One stop shop for all my family's mailing needs. In addition, they offer many more helpful services than you would expect which is great. This location is extremely reliable and dependable. Art the manager and everyone who works here are top-notch. I appreciate how quick to help the staff are when my wife goes in. At times I know she needs help carrying a package, and she says they're always there to assist. Ultimately this is a UPS Store in name but it feels like you're supporting a small business due to the team who works here, so I'd give them a try. The notary misspelled his own name on my deed. The title company asked him to sign a letter to state he made a mistake and did notarize the document. He refused and said it wasn't allowed by the notary association (which is a lie - the woman at the escrow company is a notary and she sees it done all the time). I had to make another trip to get the document re-notarized. He did not charge me for the second notary, BUT that meant I had to incur an overnight charge to get the document there. Since this was a UPS store, I asked if he would take care of overnighting. He refused. Go anywhere else to get your documents notarized. Any notary who LIES and then refuses to make right a situation (the free way would be to sign the note saying he actually notarized; the other way would have been to UPS the document overnight as a courtesy to fix his mistake.) read more

This is my local UPS store, and I have been going for years. But yesterday's visit prompted me to finally put up a Yelp review. I was returning some items and the only box I had was pretty big. Instead of just charging me for the size of the box (which would have cost me $40), they offered to cut down the box, since there was quite a bit of empty space in it. This saved me over $20! In addition to great customer service, consistent employees (always nice to see the same faces every time), parking is ample, and the lines are never too long. read more

Cannot say enough good things. Tarren was extremely personable and very very helpful. Went above and beyond. I had three packages in varying degrees of needs. One was small with a pre-printed return label, one was mid-size that needed to have shipping coordinated, and one was an extra large box. Tarren was so kind and patient, he helped me carry it from my car, offered to cut it down and seal it so I could have a lower rate. The best UPS experience in all of the greater LA area, IMHO. When having experienced numerous missing packages with UPS (only carrier out of USPS and FedEx we've had missing deliveries over the years-- H&M, lobster, amazon etc), bit hesitant using UPS for amazon returns. But ERIC at Rolling Hills was a pleasant surprise. Unlike the tall male Caucasian enployee who brushed us off, causing us to have to drive 250+miles of multiple trips, Eric and his younger counterpart were very professional and even went above and beyond to help with our orders. Location, location, location. This UPS Store is a few doors away, just steps from.....TJ Maxx. My favorite TJ Maxx. I love Peninsula Center. There's always ample (free) parking. The landscaping is lovely. It's peaceful & uncrowded. All that being said, even the best location can't make up for lousy customer service. And you won't get that here. Their customer service is excellent. Within spittin' distance from UPS Store, in addition to TJ Maxx, are: Pier One, Radio Shack, Gilt Edge art gallery, and PetCo. I hit 'em all up without ever moving my car. Running errands can be a hassle-free experience. Sweet. read more

The UPS Store is so fantastic! You will never find customer service like this!!! I hold a house acct and mailbox here. I actually get a call if I have mail, and I even get a discount on all my packing and shipping needs. The staff knows me by name and they go out of their way to help get me in and out quickly, always billing my house acct monthly for any services I use. I can drop off a package to pack and ship with a note attached with the address and they take care of it, all with never waiting in line. This is the most amazing UPS store. They are friendly, fast and know exactly what they're doing. I've shipped several packages out of here. If you need something packed, they do it well and get it there safe. It's a very pleasant shipping experience. You don't need to worry about box sizes or packing, they can be trusted to do it the best way that makes the most sense. I can't say enough good things about ownership at this place, this particular UPS Store is the best postal service provider in the history of my Postal needs including mailbox rental which I've had for years and have experienced a few others in the past that were great but this location is just on an entirely different level. They have awards to show for it. Art runs a tight ship and an awesome one at that I have not had any type of customer service issue that has gone unresolved and if there had been an issue Art likes to know about it so that it doesn't happen again. If you want to rent a mailbox here prices are not just better than the competition the overall value is amazeballs. If you want something shipped is it worth the extra price vs going to the post office? It depends on how much you value your time, for me I could do everything I need here it's a one stop shop and I don't have to deal with moody employees. The Rolling Hill Estates UPS store is outstanding .They are always in good moods, pleasant ,courteous and kind. Eric ,Chad and Terran have gone out of their way to help me when I send an email to be printed and they care so patient.I always need allot of extra help with spacing and formatting and they have been great about going the extra mile to help you. I can't say enough good things about these guy's.They are there for us and very respectful and caring to help we older patrons.It is truly a pleasure to go there and interact with these good guys.And they are always so good natured about my mistakes and many questions . The workers are fast but courteous and they really go above and beyond to provide great customer service. The place is clean and really convenient in the Peninsula Shopping Center. I've been in this store a number of times over the past couple of years, to ship out boxes which I was billing to a customer's UPS account. So, it has just been a quick stop and always very easy and fast. Well, I just didn't notice the copying machines in there and recalled them for deadlines I've had over this past week. I went in to print from a flash drive, copy and fax and used their work stations to arrange the paperwork and prepare for mailing. Not only was their station clean and fully equipped, with easy, high quality machines, but the UPS crew helped me many times for tiny issues that I needed help with, even letting me use the computer to resolve a file issue which was pressing to meet deadlines. They helped with shipping tape that I needed, even gave a AAA discount (!) and never seemed annoyed when I asked for a number of things. I was in and out of the store a few times really pressed for time and they were friendly and fast and helpful, helpful, helpful. Despite the busy shipping line, they somehow were always able to multi-task and stay calm. They were flexible with a number of things and I couldn't be more thrilled to have found a copy shop up here on the Peninsula, rather than the trip down to Torrance. Thanks guys! read more
