I called ahead and wish they had told me that I could have emailed, but now I know. I will admit that I was a bit confused when I arrived. They have a computer workstation and several printers, but I had a specific need. The woman working there seemed a little unhappy and overworked. It appeared like they needed more staff. I had to physically flag her down to get help. I felt bad for her because she seemed to have a lot going on. It would be nice if there were more signs with direction or a staff member available for customer assistance. The team member ended up being really helpful once I got her attention. Overall they did a great job and being able to get your prints same day was amazing!!

And no one's claiming responsibility for the package and they just said well it's not here. An older lady asked her if she could set something down on the desk and she told her to give her pen back first and didn't say anything when the lady thanked her. Tram wouldn't make eye contact, she was dismissive and short. I wasn't greeted when I walked in or acknowledged when I thanked her and left. She should be kind always but especially around the holidays because you never know what someone is going through. Very disappointing. I'll drive the extra few miles from now on to the Dana Point office instead.
