Liz. is. the. BOMB. We got married here on 11/1/14; Liz, the coordinator extraordinaire, made everything so much more beautiful than I had expected, and I have incredibly high standards. I had handmade a lot of my own decor, calligraphy-ed my own signs and framed our own pictures. The day before our wedding, I stuck post-its on everything and dropped boxes upon boxes off at The Villa with Liz. I'm quite OCD and live under the motto "if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself" so it took a lot for me to hand things over to anyone. When I walked into The Villa the next day for my wedding, I knew I had chosen right. Liz had arranged everything PERFECTLY and beyond my expectations. Let's just say I could NOT stop staring at my own sweetheart table. It was absolutely beautiful. Liz ran the show that night and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Whatever we had asked for, she magically made happen. AND she did it all with the sweetest smile. Before the wedding, Liz answered email upon email without ever making me feel like I was bothering her (there were a LOT of emails - let me tell you). Finally, the food. Asian banquet food can be quite lackluster. Actually any wedding food can be lackluster BUT The Villa delivered. Everything was deeeelicious. Our guests are STILL raving about the food and asking where we got our catering from. It wasn't my first choice to have an Asian banquet for my wedding - but family must be appeased. I'm beyond relieved that The Villa offered a beautiful venue with delicious Asian banquet food so that I could still have my wedding the way I had envisioned it without the Chinese restaurant setting. I don't understand all these negative reviews, all I can tell you is that my experience with Nikki and Liz was fantastic! I mostly worked with Nikki for booking and planning while Liz helped with coordinating on our wedding day. Nikki was always responsive to my calls and email and available to meet whenever we needed to. She needed minimal guidance in what we had wanted, I felt that she knew my style after I briefly explained it to her. As for decoration and setup, we walked her through once and she amazingly remembered where everything should go without writing anything down! She's amazing! On the day of our wedding, I was completely WOWed by how beautiful the space turned out to be. It was better than what I had envisioned and that made me so happy! The centerpieces were exactly what I had wanted and our DIY decorations were right where we wanted them. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for us to pop after we had cut our cake! Nikki and Liz were also awesome at staying on top of our timeline and making sure everything ran smoothly. I'm so thankful they took care of it all so I was able to enjoy my wedding day without being a stressed out bride! read more

We just had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. The Villa is a beautiful venue and we were able to have a ceremony and reception at one place. One stop shop We worked with Kimberly first but then Nikki and Emily took over. We were a little nervous but the transition was seamless and both were professional, kind, responsive, and patience. We had a lot of decor and DIY items that Nikki set up for the reception and it looked awesome!! The food was delicious and the first platter presentation by the waiters was really cool. All of our guest really enjoyed their food and the yummy drinks from the bar. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend the Villa to anybody. This place saved my wedding. My old venue, which I had booked almost a year in advance, experienced a kitchen fire and informed me less than a week before my wedding date that they could not move forward with the wedding. It turned out to be a great thing because I found the Villa the day after. Liz, the site coordinator, pretty much organized an entire wedding in 3 days. I had so much going on and the Villa took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about centerpieces, rentals, or food. This place did not nickel and dime me for every little thing, like many other venues I've met with. In fact, they did more for me than I expected, from the sparklers to the champagne bottle opening that was one of the most entertaining moments of the night. As a bride, I couldn't help but worry, but when I stepped into the ballroom, I was overwhelmed by how beautiful and professional everything looked. I'm so glad I didn't hire a wedding planner because with the ease and way the event flowed, I didn't need one. Were there things forgotten or things that could have gone better? Perhaps. Would I take back that evening? Definitely not. I am so happy with the way things turned out and only wished I had found the Villa initially instead of the last few days before my wedding. attended a multi-cultural wedding here recently. the food was tasty and served banquet style (though people i came with left hungry, as the tables that were full obviously had less food than the half-empty tables). the DJ was great, and so were the dragon dancers and drummers! rivetting! loved the interioir, but the location is really random! there was a pepboys, uhaul, burger king, and a motel next door. the venue just seems so out of place! we couldn't help commenting on that all night. though the staff was friendly, it was annoying how they were such sticklers to "the rules." the bar strictly would not serve any drinks until after 6pm. even though they were fully stocked and ready to go, they would not allow anyone to order a drink even at 5:59. people were standing around hungry and thirsty. we asked for white wine at the table during dinner, but the server said his boss wouldn't let them serve white (even though the open bar a few feet away did?) then towards the end of the night, they started charging for drinks at the bar. strange. my last complaint is that it was really HOT! the air conditioning broke that day, and one of the employees told us no one had come to fix it. we were sweating bullets. read more

