I very rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to inform potential customers what they are walking into with this vape shop. Although we were greeted casually, the experience was average at best from there. Read on to find out why I think beginners should stay away from this shop and to look elsewhere. I went here with a few of my friends, who were interested in cheap and decent mech mods. The owner, whose name is Sky, pulled a random one off the shelf (a very ancient K100) and sold it to my friend.. for $60, where online it could be had for $20 or less. Additionally, Sky offered to sell him an RDA and build and wick it for him -- I thought to myself, how great. Unfortunately though, my friend left the shop completely oblivious. Neither Sky or any of the workers that were there bothered explaining how to build, or even how to wick the damn thing. No one cared to explain how to disassemble the mech mod, or to lock the firing button. As far as how knowledgeable the owner is -- I asked him if they had a Sapor RDA by Wotofo in stock. I was completely shocked to find out that he was CLUELESS. Had no idea what it was, waited a few seconds before saying no. SMH. My best guess is that the majority of their products are cheap Chinese manufactured products. If you're coming in expecting good quality selection of RDAs and various products, you will be quite disappointed. Safety precautions (especially for a mech mod) such as the use of Ohm's Law, general battery safety, and usage were all ignored. This, to me, is especially unacceptable. Also, their online website is an absolute mess. It's outdated, unprofessional, and many (if not all) of the E-juice menus lead to blank pages, which is annoying. read more

I've been vaping for an while so shops are usually typical for me. So I'll get straight to the point. Service: 5/5 stellar service. Very friendly and more than willing to help with any vape needs from ego twists to mechanical mods. Knowledge of products: 5/5 the owner knows everything there is to know about what he carries, you'd be surprised how many times other shops don't know what some of their products are or the details of it. Knows how to build everything from RDAs to Genesis style to Kayfun style atomizers. This is what caught my eye the most. Price: 5/5 they have excellent prices. Like the lowest price for quality mechanicals compared to any shops I have been to. Their e-juice prices are on par with any other place. Experience: 4.5/5 I really liked it here however the only drawback is that it's in a newer plaza and there's not many store opening until next month. But as of now there's not too much around. I have to start by saying Scott, the owner, is an awesome dude and really knows his stuff. I walked in, told Scott I was looking to quit smoking, and needed a starter kit. He educated me on the different setups, juices, nicotine levels, etc. I spent an hour in the store with him while he had me demo different juices and nicotine levels. These guys provide excellent customer service and I walked out with a starter kit and two juice bottles for a way better price than I'd been quoted at other vape stores.
