I downloaded yelp just to say screw you to the entire company of UPS. My package was in my town out for delivery. It is now being shipped back to California because they could not verify my address. I noticed they needed my address 2 minutes after they reported an issue. I called, I emailed INSTANTLY and everyone's telling me I missed my last noticed except I noticed it before any of their brain dead out of country call center workers even went on lunch. You call the store and the store tells you to contact their customer service. Customer service told me it would be delivered next day and that they had fixed my issue. EXCEPT now it's in transit to California and there's nothing they can do. Every single person I've talked to told me there is nothing they can do. This entire company is racketeering front I swear. read more

I have visited this many times for Amazon returns and the occasional Ebay ship. This last experience they really went above and beyond. I needed to ship some medications to a family member who was out of state. The package needed to stay cold so it was a time sensitive and had to be handled on a careful manor. The manager of the store helped me re-pack my box in order to make sure everything stayed in place and would stay at a refrigerated temperature so the meds wouldn't spoil. The delivery was personally followed up on by him the next day due to a slight mix up on the address. A-one customer service. read more

Absolutely the Worst ups store to deal with there's an issue every time.they refuse to ship packages that they didn't pack and want you to have them repack them to make an extra buck. I would Not recommend shipping they them!! read more

Always a good experience here. We have mailed off packages several times here & they were quite swift in their delivery. I also had some paperwork notarized here. The customer service is top notch & the prices are reasonable. They seem to always have at least 3 people working at a time. read more

I have had a box account here for 3 years, the staff is always friendly, helps me carry packages into the store and onto the scale. I always get a receipt with all my tracking numbers on it and when I have inbound packages, I get a text message to let me know something is there waiting for me. I think the owners name is Matt, it is locally owned and operated. They never act put out if you ask for something, prices are reasonable and they are very helpful and knowledgeable about all the services they provide. I actually enjoy going there. read more

The customer ahead of me was getting a copy of a driver's license. The copy she was given was unreadable because it was so dark. The employee proceeded to ring her up. She had to ask for a better copy which she was given. No apologies for trying to sell her an inferior copy. I was there to get copies too. 8 of them. When my copies were given to me...they were clear, but they were cut off. The employee (different than the one who helped the other customer)had started to ring me up too. I had to point out the error and was given adequate copies then. No apologies for trying to sell me an inferior product either. No apologies to us for having to wait longer for what should have been two very simple tasks. Quality and customer service do not seem to be high priorities at this business. read more

The customer service there is terrible. Called simply asking for a tracking number from the package I had dropped of and the OWNER of the facility was very rude. Staff was friendly but will never use this location again. I would think as an owner of this facility I would treat my customers politely. read more

Usually a pretty positive, friendly experience here, but the lady today working was kinda rude. Asked a simple question (probably obvious, but hey, I don't friggin' work there) and she gave me a sarcastic answer and looked at me like I was stupid. Horrible service. Refused to allow me to have a Christmas gift despite getting updated instructions from Amazon. Amazon was fantastic, apologized for ups Valparaiso shoddy service and refunded the cost of shipping despite the fact it was free. I do not recommend. Use United States postal service instead. read more
