My husband and I came in here to send back a package from Emma. Daisy made it so easy. Went to take the picture of the shipping label off my husband's phone, to send the package back and his phone died. Daisy went above and beyond, let him charge his iPhone with her charger and we waited a bit, looked around the store and we noticed our friend/ neighbor's art work up in the store from mugs to art work. We have some of his art work plus Marilyn Monroe painting. The store has so many great items. iPhone is up, so Daisy got the shipping label and placed it on the package. We are all set. We still talk about how amazing Daisy was to help us out. Daisy went above and beyond for us. We cannot thank her enough.! I highly recommend come in here to ship packages or pick up wrapping paper or a wine bag or sport shirt or to look at Mark Lewis's artwork paintings. I WILL NO LONGER BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!! I went in to have some paperwork faxed, which cost me $44. I was given the confirmation after waiting for over 10mins. When I returned to work, I looked at the confirmation it had a very large very clearly written "ERROR OCCURRED!" I called to ask what happened and was told I need to come back to resend. When I returned for a second time, and waited for the fax to go through I was told it still says error occurred. When I asked for my money back, I was told no because the postal annex provided a service, even though my fax did not go through. When I asked repeatedly if I was out $44 they danced around my question and I was told by the owner that their fax machine was working fine and that yes I was out $44. This is a reprehensible business practice. I have been going to the postal annex for a long time. My husband stopped going years ago because they nickel and dine EVERYTHING! I will no longer be using their services for business or personal use! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANY OF THEIR SERVICES, UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY GETTING RIPPED OFF! read more

I only come here to print paperwork for school and my small business, and I haven't visited in a while since it's more convenient being just down the street. But $3.65 for a single color page? That's so overpriced--just $3 to use the computer and all I did was send an email to print. Staples or other places would be way cheaper. TL;DR: $1/lb for shredding services. Can't complain. I called to confirm they offer paper shredding services. Lady said it was $2/lb (which I was fine with honestly), and when I came in with my bag, she said it was actually $1/lb. She said she was glad to have more to do on a slower day with the rain. I was in and out in less than two minutes, and I paid cash. They're amicable and quick. I'll be going here from now on next time if I let my mail get a little unruly, but this place can save you time if you have a busy day. read more

Hubs found a truck and tow bed to pickup a car. Process was quick and pretty seamless. The truck was surprisingly nice, comfy, newer and easy to use. Cons: -We needed to purchase the hitch piece -Window wipers need to be replaced. It was raining and they were bad, window was very blurry. Had a few packages I had to mail out so I stopped into this location for service. I typically go to the La Verne location and let me tell you, I made a mistake by coming to the Glendora location this one time. I was in a huge hurry and the man helping me out moved like the sloth from Zootopia. VERY SLOW. He was talking to another customer about Trump and Biden while I was standing there holding five packages, clearly in a hurry. I understand that there is a bit of customer service involved with having conversations with your customers, but five minutes is too long. At least be able to multitask; we are not at the park! Above it all, when I mailed out all my packages, I realized (after leaving) that I was charged for the more expensive routes on shipping rather than the slower routes. (Which is what I asked for) Since I was running so far behind, I didn't have time to check. Will definitely never return to this location. read more

I liked this place for months. Recently, though, several incidents made me uncomfortable. I went last week - but it was empty. I said, "Hello!" several times. Nobody came. So I left and returned later. ... and Michael hugged me after my transaction. Again. It is one of those things that made me uncomfortable, but not enough to make a public scene. He hugged me the last three times I visited. I considered telling him to stop. Yet it would be awkward to return to a place of business after establishing a professional boundary for which he should already adhere. You should not initiate hugs with clients. Once I suspected the place smelled like marijuana, but I cannot be sure. read more

I've returned items back to Amazon when they cannot be accepted truth Kohls and I like how he carries boxes, filler, padded envelopes, and items to spruce up your packages. I will not be returning to the PostalAnnex+. Upon entering the shop, I noticed the employee was not wearing a mask. I was able to drop off a stamped envelope for USPS but the employee was not able to help me ship a small package internationally without an exorbitant cost. Very strange. He worked very slowly and also made an odd comment about the pandemic and that's when I left. After that I went to the post office. They were able to help me ship the package and for much less money than what the PostalAnnex+ quoted me. I don't recommend this business. read more

COVID RELATED REVIEW 11/20/20: I recently visited the business and not one of the 3 employees working was wearing a mask. There were no additional barriers installed or hand sanitizer available or any other covid precautions. They are endangering the lives of their customers. Ugh! Went here December 17th after receiving excellent service this past Saturday from a younger gentlemen. Walked in tonight and there was a customer without a mask working with an older gentlemen WITHOUT A MASK! Come on! As of today there are less than 100 ICU beds in the county and this guy is working in a place of public business sans mask like it's no big deal. When he asked why I was leaving I asked him "where's your mask?" He said "over there somewhere..." and I then asked "Why aren't you wearing it?!" No answer. Like come on!! I drove to this postal annex out of my way because of the service and to support a smaller local business but now I won't be back because obviously this guy doesn't care. Truth be Told! I was charged 300% more for a 3 days FedEx letter as compared to taking directly to FedEx. WHAT A RIP OFF! The FedEx 3 days letter would have cost me $9.75 while Postal Annex charged me a whopping $29.33 (from zip code 91740 in Los Angeles California to zip code 30253 in Georgia Atlanta area). I had asked the person helping me why the rate was so high and if this was Postal Annex rate, he replied NO, it is by FedEx. However, FedEx confirmed with me that they only charge $9.75 for the 3 days -- it was a plain untrue statement by Postal Annex that FedEx fixed the rate to $29.33. Very rude older guy behind the counter this morning around 10:45 am Oct 12, 2018. He kept chatting with the customer before me. When the customer left the counter, aware that I was in line, he continued to talk to him. I said 'excuse me, I've been waiting, he said ' I'm still with my customer' (For the record, the customer was already at the door! So I told that older guy- you're just chatting !! And he blurted- well you can take your business somewhere else!!! And I did! He was very rude! This place is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful and you rarely have to wait. They have lots of mailing supplies and just about anything you could need to mail something. They'll help you work out the cheapest way to send your package. Plus they provide an inexpensive notary service. I never go to the post office any more. read more
