I walked in at 3:59 pm on Saturday and the Gus was still helping another customer I was told "mam we cannot accept any customers after 4 o clock because we close at 4" I understand you close at 4. You should have locked the door then and not let me come in at all, not refuse service after I walked in! I was Literally just dropping off an Amazon package. But oh well will never choose this store again for my mailing services, and mind you I run a business so I use it quite often. Bye read more

Eli was courteous and extremely professional. I needed to print a pdf of my moving details, at the last minute. Service is pretty slow with only two employees. Don't like the fact they don't make eye contact. A good morning or howdy would suffice. lol Just noticed both of the employees UPS jacket is super dirty. I mean can't the store owner make sure their employees who represent the store have clean UPS jackets since it is a light blue windbreaker. This is daunting it's about 1230. Parking, no issue whatsoever. Huge parking lot. This UPS store has been my go to for years. They get busy during the holidays, just as any other place but Everytime I've gone - they have been fast. The only times they were backed up are always due to guests who are more "old fashioned" and still making labels at the store. Oddly enough, this is the only UPS location that actually scans my USPS (postal) packages and even gives me a receipt! It's a small gesture but it goes a long way. Other locations will just tell me they can't scan it. Notable employees include Andre and another gentlemen (forgot his name but Hispanic/Caucasian, mid 20s). Exceptional insanely fast service. I came here for a passport picture, and then later to overnight a package. The curly haired gentleman, and especially the woman who help (Krystal) were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. What I love about coming here is that the staff will get you out the door as quickly as possible. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a few minutes, even in the rare cases there is a line. They know how to triage customer need and can process multiple requests at the same time, accurately. Great for when you're in a time crunch and also need help figuring out how to ship. Nothing short of outstanding. And the Halloween candy was icing on the cake for my adult self. read more

I'm glad this is my neighborhood UPS because staff are always really helpful and friendly. In general I like UPS stores more because they always help me pack stuff, compared to USPS where they don't help me at all and try to get me to buy an entire roll of tape to tape a shipping label myself, or move me to the back of the line to write down an address really quick. UPS is just a lot more expensive as I'm sure you all know. But lately I've been shipping a lot of stuff from Facebook Marketplace and discovered that UPS is actually like a dollar cheaper than USPS priority mail. read more

Tip: go through parking gate at the front entrance (keep ticket, it's good for 30 mins) and follow road towards the back of the building. The only ups store I go! Staff here are extremely helpful and professional. I visit this store often to drop off packages for amazon return and stuff I sold on Mercari. And the experience here is always pleasant. Recently, I had to ship a double stroller which my husband had to make the shipping package with different boxes because the item was too big for any box we could find. We were concerned about the package when we took it to the store. The staff helped us making the box more secure and told us that if the driver can't take the item, they will give us a call. The staff here are respectful and polite. If there is a line, you can tell they are trying their best to move the line quickly but still providing the good customer service to you. read more

Noelle's Yelp Notebook 2018 With the ongoing package thefts in San Jose, my family has decided to get a UPS mailbox. The difference between a UPS mailbox and a P.O. Box aka Post Office Box is the UPS mailbox uses a street address. So when ordering from anywhere in the world packages will be sent without issue to my UPS mailbox, whereas with a P.O. Box there are usually mailing restrictions. In previous years, we had the large UPS Mail Box. Going after hours and looking for even the smallest of packages I noticed they weren't placed in the large UPS Mail Box and I would have to come the next day to retrieve my packages. Good news is we downgraded to a smaller UPS Mail Box and it fits our needs just fine. If your package is small or large, they just hold it on a shelf. Customer service is always friendly, sometimes fast and other times slow depending on how many employees and customers are in this UPS Store. Huge benefits of the UPS Mailbox- no more package thefts and I don't have to worry about inclement weather and package damage. I highly recommend a UPS Mailbox to family and friends. I rarely write review but this time I have to. Customer service really needs to be re-trained! I dropped off my Amazon return and this UPS store messed it up. I regreted not returning through Amazon drop off but chosen this UPS store. There were 2 similar items that need to be placed in the same box; The clerk (I did not get his name - mistake #1) said to put ONLY 1 in the box. The other item was not. I worried but he told me not to. Now, after 8 days, Amazon ALREADY RECEIVED AND REFUNDED for ONLY 1 item! The other one shows not with label created as I track from UPS.com?!? I took pictures of the tracking info from UPS.com but the think-he-smart guy keeeps telling me I can not track from UPS even I showed him the screen shot showing the delivery status?!? The whole time I tried to tell him without any yelling nor using any bad language but he and the other girl (dare not to say their name when asked) rudely don't want to listen. In short, stay away from this UPS location if you do not want stresses and headaches dealling with messed up package delivery and terrible customer services. Now, I will have to spend hours with Amazon to solve missing package (I have dropped off receipt!). Never again at this UPS store!!! read more

I usually return many packages a week and I only trust this UPS Store. I've never had any issues here and they have the best attitude. Christian helped me today at the front and really went the extra mile to help me package an item I really needed to get out. The service here is good and the staff is friendly. Mailing out packages here sometimes has a line up and a wait. It's located in a plaza so it has traffic throughout peak hours. It's generally well kept and clean. Overall, a nice decent UPs store. read more

If there is negative store then I would give this store a -10 star. The customer service is terrible and unprofessional. The girl Dianna is extremely rude and lazy. The store lost many of my packages to Amazon, and in one instance they stole it. They claimed no label and they do not know whose the box belonged to, but when I came to the store they know right away it is my box. They stole my box and did not follow the guideline of UPS that they have to keep the unknown box for 2 months at least. They took it less than 2 weeks. The owner is a theft and save your time to go to other store or you have to deal with all the headaches and lies. read more

I had the worst experience at this store so now I just go directly to the US Post Office. I dropped my iPhone 11 inside the iPhone box inside a bubbled bag one Friday evening and this was supposed to be picked up from US Post Office guy on Monday but I guess someone notice it was an iPhone and suddenly got stolen. I went to the US Post Office on Wednesday after not having a location of my item and they told me it got never scanned out of this UPS store. Having a bad day? Why lay it out on a customer? Once again confirmation that this store does not train their employees well. Horrible customer service. My daughter's friend in San Jose went out of her way to go to the college and pick up prescriptions my daughter mistakenly left at school during the long holiday break. Being medications, my daughter needs them asap. Her friend got to this UPS store after the Friday cut off and paid a very high fee (more than $50) to get the prescriptions delivered by next day air. Wouldn't that mean being picked up on Saturday and delivered by Sunday or Monday at latest (they were only going to southern California)? However my daughter received them four days later. We spoke with UPS and this store's manager to get a reduction in price (come on, they're students after all) and was met with a negative attitude and no money back. Worst mailing center ever. Super expensive, last pickup is too early so you're screwed if you come in the afternoon. Minimum on credit card charge which is ridiculous and illegal I believe. Came in to make some copies and drop a package off and The associate by the name priscilla helped me with my copies and handled my package to be shipped with no problem. She also helped answer some questions I had. Very helpful and great ups store location! Came in here today to drop off a pre-paid package, but I hadn't sealed up the box. Was just hoping to get some tape to do it myself but the guy working said he'd take care of it for me. He even made sure I got a receipt with tracking number even though most places will just take your package and tell you to get lost. Nice surprise to get such good service. The girls had a little attitude not sure where it came from As I am a businessman I was here for business service they seemed a little perturbed that i was here for business and that was unusual for them to ask a lot of personal questions and then had an attitude when I did not answer them so that needs to be adjusted. I will come back here again for services that I need and that is all I will come here for. read more
