Very organized shop and so many different services are offered. I had a package received for a prior neighbor that needed to be shipped to her. She looked at the label and said oh, this is USPS. I explained they don't forward Packages. She then looked further at the labels and saw the package originated with UPS and said she would take it in and talk with her driver, Frank to see if a new label could be created with the new address. I left my information with her. She called me a short time later and let me know Frank had the package and would get it relabeled for the new address. No charge. On top of that, several employees were openly complaining about their workload in front of customers, which only makes the experience worse. What does that mean to you? To me it means the mail is going to be picked up at 4:30, if you arrive after 4:30 your mail wont be picked up until the next day. HOWEVER- if you have them stamp a certfied or verified letter of mailing they will post date it for the next day. They dont tell you that part. Of course, when I called to complain about why my book was stamped for the wrong day I was told there was nothing they could do about it. It was MY fault for coming in too late. Excuse me but your signs do NOT say all certified or verified mail will be stamped for the next day, how was I supposed to know that? Now I have to make an extra trip, along with extra expense- not only me, but our other store as well because the letters we sent out could be used in a court of law as evidence we mailed out the letter on the wrong day thanks to this postal express. We could have been sued for thousands of dollars. I am really miffed that Sherry, the owner was rude and unhelpful.We give her alot of business. I am tempted to drive the extra 10 minutes to go to another location because of this.The sad part is, my only recourse was to complain to Consumer Affairs, which I have done.I am very dissapointed in her customer service.
