Dr. Marisa show us how's to feed the blind puppy. Since she cannot see we have to help guide her.

We love Dr. Marisa and both for her assistant. I have 6 Pomeranians. Dr. Marisa very caring and patient. She always help with all emergency sickness And routine check up. She love what she do that why she is so good with her job. she care so much about her patients. I almost lost 1 dog. She was born blind and very tiny she was under weight. Dr. Come right away to see new born when I contacted her. She teach us hows to take care of her how to feed her and check her weight. She call to check on her every day. Now my blind girl is strong and still with us and live life happy with her family. Thank you so much! Love Dr.Marisa, Nicole and all of her teams!

Dr Herzog & Nicole are a great team. They were both so warm, open & patient with my dog, Butters and I. Dr Herzog did a challenging procedure on Butters. She was thorough and gentle. I appreciate that she explained everything to me & gave me information that helped me understand my dog's diabetes better for the future. The first time I called they were fully booked but Dr Herzog called just to let me know. So thoughtful and efficient. Their mobile clinic was pristine & organized. I left feeling well taken care of and she followed up with an email to check up on Butters. Thank you, Dr. Herzog & Nicole! Side note: They do house calls but you also have the option of going to their mobile sight and save the house call fee.

This is the best pet service ever! Dr Herzog and Nicole come to you and examine your pets in your own home. I have three cats, and trying to get them into crates,And into the car, and listening to them wail all the way to the vet was a nightmare. My pets had a thorough exam, and vaccinations in a much less stressful environment. It was easier on them, and certainly easier on me. These ladies are terrific, and clearly love what they are doing. I'm happy and relieved that my pets were so well taken care of. This is a wonderful alternative for pet owners who can't get to the vet, or especially cat owners, who know how stressful transporting even one cat can be.

When the end came, I was shocked to see an estimate of over $800. I have had many pets over the years and knew this was off. I subsequently brought my dog to Banfield in Nanuet. They were wonderful and treated both me and my dog with care and tenderness. They charged only $367. (less than half) The services being received were identical Euthanasia and simple cremation. I am not sure how 2 vets in the same county can come up with such widely different prices. (basically, one town over) My suspicion is that my (former) regular vet knows that we are weak in these moments and are ripe for paying an exorbitant charge without arguing. I would never go back there again.

Needed to visit a new doctor for my pup (well, she's no longer a pup but will always be in my eyes)…read morebecause my previous doc (Suffern Animal Hospital) kept ignoring a very clearly infected area on my dog. The facility is very nice and clean. Welcoming, for sure. The front desk ladies were nice. The doctor and his assistant were fantastic with handling my dog (she's quite anxious as well). For the first time, I didn't see her put up a fight! This visit was much cheaper than my previous doctor visits at her old doctor. Not only that but the doc explained everything as he was examining her. I was happy when he gave me things to help treat Venus' infection instead of just saying it's "normal" and nothing to worry about. I'm glad I trusted my gut. Can't wait to visit again in a few weeks!

He LOVES this practice and cries in the car when we get here for me to HURRY AND LET HIM OUT SO HE CAN GO IN. He can't wait to get inside to get all the love they shower him with. All the vet techs and administrators are excellent. Dr. Diane always does what she can for him and all the dogs, and if she can't help, she makes the proper recommendations to go elsewhere. I won't take my dogs anywhere else, even if she is a "tell-it-like-it-is" person.

It was like a stab to their already broken heart. 1. The cat was not neglected. The cat was loved, pampered, fed, petted and played with for 18 years and then recently it started sleeping all day, not grooming itself and not even formerly favorite foods could tempt it to eat. 2. My in-laws are elderly (80s!) and rarely drive their car anymore, so even getting to the vet takes an effort. 3. The cat had always fought getting in the crate to go to the vet and this was part of the reason they put it off--they didn't want to further traumatize it. (Plus, who wants to face it that this could be goodbye?) 4. The vet implied that my in laws could have saved its life if they were willing to spend the money. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. They lack human compassion.

My fur baby, Zuri, has been seeing Dr. May for a little over a year and half now. I'm thoroughly…read morepleased with her elite care of my baby. Little history: Zuri is an IMHA (Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia ) survivor/rockstar warrior. She started seeing Dr. May approx. 3 weeks after a week long stay at the hospital, where she had 6 blood transfusions. The hospital did a phenomenal job, but when Zuri was released, her red blood cells count was still gravely low. Her case was very aggressive. Zuri was on a few medications to help her, but I knew that Zuri would need someone highly skilled. So, I did some research about internal medicine vets in NJ and found Dr May. Best decision ever! Dr. May meticulously monitored Zuri's health over several long months, always answering/addressing my many questions/ concerns, finally weaning Zuri off of her IMHA meds entirely. By the time, Zuri was off of her meds with great values, I was ready to cease the monthly visits because Zuri was doing great, and I was 100pct comfortable with Dr. May's plan. She got Zuri that far! It was a beyond scary time for me, and Zuri had been through a lot. But, Dr. May and everyone from the assistants to the front desk at Animal Care of Oradell made the overwhelming experience better. Everyone always answered my MANY questions!! It's even the little things like being engaged by Sherry at the front desk, who is always very friendly, helpful, and responsive. It doesn't escape me that she would engage me to maybe make me smile or laugh...to just relax a bit, especially earlier on when I was a nervous wreck. Fast forward to this year, Zuri was doing so well that she really just needed to get an annual done. And, it was during this visit, Dr. May noticed that Zuri's kidney function was off. She had Zuri undergo a few studies, and it was determined that Zuri has kidney filtration (protein losing nephropathy) as well as high blood pressure issues, but it was caught very early. And, since being put on a couple medications, Zuri's levels are looking really good. Btw, during this time, Zuri never displayed any signs that she was ill. Again, this is a testament to Dr. May's diligence and care. I've written enough, but since I never got around to writing one last year, I figured a lengthy review is appropriate. :-) I wholeheartedly recommended Animal Care of Oradell.
