    I've had a mailbox at this UPS store for the last 10 years, and I can't thank the staff enough for their exceptional service. They truly go above and beyond by checking my mail, forwarding packages to wherever I am in the world, and even locating my packages when there were issues. A few tips for sending a package to the UPS store address: 1. Open a package/mailbox account to use the address to receive your package. 2. If you have an account with My Choice, you can also use the address to send packages. 3. Alternatively, ask for permission in advance to use their address for your package (this may incur a fee). If you don't use any of these methods, your package will be returned to the sender by default. I hope my experience helps others who want to use The UPS Store for receiving packages. I felt compelled to write this because I witnessed a woman harassing the staff, making unreasonable demands and using her race to unjustly criticize them.

    This store is conveniently located downtown which is the main reason that I came in here this morning. Little did I know that I wasn't the only person with the same idea, because there was a line of about four customers. I needed to send out a package and also print out a document from my thumb drive. The single copier machine that was available didn't appear to have a jack to insert the USB thumb drive, so I patiently waited to ask the employee for assistance. While I was waiting, I then noticed the self serve computer that they rent by the minute. The instructions indicated that the customer should utilize the copier at their own risk, that there are no refunds, and if you need assistance there would be a service charge for that. Right off the bat I could see that the price to use the computer was outrageous. I figured that if I had a question a out the copier that they would want to charge me for that as well. I got tired of standing in line, and there didn't appear to be much progress with the employee so I bolted.

    I use this UPS store often. I've never had any problems with them. Good customer service. I will say sometimes i think they could use more staff. I've been in a few times where there was a long line and only 1 person working.

    The worker here is exceptionally rude. When asked for a receipt for proof of drop off, he refused to provide one

Holly is retiring at the beginning of the new year after forty years of service, and it is clear that her dedication, professionalism, and integrity have been constants throughout her career. During a stressful situation involving a lost package, Holly went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. She worked tirelessly and persistently to try to locate my missing package, refusing to give up when it would have been easy to do so. Although the package ultimately could not be found-through absolutely no fault of hers-- Holly did everything possible to help me. She was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, friendly, competent, and genuinely empathetic. What stood out most was her determination: she would not accept "no" when "yes" was the correct response, and she advocated relentlessly on my behalf. In addition to her efforts, Holly took the time to share helpful tips and practical advice so I could avoid similar issues in the future. Doing an over night shift to better organize the mailboxes is not such a bad idea ( as some team mates complained about among themselves of the mere thought of it suggested by your leadership ) guys you never know who is listening to you complain it is bad form (( I won't call you out by name that defeats the purpose of good service but I will say to you team mates )) It will help with the overall operations of the business for both customers and employees. Having an air purifier at the door won't help the mud dried carpet throughout the store, it's filthy, nor the dust canvas printer, printer, glass upper and bottom, walls and sleeves. Why let anyone walk there dogs in without a vest as a support animal. Some are allergic to their pets. Why not put a standup kiosk for PC use, they can be bought for little money from business auctions? All it will take is over night cleaning or whenever your closed for holidays to be open for a seriously needed deep cleaning including light fixtures, glass, POS's, and some new carpet would be an investment into your business and will boost morale for both employees and consumers alike.
