I went into the store today and saw five people. They looked at me and walked the other way. I had to speak to a lady who clearly did not want to speak to me or anybody else for that matter I made my purchases with no please thank you would you like help out with your order Nada. I was trying to get a presentation printed with a full bleed. I spoke to three different people who were fully aware of my order. I was told I needed to setup a document that has bleed marks and then reshare it. They don't offer a service where they can help just enlarge the document to print correctly. The file I needed printed was too large to email. I called back to see if someone would walk me through uploading in there print program. They were very short and weren't really helpful so I did it on my own. I thought I sent the right document as it had bleed marks. When I came to pick it up, it was not full bleed. The same lady I spoke to on the phone was the one helping me who happened to be the manager. She started repeating what she said on the phone. I said you knew what I was looking for, I shared the document with the bleed marks, no one called me to say this new document wouldn't work. She said "I assumed you gave up." Who would give up who had called three times, emailed etc. She said she can't get to it until the end of the day. I'm just waiting until she finishes. What happened to customer service. I will never print here again. read more

I went to this location to return a Fed Ex package. (I had pre-arranged returning it with the shipper). I was the only customer in the store. One of the employees was new and the other said I couldn't return it there. When I explained to them that both the online Fed Ex website and that Fed Ex customer service instructed me to drop off the package at a Fed Ex Office, he became argumentative and belligerent and still insisted I couldn't return the package there. He even threatened to throw the package out if I left it with them. What should have been a simple drop off turned out to be like getting a tooth pulled. read more

Pretty big FedEx Office center that seems to have capabilities for a lot of different types of print jobs. I just came to pick up a package I had re-routed to this location, it was quick and the clerk was sociable without taking up too much time. read more

Don't go here if you are in a hurry. I spent over 30 minutes and this Place trying to get a package shipped. They told me to use the computer to print my own label, however that didn't work, so I had to stand in line again, Only for them not to help me in a quick and efficient manner. Then when I had to have a label printed, I had to wait in line again, and as someone to get my label of the printer so I can simply take it on the box and drop it off. Between a couple of workers totally disappearing, one not knowing what they were doing, and the other taking forever with the customer in front of me, I can't say that this was a pleasant experience. It's a busy place, don't get me wrong. I'm sure that's because they have a captive audience. There isn't a FedEx office anywhere close. read more

I needed to print some pages. I did not know whether it offered onsite printing option or not. I uploaded the file and paid online. On-line menu was little corky, but I figured it out with second try. It required 2 hour wait time which I thought it was little too long for small number of pages to print. So, I called to see if they can do it little earlier. They said they would try. When I walked in in 35 minutes to check on it, they were just finishing the print. I would have hated it if I had to wait there for 35 minutes... 69cents per page, but the paper was high quality read more

This review is based solely on the printing services available at this location. I've been in on more than one occasion to print off documents or make multiple copies of said documents. I don't have much interaction with the staff as the machines are automated and you can handle everything on your own, but in my limited experience, they have always been pleasant. I like the fact that they always have staples, paper clips, binder clips etc to help you stay organized. I will return! read more

Poorly managed FedEx. Took one hour to print out 3 pages. Copier not working and staff struggled to perform routine tasks.

Really poor service. I tried to get a file printed on photo paper and was told I had to bring in a jump drive with only that file on it. I had to wait in line for them to tell me this. Waste of time. read more

It's 24 hours and the employees are very helpful. The only bad thing I can say is that it seems at times like they need to hire more people because it's always at least a 15 minute wait. Other than that this place is awesome. read more

I had the worst experience at this location. There was only one staff member at 8pm the week I went and she was very rude and kept on grumbling that she is the only one there (i sympathize with her but its not really the customers problem, besides there was no customers other than me!!). She did not want to take my passport picture (yes they have passport pic services) giving me some excuse. The most frustrating part was when i found out that my package won't be delivered until Monday 3PM, I dropped it on Thursday hopping it will be delivered Fri or Sat since i paid for express shipping. I guess that my fault for not checking with her when the package will get delivered. read more

Customer service is awful. I felt like I was bothering the counter staff and they actually discouraged me from buying a product that I wanted. Needed to scan two pages and send them to a webpage im not computer savvy and the woman there made me feel like crap saying out loud i cant stand here and help you read the directions on the wall. I was very confused on all the jargon and frustrated needless to say 10 bucks later i accomplished absolutely nothing but kinkos made 10 bucks off of me. You must love people like me you see us as cash cows. And not willing to help someone who doesn't understand how to use your equipment in my book is just rotten you should be ashamed of yourselves and the people that run that place. VERY BAD SERVICE. PLEASE DONT GO! Dont go here. Very old systems, very rude people and you will end up wasting time and money. Was there yesterday for a print out and my credit card was charged and I never got my print out. I used their computers to do the print out. I requested for help and the agent rudely said i didnt know how to use the computer :). I told her I was able to send the print to a black and white and was able to put my credit card in and the system gave me a confirmation number. The lady didnt have her listening hat on. When I came home empty handed was irked to see an invoice for the printed records that I never got in my email. read more
