As much as I wanted to choose South Bay Vascular Center and Vein Institute because of their excellent ratings, if after two cancellations and the way I was treated on the phone is any indication of how their medical treatment runs, I did not want to find out. There is a lot of demand for healthcare in California, especially for small businesses. However, you need to prioritize the customer service and understand that your patients have busy lives.
