It's disappointing to encounter an "I don't care" approach in a customer-facing role, especially first thing in the morning. I've been to this location many times, and the service is usually excellent. The gentleman who typically helps--an Indian man--has always been incredibly friendly and accommodating. Experiences like his are what make a business pleasant to work with. I understand it's a business at the end of the day, but customer service truly makes all the difference. Hopefully this was just an off day, but it did stand out compared to the usual level of service here.
