Anyone know what he charges to fix flats and a tuneup?, not a racing bike , simple 21 gear cruiser?

I'll give it to you straight - if you are a beginner like I am, and questioning whether a bike fit…read moreis necessary or not; IT IS! At the very least, it is necessary here with Andrew. Idk how other bike fits go since I am very new to the sport, but with this place being my only metric, it is a 10/10 for me. I came in with tons of different pains in all sorts of places, and Andrew was able to locate why/how those pains were occuring and made the necessary changes to both my shoes and bike. He was meticulous, detail oriented, and made everything very easy for me to understand - especially as a new cyclist. To be honest with you, originally I was hesitant because of the price. Now, after doing it, I've learned it's worth every dollar and wouldn't even be surprised if they charged more because of the effort and expertise that goes into this process. My fit took about 3 hours and 40 minutes and every minute was productive, without any wasted time. Overall, you absolutely will not be disappointed with your experience here and the money spent will feel like a minor hurdle to get the perks of having a bike catered around your body.

I've been seeing Andrew Bosco at Bosco Bike Fits for over two years now, across multiple bikes, and…read moreI wouldn't go anywhere else. His approach is incredibly engaged and thorough -- he takes the time to understand what you're feeling on the bike, what your goals are, and then works methodically to get everything dialed. Andrew is also extremely kind and patient, and he's genuinely willing to work with riders wherever they're at to help them get where they need to be. Highly recommend.

TL;DR version: Needed tuneups for a couple of bikes, bike shops were too busy, Alvin came to my…read morehouse and saved the day! Our bikes were badly in need of tune ups, especially now that we have time to ride (THANKS COVID-19). First attempt at solving my problem: watching Youtube videos about how to perform a bike tuneup. BAD idea. These Youtubers make everything look so easy. All I accomplished was taking a bad situation and making it worse. Plan B: call the local bike shop to see if they could take it. Unfortunately, everyone ELSE has more time to ride now too, which means more people riding, more people buying bikes, and more people getting their bikes fixed. All of the local bike shops were swamped with work, and at best it was going to be a two-week turnaround if I dropped my bike off at any of them. Unfeasible. Final solution: look for a mobile or work-from-home bike mechanic. THIS is how I came across VeloFix. After reaching out to the company, I was referred to the local bike mechanic, Alvin D. Alvin contacted me, let me know his availability, and was here AT MY HOUSE the next day! Alvin showed up in his fancy mobile repair van, promptly at the time upon which we agreed, and got to work. After I explained my situation, Alvin did his thing, and a little over an hour later, BOTH bikes had been cleaned and tuned up. Not only did Alvin provide exceptional customer service throughout the whole process, but he did it at a reasonable rate as well, AND it was done quickly while I sat in the comfort of my own home. I've definitely found my go-to for all my bike repair needs. I've already talked to Alvin about making upgrades on my bike, and it's nice to know that when the time comes, I can count on someone to get the job done.

I HIGHLY recommend Velofix!!!…read more I saw that my neighbor had Velofix over at his house repairing his eBike (I have the same bike) and spoke HIGHLY of them. I just had Velofix over for the first time and this was the BEST Bike experience I have ever had! Alvin (the owner) is super knowledgeable, friendly, professional and did service on both of our Rad Runner Plus bicycles as well as a flat tire on one of them. He texted ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and was right on time. Prices are VERY reasonable and remember, he is coming to you in his mobile repair vehicle and fixing your bike right then and there. Worth absolutely every penny! He is my go-to guy now and I'll be telling everyone within earshot about how great this business is. I highly recommend. Thanks again Alvin! :) p.s. Alvin... I use a different Yelp name. I was in Alta Loma. :)
