This is the worst location ever. The line is alway at least 30 minutes. Including when you need to ship something that already has a label.

Rudest employees in Tustin. Unfriendly and condescending. Bad attitudes for no reason. I greeted both employees with a hello in a friendly tone and received stone cold rude response back ignoring my greeting. They are like this every time I have gone in this location and they all need an attitude adjustment. Was told by Amazon NOT to package my items and UPS employee tells me items have to be in 1 box. When I explain that Amazon said not to box any of my items employee said nothing and scanned my phone. I ask if I did something wrong I'm told by employee "it doesn't matter". Then didn't give me any confirmation and was already looking to move on to the next person. How can you employ such rude people with bad attitudes. During these trying times there are many people who would be grateful to have their job yet they act like they are too good to be bothered. Really cheap owner. I have been coming to this location for 10 years and it's definitely hit or miss for customer service. The owner is unfortunately really cheap and just charged me 2.50$ for two strips of tape to close the two items I was dropping off for returns. I understand costs may have gone up but that type of small costs drives customers away, including me. I will not be returning although I really appreciated Daisy for customer service. How Unprofessional to post that you open your office at 9am and it is 9:15, and your store is still close. Making clients waste their valuable time just because one of this stores employees could not put their alarm to ring on time. FYI- I'm standing here as I type this!!! Store is closed. However, when I arrived they told me they won't be able to do it because of their system. It took me 30 minutes to get there only to be redirected to another store 20 mins away. I dropped first time ,saturday morning an envelope to be deliver international ,the Lady in charge said will be deliver,next Monday by 2pm . I agree ,no problem,Monday came the envelope was never delivered,I called UPS 800 number ,to find out the envelope never left the store,I called the store reported that according to UPS ,package was still at store (THREE DAYS LATER),the same person who received the envelope answered the phone and tells me that envelope never left the store. Obviously, I was upset ,the people from store had no answer for their mistake I ended up losing a lot of money because envelope was not delivered on time. The bottom line is ,if I wouldn't call the ups store ,the envelope probably still will be at the store. No way to express my frustration over the poor service from this ups store. read more

They are extremely slow here and do NOT have a self serve drop off area like FedEx does. If you need to drop off a package that already has a shipping label and want a receipt, you will need to stand in line. 1 out of 4 times I will have to wait 20 mins plus to drop off a package that is all ready and takes them 15 secs to scan in. 20 mins in line for a quick 15 sec drop off. Was once in line that had 8 people waiting to drop off a package ready to go and the line did not move for 17 mins. If they can get a self serve drop off area like FedEx then it will save them time and their customers time. I now drive further to a Staples to drop off where I know I will not have any issues. I walked up with my UPS barcode ready and then she asked why wasnt the item taped up. I then said that the UPS i go to normally doesnt require it because AMAZON does it for you. She then provided me with a rude response while rolling her eyes at me and seemed very frustrated and a stuck up face that she was going to have to tape it up! What kind of employee talks to a customer this way without even greeting them or a hello welcome! Worst service seriously. This stores COVID restrictions are absolutely ridiculous. There is only two people allowed in the store at a time so if you try to go in and drop of a package that has already had shipping set up, you are stuck waiting in a 10 minute + line at times for what should be a 15 second transaction. "Hi, just dropping off a package." "Need a receipt?" "No I'm good" "alright just leave it there, have a great day." If you try to go inside, the employees will rudely inform you only two people allowed at a time and to wait in line. Additionally, the employees always seem to be in a bad mood, maybe due to the ridiculous restrictions, but I doubt it as they were still rude before COVID hit. If anything, they seem to enjoy telling the customers what to do. This seems to be the only UPS shipping center with this problem as I've been to many others, including contracted drop points such as postal annex with no issues. This store should really rethink their customer service practices. I find I always get better customer service at FED EX. read more
