I went to drop off a package. The door was open but the lady said the store was closed. (Although someone literally walked out before I did). Regardless, I thanked her and asked her if she knew where I could drop off the package since they were closed and she told me she did not have that information. I waited until the second time I came to this UPS location to write this review. There is a clerk in this spot who I believe may be the manager or assistant manager named Rocio. She gave me the worst customer service I have ever received both times I came in. The first time was for notary services. The second time was when I needed to use their computer to print out some forms. She is all around rude, doesn't greet you when you walk in, she didn't even ask "can I help you?" She just stood there barely looking at me and waited for me to walk up to her and tell her what I needed. I was having trouble with the printer and she just walked into the back so she wouldn't have to help. I highly recommend that the higher-ups talk to her about her poor customer service skills. and if you are a customer I recommend you take your business to another UPS location. read more

Dre at this store was SO helpful today. I've shipped here before with no problems but this time it deserved a review. I had some complex Amazon returns to send, and Dre offered some insight into the best way to ship the items and get the best price. He was patient with me, went above and beyond, and saved me a LOT of money today. Dre is a young guy but he knows what he's doing (*looking at you, Flaps M.*). I'll definitely be back. read more

I come in with my associate to drop of boxes. We ship through a few different companies and apparently our boxes weren't approved. The manager or owner was unprofessional and I was not pleased with her untrained staff who seemed to know nothing about what seemed to be her rules not the company rules. We went to a ups store a few more miles down the road complete opposite to this store. Nice friendly accepted our boxes. Honestly I'd rather stick with FedEx if this is how ups functions. If you volume in shipping like we do I do not recommend this store to anybody! read more

I had to have my "Live Scan" fingerprinting re-done as the ones submitted by the company my employer had come out to do them were rejected. Rocio was very kind and patient, with not just me but also with the client that was having her fingerprints done right before me. We both apparently had difficult fingerprints but Rocio took her time and did her best to ensure that the submittal was the best that it could be for me and the other client. I highly recommend this UPS store for any type of business needs, but also for their "Live Scan" printing. Thank you! read more

This is the worst UPS. They close and open whenever they want. Not sure why there is a post with hours, since they are never there on time. Other times they close 1 hour early because they have a meetingreally? Why can't do meeting after or before store hours. Also staff needs some customer service improvement. Only one guy that is nice. Two stars for the location convenience for me, when we need to ship something UPS, it's an easy drive. Parking can be a challenge as they are located next to Souplantation, but keeping away during the lunch and dinner hours, you should find a spot. I don't have much to say about their customer service, I never stay long enough to get a sense, but employees who have accepted my packages have been professional. Warning! Do not go in their store without having your package ready to ship! I've paid $1 for a strip of tape and my husband paid $5 for a box. Lessons learned and for this reason I prefer the USPS whenever I can. read more

I am a disabled veteran, and Tierney Vet Center is trying to assist me with getting my birth certificate. The manager had very graciously agreed to notarize my former for no cost- so we drove all the way from Huntington Beach to this location. The manager was not there- but the owner was- I can't remember exactly what her name was, but she told us there would be no discount- but would fax our paperwork free. I saw a sign that said AAA discounts- so I asked if we could have the discount- we were told we could have the free fax (About $3), OR the AAA. So I asked which was more- she kind of looked at me weird. So we said "ok, we will fax this at the office, so if we can get the AAA discount on the notary that would be fine". The notary process was fast and easy, and reasonably priced -$15, HOWEVER The Volunteers of America was paying and I was simply trying to make the process as cheap as I could. I had also picked out several beautiful "Leanin Tree" cards with beautiful Indian/Hindu ethnic designs to pay for seperately (side note: I am a Hindu convert, at this point I am worried that my bindi may be offending her because I appear to be Caucasian, and I literally jumped in the car after coming straight from the beach- also I was not dressed according to conservative Hindu standards so perhaps she thought I was culturally appropriating the bindi? was wearing shorts and a long halter style tankini top so my shoulders were not covered? Well, we got no discount for the notary (which we weren't supposed to pay for), and then when I tried to use my AAA card for my purchase discount on the cards, the owner flatly refused to accept that as well. The cashier looked confused and just kind of shrugged, and at this point I was feeling like the Volunteer of America Battle Buddies Volunteer and I were noticeably treated rudely by the owner, so I apologized politely and handed the cards back and left the store. Not sure what the problem was, but definitely won't be coming back. read more

