he had the same issue two days before, and claimed that the problem was with Amazon and not with his equipment. I waited at least 20 minutes, during which several other people came in with Amazon returns (some with large boxes like I did). The store is very small, so there is no way he didn't see them. Still, he made every person wait in line until it was their turn, and then told them the QR code scanner wasn't working. Since Amazon returns are a huge part of their business, why don't they put a sign on the front door when they are unable to accept them, instead of deliberately wasting customers' time? BTW I called two other UPS stores, who indicated they had no problems scanning Amazon QR codes, so it was clearly not an Amazon problem. So I reloaded all my boxes in the car and went to another UPS store. read more

Absolutely horrible service, don't ever deal with these crooks and scammers! Don't ever write yelp reviews but i feel i need to today. I went into his branch, which i only went to once before and i visit many UPS branches in the valley (always ship same item, same box size, same weight, DIFFERENT destinations). He tried to charge me over $33 in "Additional Services" fees as well as Insurance charges which i specifically requested not to add. I could tell he was doing something sketchy as it took him an unusually long time to come up with my final bill (was fiddling with charges to make my fee go up). Keep in mind, i ship this same box all the time at different locations. Finally, my total came up to $106 before using my AAA member card discount (5%), totaling around $100-101. I thought maybe due to Coronavirus the fees could have been higher but was skeptical because i had another experience at this store where they also seemed to overcharge me. After he printed my itemized label/receipt, I noticed he charged me the extra $33 dollars in additional services and insurance. When i asked him what these extra charges were, he said due to the size of the box, he has to charge me that fee. When i persisted that no other UPS charges me an extra fee for my box, he reasserts that surely, they all do. I go into my car, retrieve another receipt for the same box, same weight, although a different destination, and prove to him that they do not charge the extremely vague "additional services" fee. He gets extremely defensive, begins shouting at me, and i ask him to process a return for me. Long story short (OR NOT BECAUSE WAIT, THERES MORE!!), i go to another UPS, they charge me ONLY $67 to ship the same box to the same address and take my business welcomingly. THIS GUY IS A CROOK!!!!! I found out that i left my airpods at the store via "Find My" application on my iphone. I go back to the store and told him i left my airpods here and please return them (i remembered leaving them on the counter a mere 1.5 hours earlier). He said he did not have them and so i said no problem and left his store. I was standing by the entrance and used the feature to "play sound" off of the airpods. And although very faint, i heard the distinctive beeping from inside the store and walked in, demanded he return my airpods, which i could also hear beeping! As if confused by what i was asking, he swiftly walked to the back to get the airpods and was uttering condescending statements at me. At first, he was acting like he didn't know what i was saying. He then grabbed the airpods from the back (sound stopped playing) and got up and into my face as if he was looking for me to respond and get into an altercation with him. Mind you, i am recording at this point for my own protection and take two steps backward as i am not going to get into an altercation over his incompetence. He eventually returns my air pods and i left his store. After this experience i found out, by calling Corporate that his wife also charged me extra for "Additional Services" fees, as well as inflating the size of my box to get a larger fee out of me. I filed a complaint for my money. All in all, i would have been overcharged ~$75-100 in both transactions, had i not cancelled this transaction. I am currently awaiting their research/investigation to get a partial refund on my previous order with this branch. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CONMAN RUNNING THIS STORE. SAME FOR HIS WIFE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST, AND WILL TAG EXTRA FEES ON SERVICES YOU DON'T NEED. SAVE YOUR TIME/HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND TRAINED TO SCAM YOU WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACE. read more

So I went on my amazon app and processed a return. They helped me print my return label and packaged the whole thing at NO COST! I mean that full service is rarely seen nowadays. So glad this UPS store is nearby. Went to a closer print/copy store but they were closed due to COVID-19. So I found out this UPS store was not far from me and called to make sure they were open. YEAH! When I got there (they all wore masks and social distancing) they were busy (mostly because the UPS delivery drivers were picking up) but I didn't have to hardly wait for assistance. I just needed to get some copies. The lady (sorry I wish I got here name) was very helpful! Got my copies, paid for them and on my way out in 10 mins. Kudos to UPS. I had this mailbox for more than 9 months now here is the kicker i came in to pick up my mail on may 3th 2022 and let me tell you I"m always on time never late on my payment this dummy had the fucking audacity to say I did not pay because his records show on file I did not pay which I did I always keep my receipts I literally had to stop what ever i was doing drive home then drive back to show I did pay this p.o. box not the first time he did this to me so watch out for this guy and his staff they have no clue who pays and who doesn't word of advice keep your receipt I am leaving after this month for this reason. it's not my job to show a company how to do business but you should have a way to track payments I've been in business for some time now and I use quotebooks to keep track of my bills and payments so if you are a business you can't afford it just copy your receipts in file and staple it to the in a file with a receipt for your clients and do your fucking job maybe this would not happen or fucking hire someone who can do it for you. read more

Absolutely the worst example of customer service that I have ever seen. The owner is rude and condescending and his wife who is the other owner is absolutely unhelpful and unknowledgeable. I will never go back there again. The owner attempted to charge me $6.21 for 17 black-and-white page print outs. This price gouging will not stand. Never ever ever go here. I've been to a few UPS stores and don't claim to know how to run one successfully. But whatever they are doing at this location is not right. There was no social distancing enforced, first of all, and the woman who helped me didn't know how to tape anything up. I was quoted $90 for a domestic "basic" ground delivery with no required arrival date. Just go to any other location honestly. I also know that the owner of this location likes to respond defensively to bad reviews. He was there today and he was rude to another guest in front of me. I wish i had heeded the other warnings. I would choose another location if possible. The staff was rude to us after we made an online appointment for notarization, which we received confirmation of twice during the week. The person handling these matters was out of the office. The staff member returned and told another member we were there for our appointment. The person came out and immediately started saying she had been calling for the last three days and that since we handled the appointment booking online, which they don't use, that was our mistake for securing it online. A. Why have online appointments if your location doesn't use it? B. She said she called several times, and when I asked if a message was left, she said yes, which is untrue as I use my phone as a business line and no one called, no missed calls, and no voicemails. C. Why can't they apologize and offer times a notary will be available? D. If they don't take online appointments, why keep calling to cancel if that method of setting up an appointment doesn't exist? How did you know to call and cancel in the first place? We left and found a great location on Ventura Boulevard that had to be one of the friendliest postal centers I have ever encountered. I have no problems with issues coming up and appointments being moved, changed, or canceled, but do not like being treated like I was an idiot for using an online appointment maker provided by the company. Other small businesses, including other UPS stores, deserver your money and business, go to them instead. read more

It is really spacious, clean, has everything you would need for shipping, etc..., and the lady that helped me was wearing a mask and really helpful. Whole thing took only a few minutes. They mark up the printing costs from .15 to .25 cents per page and charge you for computer use even though it was the printer malfunctioning and couldn't read my usb. Don't go here. Any other ups store will charge .15 cents per page for black and white. read more

Tried to return DIRECTV equip and he said he couldn't take it because it was dirty. It was not dirty but dusty because it just sat next to TV. DirectTV directions say to drop off equip in bag or box, NO WHERE DOES IT SAY THEY CAN'T BE DUSTY!!! Walked out to car and wiped em down in 15secs problem solved. Do not go expecting good customer service or common sense. Had a friend return his equip in same condition if not worse at another location and it wasn't even an issue. Had to return several equipment from Spectrum to be sent back. Went after work so i was cutting it close to their closing time. Ghazi the manager was being very helpful helping multiple customers at the same time with a positive attitude. I had to wait a short while since it is a busy location but didn't mind the wait.
