Wow! Such an incredible place with multiple ways to take care of yourself. I found out about them on Facebook and Instagram, and they had a special offer on social media for first-time customers. so So I went in for a cryo session and their cryo chambers are by far the most pimped out chambers I've ever been in! It was quick, easy and affordable so I signed up for one of their monthly subscriptions. Fast forward to my fourth visit... After I sustained a hamstring injury this past weekend, I switched things up by scheduling a session with their Normatec leg compression. It was supposed to be 30 minutes, but after chilling on their comfortable leather recliner and watching their TVs, it felt more like 5 minutes. My leg felt so much better afterwards, and my slight limp that I had for most of the week was gone. This past visit has got me excited on what to try next! read more

This spot is new and amazing. I have many problems with muscle pains and fatigue after hard day of training. I received many treatments here and they were all worth the money. The first time I visited I received the cryotherapy, the second time I got the UV light treatment and the third time I received the normatech treatment and they were all very refreshing and beneficial for me. I think investing time and money on one's self for physical and mental health is the most important routine someone could have. The also have a very knowledgeable and attentive staff if you're not familiar with all this expensive new technology. It looks like the owners of this place has spent lots of money on the place by giving it all the high tech equipment and love it needs. Also the entire place is hospital grade clean. read more

Just tried The Vie Co. and i gotta say I am impressed. I work out regularly and use cryo to rejuvenate my body, so when I heard we have a new cryo clinic in Glendale I had to try them out. The space is extra nice and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I love cryotherapy but the Vie Co. also offers other therapies like the normatec suits which I tried for the first time ever. Had an appointment at another spot that flaked on me. Set up an appointment with The Vie the next day for a cupping was super easy. Great experience! The cupping session relieved tension in back muscles. Mimi was super friendly and helpful. After session I decided to also do a session in the Infrared sauna. Mimi set me up with no hesitation. I discovered this place on my morning walk. The coolest and most vibey place I have been to. I bought the "pick 2" and did a session of Novothor, the red light therapy and a 30 minute session of Normatec, pulsating compressions, for my legs. The Novothor was such an amazing experience, I felt an instant relief throughout my entire body and came out so relaxed. I also, slept like a baby that night. They gave me an option of connecting my own music in the room and enjoying some aromatherapy. Since I am on my feet all day the Normatec was so prefect for me, literal recovery. I recommend everyone come here and experience this! The staff, their hospitality and just the overall aura was amazing. If I could give more than 5 starts I definitely would.
