They're super nice and helpful here. I work next door and sometimes if our notary is not avaliable, we walk our customers over there for notary service and the're always willing to do it. It's only $10 per signature, I also do all of my personal shipping and mailing from here because they're so much nicer and more efficient then the regular post office. Came here in a rush to get my Advance Directive Notarized before I had knee surgery. Sure, there was only one guy on staff, but I didn't have to wait long. Plus, I could check out some of the merchandise and what other services they have there. I'll definitely go back to have anything I need notarized (only $10/signature). read more

You can take care of UPS and USPS business here. I've also come here for LiveScan fingerprinting. It's usually really busy inside, but the workers are fast and helpful. Once they held the USPS truck for me so my package would get out on time. Very cool. read more

Went in to get a document notarized ... even called before to ensure they had a notary public. The male notary, from the beginning, was hostile to me (it was as if he forgot to take his meds today, or maybe I interrupted his morning bowel movement), and when I questioned something he said that i didn't understand, he spewed his venom (from a distance) "I'm about to refuse you service ... I don't like your attitude." I gathered up my documents to leave just as a lady in the store proffered that if I had AAA they would do it for me, and they are located across the parking lot. Her facial expression suggested she thought he was unreasonably rude, too. Anyway, I went to AAA and they not only notarized my document, they did it with professional courtesy and service. It's your choice, consumer: endure a nasty old queen at the UPS Store, or rely on AAA to notarize your documents with courtesy and professionalism. Do not believe the nice reviews on this site: this place is about as toxic as any retail store can be ... at least when the nattering notary of negativism is working on Saturday. read more

Shipping can be a headache especially during the holidays, but not at this UPS store. The gentleman that assisted me was so helpful with amazing customer service. Very unfavorable experience with this store and when I called to speak to the manager about it, he blamed it on "UPS" and said that he could not control what "UPS" does and also blamed it on my wife who dropped off the package. Did not listen to simple instructions and took no responsibility for a screwed up situation. read more

We have been renting a mail box from them and I have nothing but praises for the staff at this UPS store. Everyone of them is so affable and helpful, that they definitely go the extra mile for their customers. A couple times that I was too busy to go to check my box, I called them, and they were so nice to check if I had mail, or not. The employees at the Camino De Los Mares UPS are AMAZING! Honest, helpful, polite, hardworking, and efficient- just overall good people. They helped me pick out boxes for my inventory, helped me package my items, and print out my Amazon shipping labels. I've been a San Clemente resident for 20+ years are these are the types of people who make our town such a wonderful place! NOTARY SERVICES ARE HIGHLY UNRELIABLE HERE. Had two signatures notarized for State Dept documents relating to passport renewals. Had both signatures rejected for improper notarization (never filled out notary portion of the document but stamped with "see attached" notation) at a scheduled passport renewal appointment for which time is of the essence. We will wait in line without an appointment next week. Refund was issued with minimal apology. read more
