Every time I come to this location, everyone working here is always friendly and helpful. Reshma in particular always greets me in a very personable way, and always willing to offer suggestions to my packing needs ( if needed) It's rare I come here and it's empty. There is always a constant crowd at this location. I commend these people working here , as I sometimes don't have patience when people arrive without any of the necessary codes or slips needed. love your local UPS store- Reshma is the absolute best. With so much patience and care she takes on a packed store of customers every day. The negative reviews are undeserved- as I am at this location multiple times a week and I first handedly see the respectfully, clueless people slowing down the process for others in line- In no way is this the stores fault. Additionally, UPS has now been made a hub for Amazon returns- this process is confusing for some customers trying to understand the process of the Amazon side in which has nothing to do with UPS- they don't even make money from processing returns for Amazon. This leaves the helpful UPS employees to assist customers as best as they can on a platform that isn't even UPS directly affiliated. And people bitching about the price of printing- THE PEOPLE AT THE COUNTERS DO NOT ESTABLISH THE PRICES- If you want to save $2.50 then drive yourself to Fedex office. Don't forget you pay for the convenience of the UPS store- whom offers printing but is not a printing specialized store. If you want to complain about the costs then call corporate and stop whining to the poor employees who are trying there very best to get their customers in and out quickly. This location is very considerate to all customers who come in, they take extra time to assist to properly help package things for their customers, explain any confusions, offer cheapest shipping plans. Especially Reshma. As they are working to hire more people to their team, please be considerate of this: -If you have the means to create a label online and print at home prior to arriving, do this. Have your amazon QR code ready on your phone so you aren't scrambling at the counter looking through all your orders to find the one you're trying to return at that very moment. The people that come in expecting them to do everything, cheap and without having to get their own hands dirty is what slows the service down. Not the store and its employees. They can only do so much...... -And lastly, just be a kind human being- your time isn't more important than the person in front or behind you. I walked in today at 315 There was a line out the door. One woman was working and she was muttering to herself "He's so unreliable" and apparently trying to call someone who was supposed to show up for work but didn't. Then she starts telling the customers how one of the employees just sometimes decides not to show up last minute a man in the back of the line says "Don't worry take your time I'm not in a rush" Well, me, the front of the line and already been there longer than the entire trip should've taken said "actually my husband needs to get to work and is waiting for me to get home. I need to get out of here but I need to return these today" but I need to return these today I didn't mean to be rude, but I noticed she was doing a bunch of things that I know are side work that you don't do when there are customers in line. Then she gets on the phone with the guy who was supposed to come in and loudly berates him then negotiates him coming in, not coming in, she even set a time for an interview to see if he is serious about working again. This all took about 25 minutes. Finally, I was able to make my Amazon returns and was out of the store in about 30 minutes. A few weeks ago I needed something printed. The store is supposed to open at 9am but I called and emailed. The phone had the "busy signal" until after 920am... 20 minutes before they were supposed to open, I then received an email saying that they had received my email. very frustrating for some of us who work on a tight time schedule . *full disclosure. I worked at a UPS store for a few months a couple of years ago, so I kind of know the policies so I know my visit today was way beyond acceptable. The poor employee retention is telling. My briefly working years ago should not preclude me from reviewing my experiences as a local customer this is my local UPS Store for occasional Amazon exchanges, I go to Poat Pack and Ship for everything else if I can. Also should mention I was charged $7 for "internet use" and a 5-inch plastic bag that most places give for free. read more

The smaller lady with short hair and glasses ALWAYS has a bad attitude. Never friendly and always treats customers like they're stupid. I've been here hundreds of times and every time there is a long line, she gets overwhelmed and flustered. Doesn't know how to manage stress well. Whenever customers leave, she rolls her eyes and talks poorly about them to the current customer she's with. Very unprofessional. If you can't deal with the stress of the job, find something else to do rather than be miserable. What TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Even with proof they claim they do not have my package. It was signed for by XENA on 7/31/2019 in the morning. Yet, they don't have it. I will no longer be sending my packages to this store, the clerk didn't even try to help. The nerve of the so called person who is supposed to be helping me said " Don't be mad at me". This is the UPS store I thought and my package was delivered to UPS. I'm mad at the lack of support, awful attitude, she didn't even bother looking at my ID and said nope we don't it. While I understand everyone has a bad day and my experience may not be typical; I called ahead of time to see if it was necessary to make an appointment for a passport photo. I was told on the phone that it was not, and that I could come in any time. I asked what time they closed and indicated I would be in later. One hour later I arrived at the store fully prepared in jeans, crocs, dress shirt and suit jacket. I explained I was here for a passport photo. The two sales associates looked quizzically at each, one exclaiming she was not trained for the task, and the other, that he was "no good" at getting the photo in the frame. With that the lady off handedly told me I should come back tomorrow, or another day... I think I'll pass on that. read more

PROs the two young employees a young lady and young man with blond hair they were great. We had to take passport pics and they were nice courteous and professional. CON-The older woman is a beast- she gave a lady the business cause she had to go to an appointment and if she helped her she'd make her late for her appointment. UPs -u dont need folks who hate helping people. This is a customer service industry. I'd return and I'd work with the younger folks they were fun and got the job done. Service is average. There was no wait. The only reason for the negative mark is because they lost my return to amazon. I handed the clerk the return slip and item. I was told the print out was my receipt and tracking number. I have tracked the package all it says is "label created" since I did not ask for a real receipt, I have no way to prove that I dropped it off. I do not think this was done purposely but I am still unhappy that I now have to pay for an item that I no longer have. read more
