Beware of the additional $25 fingerprints fee. Fingerprints fee is included in the TSA application fee, however, when I questioned the additional $25 fingerprint fee, the manager pointed to the sign on the wall stating postal annex charges a$25 fingerprints fee in addition to the fingerprints fee already included in the application fee. The manager kept walking away from me to take care of other things and to talk to others. They also don't clean the fingerprints glass between each customer. I will never go back there read more

I've been to this Postal Annex three times now, and each time the women working there have been genuinely lovely, helpful, and courteous - they're the reason I kept coming back. Unfortunately, the manager (dark hair, no name tag) has been consistently rude and dismissive. On my second visit, he informed me that using any of their duct tape would cost $2 per piece. When I mentioned that a staff member had previously added a small strip as a courtesy, he abruptly replied, "Well, that's what it is," without any attempt at professionalism or explanation. He also charges $2 to email a shipping label - which I only needed because the QR code system wasn't working properly. During my most recent visit, one of the women kindly offered to help me while I was waiting in line since I was on my lunch break. Instead of appreciating her initiative, the manager reprimanded her in front of me, saying she shouldn't have done that because "doing the mail is more important." It's unfortunate, because the female staff truly provide great service, but the manager's lack of customer care and respect makes the environment uncomfortable. I won't be returning because of his attitude, which is disappointing given how helpful the rest of the team has been. read more

The new team is great and I just wanted to give them a shout-out for the wonderful customer service. Mick has helped me multiple times and always has a smile on his face and is ready to help me with anything I need, (shipping/stamps/supply purchase). I recently needed a document notarized, so stopped in and notary Laura helped me out. She was friendly and fast, which I appreciated. Owner Farshat always remembers my name when I come in. I have to give commendations to this location. First and foremost having a shipping business in a residential neighborhood is helpful. Second, their customer service is excellent. They do their best to support their customers. When I have done shipping from here and they always help me find the best rate with the best carrier depending on shipment needs. It's also wonderful to see them busy. The store is clean and you have many services available when needed. I praise them for being a wonderful location just within walking distance and how clean is inside and out. I highly recommend them. read more

Stopped by as a walk in for TSA Pre check application. Mick was working solo and it was BUSY but he was amazing! He was courteous, acknowledged every single customer that came in, juggled all the TSA pre checks, notary, drop offs, answering the phone, etc....I didn't have to wait long. Mick is the king of multi tasking. I nominate Mick to be in charge of our government :). Highly recommend this location and you will be lucky if it's a day Mick is working. read more

I tried mailing a letter this morning at 9 am on Wednesday and they weren't open, they did not answer the phone, and their hours on Google, their door, and their phone are all different so not sure when they are open or if they are ever there. I got my livescan fingerprints and passport photo done here and the service were great and very efficient. The owner was working and he was very sweet and made sure I was taken care of. The store is under new ownership and everything is very clean and well stocked. Update. Couldn't figure out how to delete. Got a call back from postal annex and they felt that the $165 quote was a mistake and that is not the right charge. They will improve their training of employees Had a bad experience. I needed to send something overnight. Postal annex quoted me $165 this seem high so I tried to see if I was doing something wrong or if there was a cheaper way, but they didn't seem to be anything. So I left and went to FedEx on Westview and for the same thing they charged me $69. Either postal annex has a very high mark up or they made a bad mistake, not in my favor. read more

His business offers shipping by FedEX, USPS, DHL, and UPS. They sell boxes and packing materials or they will pack it for you. They do passport photos. They can scan and fax documents.
