    Margarita and Woodford with coke
    Neyda V.

This place is about 8 minutes from our house so we decided to come by Saturday night to have a few drinks. The property is gorgeous, although we sat at a table, I noticed the bar had holders for your purse and power for charging phones, etc... you can tell they thought of comfort. There was a live guitarist playing, it was a very comfy atmosphere. We had the opportunity to met the bartender Greg, I see why he has come up in several of the reviews. He gave us a warm welcome and told us we could sit anywhere we wanted and he would come to serve us. The menu was very esthetically pleasing and described their goal of sustainability. The specialty drinks all looked great. I went with a smokey margarita and my partner opted for a Woodford and coke. The drinks were great, the service was great and the ambiance was wonderful. We will definitely return.

    Peak Burger

My business colleagues and I were staying at Omni for a golf tournament and upon check-in we saw the Peak lounge and decided to stop in and have a cocktail. We were greeted by Greg, who was an absolutely wonderful bartender, very knowledgeable, polite and attentive. My girlfriend isn't a big drinker but likes sweet drinks so he suggested a midori sour which she loved. They have a full bar along with a good assortment of craft beers and wine. They do also offer some menu items although that didn't open till after 5pm on the particular day that we went, so we ended up coming back later on in the evening for another round. At that time, we had noticed that Greg had put on a martini workshop featuring four different martinis so we had him make us one which was the Grasshopper. It was super delicious more of a dessert martini I would say, but definitely worth a try. We also ordered the Peak Burger. It came with regular fries or sweet potato tots and was absolutely delicious. Overall the space is very inviting and open just passed the lobby when you walk into the resort. It is beautifully decorated, lots of seating both around the bar along with individual table and couches. You could even sit near the window to overlook the patio where we could see the pool and fire at night. And bonus seating on a patio with heated lamps... great for chilly evenings this time of year. Whether you are a local or a visitor stop in and let Greg take care of you.

    Old fashioned

Went to The Peak lounge to grab a couple of drinks and listen to music on a Saturday night. The Peak lounge is located inside of the Omni resort, and is open to anyone, not just guests who stay at the resort. The lounge area and bar are very nice and open with lots of cute sitting areas and views of the resort. While they have a couple of food items you can order, they primarily have snacks and finger foods available and specialize in drinks. Our bartender, Yves was amazing and made my husband a very tasty old fashioned and I asked for a special holiday drink which was not on the menu. I just showed him a picture of the drink I wanted which included the ingredients, and Yves elevated and made the drink even better. Love the calming and relaxing vibe, the amazing service from the bartender and the music...will definitely be back.

    Lounge area... very nice!

It was our first time...and how have we gone so long not trying this amazing restaurant?!? The food is spectacular...EVERYTHING was magical. They make a great prickly pear margarita but the muddled strawberry Caipirinha was my favorite. Wow! We enjoyed the steak empanadas and bacon wrapped chorizo stuffed dates for our appetizers. Get those dates! I admit I was skeptical but so glad I tried them! Had never had paella before but the Mar y Tierra was HUGE and just DIVINE! We got 4 portions out of it! The Crème brûlée was a beautiful conclusion to a fantastic experience Highly Recommended...you won't be disappointed. So glad we got out of our box and tried something new. Can't wait to come back!

The food was amazing and the service was top-tier. Our waiter was friendly, funny, and great. We had the best dinner here during our trip to Tucson. First off, the whole menu sounds incredible but you just can't go wrong. We picked the following tapas: LAS FAVORITAS (Dates stuffed with Spanish chorizo, wrapped in smoked pork) PULPO FERIA (Octopus, fingerlings, chili oil, parsley, chimichurri and greens) TOREADOS (Seared shishito peppers, lemon, herbs, chicharrón) ALCACHOFAS (Grilled artichokes, goat cheese, orange zest, and mint) And for the paella: MARISCOS Grilled squid, prawns, mussels, clams, and saffron For dessert, we got the tres leches. The cake was so soft and drenched in delicious cream. I'm really not kidding when I say everything we got was delightful. I can't pick a favorite, get them all! I will say though that the paella was a star of the night and was filled with so much saffron and seafood so don't miss out on it!

First time dining at this iconic Tucson restaurant and let me start with how delicious the food…read morewas. It lives up to all the reviews and why I gave 3 stars. I've always been a believer in sharing the good but when all establishments have 5 stars it loses its meaning. A birthday night was unnecessarily tainted by a surly server who went out of her way to humiliate my partner without apologizing for her error. We came for the music and didn't mind waiting 15-20 minutes after getting menus from the hostess. When another couple arrived 10 minutes after us and the waitress happily greeted them and took their order we were surprised and not happy. An attempt to get her attention was met without acknowledgement but a brusque response - I am with them. Not I'll be with you in a moment , or oops, or I'll get someone else for you. So we went to leave . Disappointed of course, because we wanted a nice experience. As we left she continued her dismissive behavior as my partner simply stated what he wanted. Her attitude was harsh and unwarranted. Fortunately Diego, the manager made it right and brought us to the other room. He took care of us personally and the music and food lived up to all the many very good reviews . Great service was highlighted in all the reviews. Rude and haughty just isn't Tucson. The experience felt crappy -- enough so I am venting here. 5 stars otherwise. Probably some of the best splurge food in Tucson. The wine list is excellent, small plates divine and next time I will be sure to have French Onion soup. We will be back and kudos to Diego who was in an awkward spot. A server who wouldn't back down or say she was sorry and a sad miffed customer. Everyone has a bad day and it's amazing how much a genuine sorry can make things ok.