I had to post because the gentleman who was closing was so helpful last night. I thought they closed at 7 and I arrived at 6:35 to see that it was closing time, but he didn't turn me away. I wish I had gotten his name, but he was just about to vacuum and stopped what he was doing to help me ship my package. He took his time with me and didn't make me feel hurried or rushed. Very friendly staff. Always quick and easy to use. Tend to be very busy between 11-3pm but even when I go during lunch they tend to get me in and out pretty quickly. Only issue with the location is the parking tends to be frustrating especially during lunchtime. read more

This is probably one of the worst places to go if you enjoy good customer service and a friendly welcome... I walked in today to try and ship a packet to Illinois and the Manager (ALKA) was very rude and some what aggressive when answering my questions... I felt like I was bothering her or as I had interrupted her on something and that was the reason she was not being helpful... I had payed for the shipping online and she tried to sell me another box for $6.71 because she said the one I had wouldn't work.. Very bad experience! Unfortunately I had to drive a couple minutes more to Irvine to another location that had way better service. The employees here need to be properly trained to get better customer service skills.. very disappointed, try to avoid this location if you can! read more

True rating is zero stars. We have used the tustin UPS store for 10 years and the service has degraded to deplorable. After waiting in line 10 minutes to be served, 2 people walked in the door. A rude worker screamed at me (I had been waiting the longest) to go outside because of covid and but did not ask the customers who came in after me to leave. When I patiently explained I was next she threatened me and pointed to the door and then started helping the people who came in 10 minutes after me. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I would give zero Stars if I could for this location. I went to the UPS store near Souplantation to drop off an Amazon return. There was a guy waiting outside. I thought nothing of it because of Covid. There were two workers inside. One worker let him in. The sign on the door said two customers at a time. While I was waiting for them to let me in, a woman walked past me and pulled on the door. It was locked. She knocked and then one of the workers grabbed the inner security gate and pulled it down. Then the second worker walked over to the door and turned the open sign over to closed! Then she came out and said we're closed. We said we only needed to drop something off for Amazon and she said I'm sorry we're closed- our systems are down. She wouldn't even tell me where I could find another UPS location. She told me to Google it and have a nice day. I know that we are in a crisis, but people shouldn't treat people like this. I went to the other UPS store on 4th Street, and there was a line out the door. There was only one lady working and she had a smile on her face. I was visiting Tustin and needed the services of a UPS store. I called them on the phone first and a female employee was very helpful in answering my several questions. I could tell she had other customers, but she didn't try to get me off the line too quickly as some businesses do. Their phone customers mattered to them just as much as the ones in the store (which I became later that day). When I went to the store it was a Friday night about 6:30, about 30 minutes before they closed. They were very friendly and not in a rush, but the place was quiet. The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is that they were showing me some contractual information that was outdated and had a lower price on it. When I went to buy the service, the main price was higher and two of the clauses had changed (two fees were actually removed) so it was kind of a wash in the end. I just wish I'd had the right info up front. The parking at this place is great because they have a couple of reserved parking spots right in front of their store. This particular store is in a VERY busy shopping area with one of the most popular sushi places right next door that had a line out onto the sidewalk, If it hadn't been for the reserved parking of the UPS store, I don't think I would have gotten a parking spot in that lot even out on the fringes. read more

5 Big Gold Stars on this establishment! The UPS Store on Newport in Tustin is excellent, we've had a box with them for 3+ years and use them exclusively for all our mailing needs. Daisy is particularly professional and warm, always great to work with. Michael takes the time to explain things for me, we have him do all our notary work. And Rosio is terrific, too, always helpful with a kind smile. My only recommendation to the owner/manager would be to add a "drop off with no receipt required" area to cut down the wait time in line for everyone else. :) Thanks for being in downtown Tustin! This is a great location to receive all you're shipping and office needs! Unfortunately, I only usually receive quick and efficient service from a couple of team members... The funny loud notary woman with the glasses and the boy with the freckles on his nose with long hair. (You guys rock!) The rest of the staff needs to improve on their customer service skills. The young girl seems very unsure about herself and the older man with the shaved head seems like he's not all there when you ask him a simple question. The two older woman (assuming their sisters) can come off very rude sometimes after taking your money... I drop off and ship many personal packages at their location. All arriving on time without having to file a claim with UPS. The notary service is very efficient with the young woman with the glasses and the store is always clean. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to avoid the long lines at the Post Office! To the gentle men who says this is not a UPS store. You sir are a fool, this is indeed a UPS store. It is independently own and operated. I was also told they do not give out waybills due to UPS back billing their store account with incorrect account numbers. Most people are too stupid to realize that most McDonald's and other franchisee locations are independently owned and operated, and not ran by Corporate personnel. read more
