I had to ship out 44 boxes today, each one to a different address and was fortunate enough to have Kaela help me. She spent nearly 2 hours typing addresses and I couldn't have thanked her enough for being so incredibly sweet, efficient, and helpful. There was an issue with the Excel file I sent, so she had to painstakingly manually type all the entries. She even worked through her break to finish my packages, now that's dedication! I was extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely make this my go-to UPS location for future delivery needs. This UPS store is nicer than some of the others I've been to. This UPS store is a tiny store located next to a liquor shop, Aldi's and a haircut place. Ambiance: The store has pretty helpful employees, usually about 2 people working. Terrible customer service. Did not offer to mail package for free when it was UPS error. I mailed a package. It was sent back for a sorting issue, which was written on the return form. The manager claimed it was refused by sender. Which was false. The driver decided to take the package back to a facility and not deliver. Again, in the notes. This is my go to store for all my returns and I always have quite a few. The staff is very patient and very helpful with everyone. I have never encountered in my multiple visits a rude or unhelpful staff so a bit surprised at the negative reviews. The parking is easy and they are open on weekends as well. read more

I frequent this UPS often. This is where I take my Amazon returns. It's a great way to make returns without needing special boxes or labels. Just show them your QR code. I've also dropped off prepaid packages, and have gotten some forms notarized here. I recommend making a reservation for notary online as there could be a wait if they're already helping someone else. The staff members are always friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and speedy. They answer phone calls and questions promptly. They also have tape available for use. Plenty of parking. Store is clean. Worst customer service. Came in to do a live scan today with my wife this name Brealla that helped us was completely rude. I was helping my wife making sure the info she was putting in the system was correct and we caught her putting in wrong info. We told her that we wanted to make sure it's context and she told me that I couldn't be next to my own wife like this was some secure government facility. We were just at the USCIS doing live scan and they didn't even tell me something like that. Bottom line we left and made sure she wouldn't submit the wrong info because she is completely negligent. I will never come back to this place or recommend coming here because of her alone. She should not be working at a place that requires customer service. read more

2/2 times I've tried processing returns at this location, both representatives, were nothing short of snappy and condescending - God forbid they are in any type of leadership role in that store. The first time, there was an incorrect # of labels for returns and I had to point out it's because they mis-labelled them. The second, my shipment came in 2 packages and only one label printed and the expectation was for me to either buy a bigger box to place the contents in or buy tape to take the two boxes and combine them into one. Whatever type of service agreements UPS has with Amazon should not involve the customer themselves having to go out of their way and spend more money to return anything. Even more so, it shouldn't involve shoddy customer service, deflecting blame to Amazon or elsewhere, or allowing others to butt into my business. That is not how you succeed in business, or in life, and I pray that both employees work on getting over themselves to grow. Systematic issues and Service Agreements are one thing, but bottom of the barrel customer service is the primary reason I wish I could leave less than one-star for this review. I know my review is pretty inconsequential in the grand scheme of things, but this location needs a shift in staffing cause it seems like both reps I've dealt with did not want to be there and were less than helpful. read more

I used the PO Box services here for 2yrs and I never had any problems. I was always greeted kindly and the employees made conversation with me. My packages were always ready for me. The employees there got to know me and my box # and always got the package for me as soon as they saw me. I would recommend this ups store to anyone. I'm really grateful to all the people there. I had to get some docs notarized for work. The UPS Store was the closest. Little did I know, my friend Esther, was the new notary. So....it makes perfect sense that I got stellar service and my docs were notarized as quick as greased lightning! This UPS store is relatively easy to find. Maybe it was just my luck, but on two occasions I was here the staff didn't know what they were doing. I had some prepaid packages shipped here for pick-up, and on both occasions the employees assisting me were confused and thought I needed to pay for the charges. After explaining things to no avail and waiting for them to finally figure it out, these simple pick-ups ended up being more troublesome and inefficient than they should have been. It sounds petty, but it just makes me not want to go to them if they make things complicated. I also had to call them once in regards to a package mishap and they weren't exactly friendly or sympathetic. I'd rather just drive further down Mira Mesa Blvd. to the other UPS, where they have friendlier, quicker customer service from my experience. read more

My husband and I decided to ferment some homemade hot sauce this year to send along with our Christmas cards to family and friends. We had 29 boxes to ship! My husband had to go in to work the day we planned to ship these so it was up to this pregnant lady to getter done! Luckily when I got to the store there wasn't really a line. Gabriel was very helpful and didn't make me feel bad for having so many boxes to ship. He was very efficient and helped me get everything labeled and ready to go. A while after we started the 30-40 minute process a line started to form and he managed customer expectations on wait time very professionally. I have been coming to this location for all my delivery service needs because of practical reasons. It wasn't until recently that I started noticing the polite welcomes and excellent customer service of the entire staff of this office (especially a lady named Breella). She takes the effort to know people she does business and her people-skills is impressive. I noticed that she takes the time to explain anything with a smile that a customer might have in confusion. When it comes to pricing for shipping packages this is definitely not the place to come. Very expensive IMO but have yet to check to see if I get a different rate shipping from UPS.Com direct 1 star. As for UPS drop offs, I think the store overall does it pretty good job. I've been there no less than a dozen times and every time they are fast and efficient ... But then again I'm just dropping off packages. 5 stars I do see them going the extra mile for other customers and terms of applying extra packing tape for helping them better package something that has been packaged very well.
