I want to update my earlier 1 star review. I left it after a negative interaction with one of the young employees, and I kept it up for several days because I was upset. Art went out of his way to reach out, understand what happened, and make things right. He spoke with the staff member involved, who acknowledged the mistake and apologized. I truly appreciate the hard work everyone at this store puts in, including the staff member who had the difficult interaction with me. My husband and I believe in supporting local businesses, and we do not wish anything negative for anyone. I've typically had positive experiences here. Been going for years. The owner is especially helpful and professional, but I didn't see him today... I'm hopeful today's experience was a one-off, with a rude worker, who was unprofessional. When I entered, the workers were chatting and sitting on the desk, and it seemed like a burden that I was an Amazon return and not just a drop off, as others were doing near me. When trying to explain the variety of return codes I had, I was interrupted multiple times and treated as if I didn't know what I was speaking about. All the while, I wasn't permitted to complete my explanation nor question. I've been coming here for over a year now, and have my PO Box here and having a mail box mailing address is so convenient and also gives customers an advantage of 15% off their other services. I recommend this place highly because it's the best value for the money and the prices charged always meet my expectations. I've tried going to USPS before and it's nowhere near the quality and care of this UPS store , for example last time I waited in USPS line for a full 30 minutes. Just terrible and arrogant attitude. I called to verify that a Notary Public would be available. I arrived 10 minutes before the time I was told that the Notary leaves each day. The person at the desk told me the Notary leaves 15 minutes before the time I was told. Therefor, no service. Skip this place!! read more

This location is amazing! I was so needy when it came to everything I had to get done! Even though I was a pain, not one person gave me an attitude or made me feel awkward! Not too much to say. Great for what I need this location to be. A quick spot to drop off my Amazon returns :) Small and efficient location. The employees here have always been courteous and accommodating. Don't be intimidated by the lines as it moves quickly. Again small location. Strange that the UPS store cannot fill out labels there. I had a shipment to Canada and they said you can't cover the duty. Which, I've done in the past at other stores. After pressing further, I asked if she didn't know how to do it or it wasn't possible. She called the manager, and the manager said it could be done, but I'd have to fill out a manual form. Normally going to a UPS store this is all handled by the agent. However this store doesn't have the knowledge nor capability. Unfortunately this is the only location in the city. I've been going to this UPS store for about six years. Everyone is always friendly and efficient. Recently, I decided to send a return package through the store using USPS. No fault of the store, the Post Office lost my package for seven weeks. I reached out to the store and the store manager Artin took care of everything. He checked in with me frequently and ultimately the post office found the package. The customer service received by Artin was uncommonly exceptional! I highly recommend this location!! read more

This UPS store is like most of the others, they provide a place to drop your shipments off in a quick and efficient manner. This location is convenient and is always staffed by helpful friendly people. The good thing about this location compared to other UPS shops in the area is that I have never seen it crowded, which is a nice thing. Meaning, you won't have to wait. Which is great! In terms of parking, they have s large lot just down the corridor from their front door, where there is always parking. Good place to get your shipments shipped. read more

It just must have been a bad day... The gentlemen behind the counter was not very helpful. Your condescending attitude doesn't sit well with me or the lady behind me (who didn't speak English well.) All I wanted to do was return a few Amazon items and you made it feel like I was pulling teeth. Keep in mind, we don't know what the "Exact" procedures are from UPS, but we followed the Amazon instructions to the T. It's not my fault you don't have boxes to fit a rolled up 5x7 rug. As you saw, the package was delivered with wrapped plastic and a label. I'm not sure why you would need to box it. What if I just had refused the delivery? It would have been sent back just as it was delivered. Oh and by the way, the UPS Store on PCH took in my Amazon return with no hesitation. And I didn't even mention to him that you wouldn't take it because you didn't have a box big enough to fit the rugs. Funny how things work. And your rudeness to the lady behind me was uncalled for. Maybe you didn't realize that her English was tough to understand. I'm gonna chalk all of this up to a "Bad Day!" And I totally understand the difficulties with Customer Service Post Pandemic, but it doesn't give you the right to be rude to your customers. I don't leave many reviews on Yelp, but this place is exceptional, very helpful and accommodating. I usually come for printing services, and recently, I asked to have many pages printed and bound--but also scanned. When I returned to pick them up, I learned that the scanning was quite expensive. The clerk hadn't told me (but then, I hadn't asked). When I expressed reservations about the cost, the manager agreed to waive the scanning fee. So now I'm a permanent customer. read more

I had the best experience at the UPS Store and would recommend this store to anybody in the area! I came in one afternoon needing a LiveScan fingerprinting service completed for my CPA license. I called beforehand to confirm their service hours, and they offer LiveScan from 10am-5pm daily! When I came in, Art made the process quick and easy. From setting up the machine to taking my prints, it took about 15 minutes total. He then assisted me in shipping off all of my licensing documents and was so patient in doing so, even as things were heating up in the shop. Like another reviewer mentioned, I never had been to a UPS store where the workers were nice, friendly, and actually wanted to help you...until I came here! This is the best store around for miles. This UPS location is my more recent go-to for shipping after I moved from the Manhattan Beach area a few years back. In addition to your average consumer return needs (I need to stop shopping online while drinking wine), I frequent this UPS for my dad's business' shipping and return needs. I often deal with expensive shipments, sometimes worth thousands, so reliability and consistency is important to me/my dad, which is a big part of why I've stayed with this location. AND they will meticulously package items for you in preparation for shipping - I didn't even know that was a thing! I drop off all of my Amazon returns here without a problem. After waiting in the long line outside, it is a breeze and returns are fast and easy. They just scan the barcode from Amazon and package it and send it off themselves. I just wish there wasn't always a wait or a line to enter the store. I absolutely love this UPS store here on the hill. I have been coming here for years and the service is consistently fast, efficient and friendly. Located in the Peninsula Center Mall with ample parking. There are a few handicapped parking spots directly in front and a couple of 5 minute spots immediately next (my favorite) to it. They make it so easy to return my Amazon purchases by affixing my label and taping the box shut at no charge. For these transactions I am in and out in a matter of minutes-- perfect when I'm running on a tight schedule! I also had a printing job done here. The programs came out perfect and they were cheaper than other printing businesses I looked into. Lastly I just recently sent something out priority mail through their office -- I thought I had to make a separate trip to the post office but had it done right there!
