don't believe reviews over one year old. this business has new ownership and the people that work there are great! been using this store past 19 years and since the new ownership workers will help unload my vehicle outside and bring packages in. you don;t ever see service like that anywhere. old ownership was a waste of time nasty owner as he thought he was king of the mountain and did nothing. store was always a mess. been in there one or two times a week for past 6 months and i can say the workers in that store are fabulous and some of them were with past owner. also guess now for christmas i always take care of people that make my job easier and they are now going into my line up for gifts. a message to new owner keep them happy as they are making customers like me very happy. thank you herb read more

Great overall experience at this location. Its fast/easy moving. The workers are helpful with my returns. Would recommend to anyone as it is open 7 days a week! Also definitely a great improvement with the recent change in management. read more

This place truly sucks the life out of me. The guys that work here barely acknowledge my presence and barely say hi or bye and hardly look up at you. They seem to outright ignore me until they feel like taking care of whatever it is I'm there for. What a dread to go there. It makes me sad. read more

Service is poor. One individual that works there, looks like he is sleep walking. They are very slow. When the line is almost out the door, one should stop what they are doing, and help the other out. It was never like that. Very disappointing. read more

DO NOT USE THIS STORE The store was dirty and a complete mess, moreover, all I needed was one copy of my 2016 tax returns consisting of 17 pages. The guy messed it all up - the pages were completely out of order and they do not have page numbers. I had to bring my original home along with the copy and lay it all out on the dining room table to try to figure it out only to find out a page was missing in the copied pile forcing me to go to another place to have one copy made. Looks like I may have just happened upon this location on a bad day, due to it being a busy Saturday and they were short handed (only one employee to cater to the onslaught of Saturday customers). The manager seemed nice enough, but he wasn't able to package the golf clubs I was shipping well enough (or to my standards) so I essentially had to take over. read more

DO NOT USE THIS STORE- I dropped off 3 packages (cell phone trade-ins) to go back to Verizon. Verizon sent 3 different return labels with boxes. 2 arrived no problem, of course, the more expensive phone did not. When I went back to ask for assistance the owner immediately looks up from his computer and says, "No, package not here". He didn't even pretend to be interested or look at anything, just simply said no, not here. When I was advised by UPS corp to have him pull the shipping manifest for that day, he looked through a box full of papers and says box not here, they took it, zero evidence of that. The store was a mess, the kid who took the boxes originally looked shady and talked on his phone during the entire transaction. I am now fighting with UPS corp. with no resolution. OUt hundreds of $$ read more

I walked Into this store like most shipping stores boxes everywhere. I had to ship some cable equipment back the guy was so nice help put everything in the box and packaged it for me. All I had was an account number a box and some tape. They did the rest compared to the post office way nicer and much more helpful read more

Been in a few times over the last 3 years and the customer service was horrendous.. however, I needed to ship some items overseas recently and there was a distinct difference in service.. the guy Andrew that runs the store was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Hopefully they keep him! If they don't I will go somewhere else! read more
