I have come more than a few times to ship items and mail returns from Amazon and it's been a smooth and fast process. I will tell you I check on my results so I know it turns out the way I want. I have worked more than a few customer service jobs and I honestly do not care if this pisses off anyone. The very last thing they want to do is be friendly to yet another person in the line after dealing with most likely at least 100 people before you. But here at this store? They did. Even when I saw they were ready to be off work. They did. People seem to forget we are all human but once. But customer always right huh? Yeah chances are you keep with that attitude, your experiences with customer service have a high chance of being shitty. I know some of you go through life thinking every employee should bow down to you but honestly? They really don't. The times I keep in mind the people who work there are just like anyone else and want to be treated decently, I get treated well. What a shock huh? And after I was done, I asked for their unique mailing labels that make it so much easier for me to mail packages. I got double what I asked for. So in my book, UPS is more than good.

If you're looking for a business mailbox, I caution you against Mail Station!…read more I signed up for a box with them in January 2024. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.

I started shipping my eBay products at this location because the staff like others have stated are competent and looking out for my best interest. I had a package that I needed to ship to someone overseas recently serving in the war. The address wasn't recognized by USPS or Fedex online shipping services, so I had to come in the store to ship. My brother lives real close to this location so it's not out of the way for me. When I came in and explained my situation, the black haired guy that always works there was really nice and got me out the door within 2 minutes max. Great service from all the staff including the older lady and the younger girl that works there. I can't ask for better service and friendlier staff to handle my shipping services. read more

extremely disappointed with my experience at this UPS store. Not only were none of the employees wearing masks despite local mandate, the employees actively encouraged other customers to take off their masks! It made me extremely uncomfortable as someone with close relatives who are at risk due to health factors affecting their immune system. One worker mentioned that masks make her feel ill, which we all know is bull (or she has bigger issues herself) when every worker at every other establishment manages to do it and her co-worker then started making jokes about dying from covid which is just disrespectful to those who actually have died or have had people close to them die in the pandemic. read more

I had to ship a rather large and cumbersome antique across country. Jay provided everything, in detail, as to what needed to be done and the cost. He kept in contact and the entire process occurred exactly as I was told it would. Shipment was delivered exactly on time and in excellent condition. Kudos to Jay and staff that assisted me in getting this accomplished in a timely and professional manner. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Staples…read more I initially purchased a phone charger that proved to be defective upon first use. I returned to the store and, based on a recommendation from a store associate, exchanged it for a different charger. Unfortunately, the replacement charger was also defective. When I returned to the store to request a refund, I was informed that I was beyond the 14-day return window and could only receive a store gift card. Given that this was already the second defective product, I found this policy unreasonable but agreed to proceed reluctantly. However, I was then told that I would only receive approximately half of the original purchase amount. I paid nearly $20 and was refunded only $9. This outcome is unacceptable. Retaining half the value of a product, especially when both the original and replacement items were defective, raises serious concerns about fairness and consumer protection. I have never encountered a return policy that penalizes customers in this manner when proof of purchase is clearly provided. Additionally, I was disappointed by the level of customer service I received from the manager on duty. Her demeanor was dismissive and lacked the professionalism and care expected in a customer-facing role, particularly on a day such as Mother's Day when many customers are already managing busy schedules. I strongly urge corporate leadership to review and revise this policy, as it undermines customer trust and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to quality and service. I also recommend additional training for management staff to ensure that customer concerns are handled with the appropriate level of respect and professionalism. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

Since the background of the photo will be white, she suggested that I wear something colorful so my photo won't look washed out. She also mentioned that she accepted cash, checks, and money orders. Credit cards were also accepted, but there was a 3% surcharge. It was nice that she told me this information upfront, because I typically do no carry a lot of cash and I certainly do not bring my checkbook with me when I go out. I would have incurred a 3% surcharge on my credit card had she not disclosed this information upfront. Upon arrival, Connie warmly greeted me and gave me a form to complete for my passport renewal, then proceeded to take my photo. After that, she verified my form was completed and asked if I will be getting a passport book only, or passport with a passport card (government ID). She explained the benefits of getting this ID card, so I decided to get it for $45 extra. She also explained that in 8-11 weeks, I will receive 3 separate items in the mail: my old passport with holes punched it to make it invalid, my new passport book, and my passport ID card. I made out 2 checks: US Dept of State: $160 (passport book & passport ID card) Postal Etc: $65.06 (service fee, including passport photos) Connie mentioned that if I travel to countries that require a visa, she can help get that prepared and she can be a resource to confirm if a country needs a visa. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. I came at a busy time and Connie was basically running the show herself. She had a high school kid help out, but he was practically useless. She had to give him orders on the simplest of tasks, but he still wasn't able to do it right, so she had to step in. If you come and don't get Connie's undivided attention, have patience. She's doing her best to tend to all customers and keep things moving. She's a direct and no-nonsense kind of lady, and this attitude may come off as rude, but I didn't find her rude. There was a customer who was pumping the liquid hand sanitizer and made a mess on her counter, so she told him "it's liquid, not gel, so take it easy on the pumping and don't leave a mess." Despite the busy crowd, the service was quick. Including driving time to and from the store, I was done within my 1 hour lunch break. This store has all kinds of other services, including mailbox rentals, prints, scans, copies, fax, money orders, mail services, mailing supplies, custom packaging, notary, keys, greeting cards, snacks, etc. There are plenty of parking spaces in the shopping center, with reserved spots specifically for this store.

Had a package that was supposed to be delivered but when I arrived, no package. Gave her $20 upon leaving without picking up a package. Gave her extra at sign up for helping me. Just say I'm a giver I love helping people out even when they didn't deserve it. Moral of the story is I'd passed to her at least $80 more than I had to showing kindness. But this woman didn't turn down one cent and then had the audacity to charge me for extra packages not realizing it's a new month, fraudulently! After 4 extra packages she charges a fee. I didn't get 4 packages in the time frame she decided to charge me for after her greed has already had $80 more than she earned given to her from me, just showing support and being authentically kind. If I could get a refund I'd get the hell away from this kind of person in which is a greedy individual. KARMA don't care who you are. God knows my intentions and so does he know hers. I'd suggest to stay away from this place she appears nice but one of the greediest people I've ever seen. Can't wait till I don't have to use her services but be ware of undercover smiles that's nothing but a greedy individual just waiting to rip you off in some kind of way. Some packages were small enough for the mailbox but to get over they don't see the inside of that box. I got receipts of her fraudulent charges because some packages were lost and she never received those but some how I got an overage when the delivery date shows what day and time delivered. I m looking into filing a complaint cos you don't cheat your customers. This is mail so I will do my research to see my next steps cos I don't appreciate getting ripped off cos I stopped giving money when packages started missing and your concern it wasn't your problem, WOW! lol
