The owner James showed exceptional customer service skills in his assistance for me for my photographs for the British passport office. Because they are for the British passport office the photographs needed to be non-standard size and James took the time to measure and calibrate them and then cut them exactly to the correct size. This was all on the day preceding Memorial Day weekend holiday and James stayed late at the store so he could help me out. Kudos for James. read more

Needed to fax something for insurance and the line was always busy. UPS kept faxing from 3 to 5 and only then when I finally reached my insurance's representative that I was able to procure 2 additional fax numbers which were not busy. 5/5 for dedication. read more

5 STARS! Today I went to the UPS Store at 1001 Avenida Pico in San Clemente. This was about my tenth visit for notary and/or mailing services. The service was fabulous: efficient, helpful and pleasant even though I arrived at the very last moment before they were due to close for the day.
