The counter area is pretty small so during holidays the line may be forming out the door. Limited parking but you can also park on the dirt area if all spaces are full. I sometimes take the back street if the main road is a little too busy. It's an easier transition back into town but it's good to see a new crosswalk installed with lights at this block which was desperately needed.

I drive about half an hour to get to it because honestly, all of the post offices around San Bernardino end up stressing me out either with incredibly long lines or less-than-friendly staff. Each time I've gone here, the wait has been short or non existent, and the line moves very quickly. The employees are warm and welcoming, and it honestly gives a "small town" vibe to the experience. There is some parking out front -- not a ton of spaces, but it's a small post office in a small town, so what they have has always been sufficient when I stopped by. They offer passport services at this location (not sure if they have that at all US Post Offices). If I had to have any passport-related tasks done, this would be a great, non-stressful place to get it handled. Bonus: there's a cute map mural on the side of the building that makes for a good photo backdrop.

The problem was that after five business days, the tracking still hadn't moved and my customer was understandably asking me for an update. I called the store and felt rushed off the phone, so I stopped by in person shortly afterward. The employee told me she couldn't give me an answer at the time and would need to call me back. I never received that call. When I followed up again, another employee told me the person I had spoken with wasn't even working that day, which made the promised callback even more confusing. I ultimately had to file a claim directly with FedEx. FedEx recommended that I use a corporate-owned location for shipments like this going forward. I understand that shipping issues can happen, but the lack of communication and follow-through is what made this a bad experience. I wouldn't use this location again for an important shipment.

I applied for a passport and accidently filled the form out in blue ink. Instead of being told "its your responsibility to ensure you filled the form out correctly" like the PO off of Boulder Ave would have told me, the man said "No worries! go ahead over to the back counter and fill out this new form with that black inked pen and we'll get ya all settled!" While this may sound insignificant to some, there was a customer that also had an appointment for her passport right after me. And to compensate he pulled someone away from the back to help finish the last 2-3 minutes of my passport and start the first 2-3 minutes of hers at the same time. I left my pictures for my passport at home due to being in a rush, and even though I only selected a "non photo passport" appointment, he still quickly took my picture and adjusted the price. Even the other employees had a smile and shared some laughs with me. 10/10 night and day difference between the PO by my house and this one. I will now only be coming here for any Post Office related concerns.

Instead of receiving the services I requested, all of my documents were allegedly shredded, causing me substantial inconvenience, frustration, and loss of time. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process was unacceptable. Important documents that I entrusted to this business were destroyed without my authorization or any reasonable opportunity to correct the situation. Additionally, I felt that I was treated differently and unfairly during my interactions with this business. Based on my experience, I left feeling disrespected and concerned about how customers are treated. She did say that the girl that the girl that was there wasn't really of any help . When the scanner wouldn't work my daughter would just keep trying it. The girl didn't try to help her guide it. How often do you need fingerprints? They aren't done with ink and paper they are called livescan for a reason. But if the machine isn't picking up on it someone should be able to help. We went here because it was said to be least expensive but turns out to be the same as anywhere else.
