We came here for an appointment for tsa pre check. This is one of the location. Prior to coming here, I booked a reservation time slot (or so I thought for me) at 11:10am for me and my wife. Unfortunately my appointment didn't go through on line and I have to come back the following business day. The gentleman that was helping us, was very patient and calm. His iPad/table keeps crashing but still he was calm. Lol if that was me I would've have given up and probably smash the tablet. If you ever want to apply for tsa pre check, you can visit tsa site and get information on several places that process them. They accept walk-ins but really recommend to reserve a time slot on line.

We looked online and debated sending out the project to mail-in companies but then decided to come on Yelp to possibly find someone local. Discovered Minuteman Press. My husband said that he remembered Minuteman Press in different locations, so we realized it's a chain/franchise. I called the Roseville location and was told that they could do calendar printing but they were unable to give quotes without seeing the project in person. So in early December, we stopped by with a flash drive. The location was easy to find and had plenty of parking. We were greeted by employee Courtney. We had expected to get a quote right then and there but found out that quotes would be given via email. I guess it goes to the owner/manager who gives the actual price estimate. We were anxious to get the price quote since it was early December and we wanted to have everything mailed out before the new year. We received the price quote via email the next day, I believe. I was very impressed by their system---you could change the quantities in your order and it would adjust the price and the down payment amount. Originally we wanted a quote for 20 but after seeing the quotes for 40, we opted to do that instead. Their employees are quick at responding to emails and everything is very professional. They'll even print stickers! We picked up our calendars in mid-December and were pleased with the results. Pricing was great and the turn-around time was reasonable. We had a small issue about the hole punching on a few of the calendars but they've promised to redo those few for us. They have an amazing Yelp discount on your first order so make sure you take advantage of that! So glad to have this business in Roseville!

After multiple attempts to reach the online printer, I gave up and called Minuteman. It was Thursday and I needed the fliers the next day as the show was out of town. They let me know that the resolution of the file I sent over was too low for what I was looking for (something the online printer never mentioned). I had to start from scratch and re-design my flier which I did but not until after they were closed for the day. I talked with them Friday morning and by 1pm my fliers were done! The projected pickup time was 7pm, but I know it never actually takes that long for them to print the orders....especially when it's only 2 pages. I still hadn't gotten a confirmation email by 6pm, so I decided to just get in my car to go pick it up. Once I got there, I was informed that the website system had been either losing or grossly delaying the print order submissions all day, and my 54-cent order hadn't been received. Luckily, there were 2 very helpful employees that said, "Just email it to us and we'll print it." It took me some hassle to figure out how to do all that from my phone (I feel so Boomer trying to do ANYTHING on my phone), but luckily, I figured out how to send them what I needed and as promised, they printed it out for me and sent me on my way. The delay from the website is a huge pain in the a**, but I'm thankful for caring employees who helped me and got my order printed. Thank you!!

Shortly after, I decided to swing by to talk to them in person. The door was locked. A small sign was posted that if they're not there, most likely that are out doing an install. Fair enough. I went home and waited for a return call. Nothing. Next day I left another message. No return call again. I swung by once more, doors locked again. Finally, the third morning, I reached a live human. We decided I could email him the artwork. I phoned my client with a quick question before I proceeded with Premier, and she said never mind, her husband already handled it.
