I have used this location about 4-5 times on Sunday because they are the only UPS I know that is open on a Sunday! I come here when I am making Amazon returns since they are open on Sunday and until 4. The service is efficient and convenient because I sometimes have appointments nearby. I would highly recommend stopping by to mail out items or return items to Amazon. Be aware that parking can be a bit tricky on a Sunday since it's in the shopping center. read more

I took my package home and printed the label myself. This UPS store was amazing! I inherited antique family china, glassware, vases, teacups etc from my grandparents, parents and great aunt. They carefully wrapped each piece so carefully and shipped it all to my new home in North Carolina. I couldn't believe how much loving care went through to make sure it arrived safely across the country. The manager was amazing and went the extra mile to assure me my family heritage antiques would be safe. This is my go-to spot for Amazon returns. There is a kiosk where I don't even need the original packaging. I just scan the code on my phone, put the item in one of the provided clear plastic bags, then dump the whole sack into the slot. The parking lot is free and full of empty spots. It seems like everyone else has befriended the employees here. Sorry to have missed out, but I am in and out of here in less than 5 minutes! The only negative point is that on Sundays only, the store randomly opens at 11AM when every other day it opens at 9AM. I have nothing against the later start, but the first few times I used this UPS, I had to leave and return a few hours later. Make sure to check the hours! I was returning 6 items and totally fudged the orders and barcodes, I got lost and Raymond was patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process! He helped organize the items accordingly and rearranged the barcodes. Didn't once seem annoyed even though I know I would have been. I wish I went to a different UPS store or just had dropped off my equipment to the worksite but HR kept insisting that I drop it off at a UPS. I looked up UPS stores that had good reviews so I have peace of mind that the equipment is handled carefully. So I went to this location planning to return expensive work equipment through corporate retail solutions program. My visit was between 530pm-6pm and a few people were ahead of me. I understood they were busy and I was going to be empathetic and nice about their rush when I made it to the counter. I was impressed to see the 2 staff working the front and the line was moving pretty quickly. I was wrong once I interacted with the staff and realized I was blinded by the sh*t show from when I got in line.. I was called next in line and I don't know if I had rbf (resting b*tch face) and triggered her rude side or maybe I wasn't nice enough. I placed my box filled with equipment on the counter and I said "hi I'm returning equipment" and handed her the paper. She quickly responded with a rude attitude "What am I suppose to do with this?" And I responded "the instructions say to give you the paper " and she responded with grabbing my box by one small flimsy flap and I had to say "please be careful there's expensive equipment in there" while my baby was crying feeling the lady's rude vibes. She doesn't place the box gently and placed it rudely next to her coworker who was assisting someone else already plus it seemed like he was also assisting another lady against a counter who seems to be a frequent customer and kept having issues "sending" something to their email or something. When the guy was able to assist me, I just mentioned the same thing. I said I don't know what else to do I'm just following the instructions on the paper. So he read the instructions and I answered his questions. While he was working on that, the rude lady was speaking loudly at another customer who asked a question about placing the item somewhere and she didn't have a box. The rude lady said something about that it needs to be in a box and there's an extra charge for it. But the customer said she didn't have to do that before. But I didn't catch the whole conversation but the vibes in the entire store was just off. Once the guy finished working on my receipt with tracking number I couldn't tell if he was rude to me or he was just tired of everything that was going on. He didn't place it in any box and he just carried everything without placing it in one. With that said, maybe I should have taken the equipment back and gone to another UPS store but it was my first time returning work stuff like that. I'm nervous how they might handle my items since it wasn't in a box anymore and it was just handled boxless. I don't normally write reviews but felt the need to. Even my sister who was holding my baby had to say something about bad vibes out loud cause we didn't come in to be rude and receive rude service. I feel bad if they were busy and short staffed but they were handling the customers pretty quickly but quality of service wasn't there. The frequent customer said they are nice but I didnt see it and I get it sometimes they have bad days too. Reason for my 2 stars, I try to give them the benefit of the doubt cause I worked for customer service role and have been for 15+ years.. but my baby crying after my interaction with the lady and then seeing the lady be rude to another customer was what triggered me to write this review.. read more

I popped in to return some items that maybe didn't work out so great from Amazon. Aaron was the employee that helped me out. He was super!! He explained, very patiently and very detailed to the lady a head of me in line how to fix her amazon return . He didn't have to do that. He was at the expert level for customer service and kindness. When he was working on my return, he turned up his multitasking skills and checked out another customer. Because he was so fantastic, neither of us felt "slighted" or less important. The store is well organized, clean and well stocked. While we were waiting (6feet away) for our turn, we saw a few things we needed at home. So we got those too. Is there hope for "Faith" ?? ... I read a couple of the other reviews from this week, and I too had a disturbing experience. This girl acted like she had no voice, was rushing me like a "tweaker." I honestly thought she was on something as she kept scratching her arms and fidgeting around. One item needed a box. I asked if they had one, otherwise I could have just gone home to get the original box. She says nothing, goes in the backroom with others for like 7 minutes, comes out with a box, tapes the item up in the box. I thank her and then she charges me $6.95 but never told me there would be a charge this! This is all with very little words exiting her mouth. "Is there hope for Faith?" A better question is why it has been almost 1 week and my items have not left the store?? Never again at this location. read more

UPS provides an excellent, above and beyond service. Their Notary service is the best, very accommodating and helpful. They offered to come to your location if the person is physically challenged or having health-medical condition. One of their Notary personnel came by to my parents home to help them to notarize important documents. Everything went well!! I'm impressed with their service!. read more

I recently moved out of San Diego and had to ship quite a lot of heavy boxes through UPS. After the shipment there were some articles that were damaged. Then I got in touch with UPS Mira Mesa store. "Sam Nazario" picked up the call and told he would help me through the claim process for the damaged goods. He did a great job in helping me through the claim process. And I did receive my claimed amount. He's super responsive and very persistent in getting things DONE. He followed up with me regularly to update the status despite so much workload(I mean who would do that?!) I can't believe I would have had the same experience if I had worked with UPS claims department directly. I would recommend Sam to anyone. read more
