I was very pleased with my experience at this store. I purchased 2 boxes in order to return an expensive item and I was having trouble boxing it up. The owner said he would be happy to do it for me at no additional charge. It is rare to find this type of customer service these days and his going the extra mile made my day!! Stopped by to drop off some USPS priority mail which I have done at other UPS Store locations as they are much faster than the post office. The Indian lady working here was very rude to me saying nothing but "No, go to post office." I asked if just this location didn't take them, but she turned her back to me and didn't even bother to respond. Horrible customer service. read more

You will get your stuff done here but with minimal customer service. They charge $1 for sealing your package.

It's the best, great customer service, fast and efficient personnel. The lady in charge is fast, friendly.

I brought my sack of hammers to ship here, and they said "Sorry, we can't shred that, but we can let you take care of your U-Verse shipping for free - just kidding! We can't do that either." They can, however, do USAA banking, which is nice. Rule of thumb: Young people who work there - smart and nice, old people who work there - jerks. read more

Really bad customer service there's nobody there but yet they don't attend to you they are grumpy and expect you to know everything by memory like if it was your job not theirs. try to ship an item the lady wouldn't even take it and she was forcing me to buy expensive box from her for something that I could mail in a bag! The ladies usually working there are very nice. I use their mail-box services for my website business. I also use them for a UPS drop off. They seem to care about their customers, and where very patient with me when I had to fill out all the paperwork for my box. I know they also offer other services, like notary, copying, etc. read more

Was there today. Ask for a print after they told me it was 2 dollars they made me wait for 15 min while other costumer walk in and out of the store! That indian lady is a bitch! She was using the computer and she couldn't stop and take care of me! Just go somewhere else!!!! read more

I placed an order with Amazon Prime with a guaranteed delivery date of 10/4. Looking at the tracking record, they left the seller in Allentown PA on 10/3. Traveled to Dallas, then to Humble,TX the same day. They arrived in Sugar Land (where I live) at 4:27 AM on 10/4.I really needed them by this morning (10/5) so I contacted Amazon at 9 AM. They spoke to UPS manager In Sugar Land and he assured them they would be here no later than 11. It is now 3:00 and no package. If I were a seller on Amazon I would never use UPS Sugar Land for deliveries again. read more

Just mean to the customer and mean to other employees. I'll drive way out of my way to avoid this ups store.

I wish I could give negative star rating. I went to the store to drop off a few packages. A lady at the store started to push me for getting the boxes taped by them for $1 each, when they were already well taped. She even removed tapes for two of the boxes and when I insisted to keep the third box as it is, she got furious. She even refused to tape first two boxes which she had untaped and threatened me not to call the store if the packages get lost. Worst experience to drop a simple package. read more
