This spot was recommended to us by the nearby WorldMark resort, and at just about 6 minutes away, it was the closest breakfast option. It was a hot August morning in Arizona, but we enjoyed our time overlooking the golf course while enjoying a hearty meal. The portions were generous--so much so that we took leftovers with us. Our server was attentive, and the whole experience was pleasant from start to finish.

Great view of the mountains, friendly servers, nice patio, and on Saturdays there is live music. The food is good. Your typical cafe fare. Nice place that locals gather!

We live just outside of Sun City and have dined at The Views several times, including with friends and family. As implied, the views of the Catalinas are amazing! I don't know if we've just been lucky, but we have not experienced the service issues that some other reviews mention. Many restaurants are facing staffing challenges now, so perhaps it just depends on the day. My go-to dishes here are the green chile quesadilla, catalina grilled cheese minus the bacon, and pan-seared salmon. The food always has been good, and I appreciate that it can be accompanied with a nice glass of inexpensive wine. Oh, I also must mention the dessert special. The caramel cheesecake was rich and delicious! With decent food and amazing views, we'll continue to pop in periodically.

First of all, the 25% off the bill for checking in on Yelp was a bonus. We chose the restaurant for its proximity to our condo. When we checked in, with a delightful hostess, the discount popped up! Our waitress Eden was pleasant, informative and efficient. She wrote down the discount - her first time encountering one. She brought our drinks right away, and returned for our food orders. Niece ordered the bagel & cream cheese (including salmon, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and hard boiled egg). Husband ordered the Sun City (scrambled eggs, plain pancakes, and bacon), and I ordered the waffle with strawberries & whipped cream. Orders came quickly, delivered by a very nice young lady. Eden returned to fill Niece's coffee cup. She'd brought extra hot water for me earlier, for my tea. Food was very good! Niece didn't eat all the salmon (so much!) or tomatoes (again, so much!!). Husband shared some of his bountiful breakfast with me (scrambled eggs were fluffy and excellent). My waffle was light and good, with just enough whipped cream and sliced strawberries (didn't need syrup). When we paid our bill, our 25% discount became the tip with another $2 for extra special service and food. Before leaving for our road trip, we used the clean, stocked bathrooms. Outside, we enjoyed the plants (flower looked like conch shell) and views.

Came here due to the great reviews. First off I want to mention that there is a check in coupon but the restaurant refused to honor it. They actually blamed yelp for it. Beyond that service was prompt. We started out with the shrimp cocktail which was very traditional and tasted fresh. For entrees my companion had a Reuben with a side of sweet potato fries. Very delicious. I had the strawberry balsamic salad. It's spinach with pecans goat cheese and vinaigrette. I had the large. It was great for a lunch portion. Neither of us had any left overs. We indulged in desert as well. They have a nice selection. Our choice was the brownie sundae and the chocolate chip cookie sundae. Neither the brownie nor the cookie were warmed but the sundaes didn't suffer much from it. The brownie was soft and very moist. The cookie was crisp. The vanilla ice cream it says is made in house. It was quite good. All topped with a nice helping of whipped cream and a cherry on top for good measure. The restaurant is clean and unassuming. There's a variety of dishes to choose from so I'm sure most will find something they like and I believe it will be pleasing. All in all it was a very satisfying meal topped off with a most beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

The view was great, the food was distinctly average. Nothing to make it stand out in any way, from any random diner.

I will say it did take a little while to get service at first, but honestly the incredible view and perfect weather made it easy to just relax and enjoy the moment while we waited. I ordered the prime rib sandwich on sourdough with au jus, and it was absolutely delicious, super flavorful and cooked perfectly. I also got the strawberry vanilla margarita with a sugar rim, and WOW... easily one of the best drinks I've had. So good. My grandparents each ordered the prime rib sliders without the bun with a loaded baked potato and made their own yummy creations, which they loved. The view was amazing and really made the whole experience, and our waitress, Paulina, was so kind and attentive once we got going. Definitely recommend if you're looking for great food, drinks, and a beautiful atmosphere!

The wedge salads had just a dollop of Bleu Cheese dressing on them. I don't usually order filets, but I did this time. It was overcooked and really tough for a filet. I suspect that they're now using a lower quality beef. The $24.00 "add on" lobster tail was tiny and undercooked. It was still opaque. The Sticky Toffee Pudding dessert (not on the menu, not sure why the waiter recommended it) was dry and dense. Overall, the quality has gradually gone down. So much that I doubt we'll be back.

I don't think this was a traditional sidecar, which was surprising, but it was tasty. It's small, but it packs a punch. The bartenders here are very talented. But, there are some things to note, namely on cost: 1. There are great "summer" rates and packages available - they usually run from mid-May until just before Labor Day. 2. Valet parking is $42 a day - there really isn't another option. 3. The resort fee is $68.73 per day (that includes tax) 4. Food and drink are VERY pricey - especially breakfast and lunch (my small egg white omelet with greens on the side was $29). If you have the ability, use the To-Go coffee and bakery spot next to Core Kitchen & Bar. They are open until 11am everyday. 5. They do cater, fairly well, to gluten-free needs. Other things to note: We were in room 2805 - a beautiful, clean, and comfortable room. It was so nice to have a fire pit on our terrace to enjoy (as well as the wildlife that stopped by to say hi). Note that there is a sidewalk that runs the length of the hotel, right in front of the fire pits so during the day, it does not feel as private. The spa cabana was worth the price tag if you plan on wanting to be outside all day and want to keep cool in between soaking in the sun or swimming in the pool. It's also adults-only. The spa, itself is beautiful with every amenity you'd need for a relaxing day.