I agree with the person who said to make sure you read who's writing the reviews. DO NOT USE THIS VENUE FOR YOUR WEDDING IF YOU ARE A BRIDE/GROOM!!! We had a horrible experience here. They will try to charge you for everything!!!! If you want your florist to decorate your cake - forget it! They force you to pay for their mediocre florist. And you feel like you can't do anything because they already took your deposit... We had our wedding here and had Nikki was our consultant. She was very unprofessional and was extremely rude to my parents and in-laws!??!! You would think that Nikki, being the owner's daughter, would have better customer service, but that's not the case here. She's a snob and acts super fake. She definitely did NOT make me feel like a bride on my wedding day, all she did was complain about my guests... she needs to act like a real wedding coordinator and handle it. Wow, Can I say wow? I don't know how it was pulled off, but I have to give credit to the Villa's organization, experience, and skills in handling a reception service. If we forgot to do something, the Villa, Nikki, already knew how to go around it and make it happen. We barely did the minimum requirements and somehow it turned out beautifully. Nikki, Emily, and the rest made my reception a magical and stressless experience and I can never thank them enough. And we also weren't the easiest couple/family to work with either. Although we did not get to have a rehearsal before the big day, we did not need it at all. Emily's calm demeanor walked us through every step of the way, she was like a little butterfly whispering in our ear what to do next. They have newly renovated the place so it looks extra beautiful. We had hired an electric violinist to play in the grand salon and I can't believe how amazing he sounded in there. Thank you so much girls. I could just tell my guests felt pampered and had beautiful experience without their million of compliments and pictures. We booked the Villa per the recommendations of our friend Steve Nguyen (Main Place Optometry) and another friend who has been to several events at the Villa. We did the right thing. This being a second reception for our daughter's wedding, she and the groom were not highly involved in the planning. So, it was up to the inexperienced MOB to take care of things. I could not have done it without Emily Miller, the petite wizard who guided me from day one, and was on- hand the day of. Every time I called the Villa, someone always picked up on the 1st or 2nd ring! Don't they even take a lunch break? They are so professional. Emily was always pleasant and patient to answer my questions. She was always a calming presence. We were fortunate to be the first wedding of 2016 and the grand ballroom's floor was changed from carpeting to beautiful wood flooring. The walls were also freshly painted. We chose to add 14 Amber lights and this truly enhanced the ambience of the room, with vaulted ceiling and gorgeous chandeliers. Some of our guests said this venue was definitely a hidden pearl. Who knew from the street that this was such a beautiful place, unfolding its charms at every corner? The only down-side for our event was that the outdoor fireplace was not lit as promised (something to do with the Fire Dept. requirements that I wished could have been communicated to me in advance) and there were no heat lamps. It was cold for our guests who came ON TIME and were all crammed in the small lobby area, causing the Hors-D'eouvres and Open Bar time to not be as enjoyable as envisioned. If you have a January wedding, make sure you and the coordinator iron out these details, especially for the comfort of elderly guests who started to feel tired standing around for 1 hour 30 minutes----with no seating available. The evening was not spoiled because of this minor glitch. Emily worked beautifully with the MC and DJ, who were our personal friends brought in for the event. The only word I can use to describe the rest of the evening is "seamless". Emily calmly floated around to lead the bride and groom through all the required activities of the evening. I asked her to be the "captain" to lead us through the greeting of 25 tables; again, smooth as can be. The delicious champagne (on the house) were poured, and after the cake cutting, the cake was whisked away and cut---on schedule. At every turn, if there was something that needed my attention, Emily just calmly appeared and helped me take care of it. I can not write a review without mentioning the most important part of the event, the food. We had guests from San Francisco---a mecca for good food---and they really enjoyed the food! Many of our guests were Chinese and they also praised our choices for the banquet. The favorites were the Shrimp and Chicken Salad, the Soup with Tripe (served hot, not lukewarm like other restaurants), the Crispy Chicken with Shrimp Paste and the Fish Fillet with Basil, and of course, the Lobster. Appetizers looked great and tasted fresh, and the servers were very pleasant. If you want an elegant event with delicious food, experienced coordinators, and very efficient and pleasant servers---at a fair price---don't hesitate to book the Villa. read more

This review has been long overdue since I have been lazy. The Villa was amazing to us. They were super accommodating. Our coordinator Emily and our florist Nikki were both amazing. They set up everything and cleaned up everything for us. We didn't have to worry about a thing. They made sure we had all of our ducks in a row. Emily was super helpful especially on our wedding day because she made sure that I follow our schedule of events and reminded me to go change and what was coming up next etc. They responded quickly when I emailed them and found out the answers for me right away if they didn't have the answers. They gave us an awesome deal for everything. Our wedding was on Halloween last year so they threw in all sorts of free stuff for us. They had great promotions last year if you booked with them. I fell in love with the Villa as soon as I saw it. Our guests that smoke loved the outdoor area where we had our ceremony. The grand salon where we had our Photo Booth and bars was huge. People could wander around all over the place. Our only complaint was that they didn't have a microphone for us for the outdoor ceremony and most of the guests couldn't hear the vows we wrote for one another. They said the DJ was supposed to bring. There was some sort of miscommunication that should have been taken care of. Also, our sparklers exit was somewhat chaotic. Partly due to our guests being drunk and couldn't follow directions lol but also because there wasn't a lot of help in organizing this part. Also, I asked them to dim the lights for us in the ball room because it was too bright and we had up lights and they said ok but didn't do it. Overall, we were quite satisfied with everything and so glad we picked The Villa as our wedding destination. We wouldn't have it any other way. Our wedding was fun and memorable. I would have to agree with Chris C on his review. I was a bit skeptical on checking this place out, but if my friend referred me to check it out then I'm going to see what The Villa has to offer. We went over there and immediately Monica was super friendly and sweet. We gave her our budget and made it pretty clear that money is really tight on us because my husband and I do not make good money. She gave out a lot of ideas on what to look for on price range and what to expect out of everything. Our wedding isn't until next year, but it's never too early on planning a wedding. I too am giving it a three star for now, but when the big day happens, that's when I'll give my full honest opinion about everything. My wife and I just got married this past weekend and it was the most incredible experience we had. From the time we set foot into the Villa we were greeted with expertise and professionalism from the staff. We worked specifically with Mai but her team were incredibly helpful in every way. They worked with us on our vision of making this our dream wedding. They were easy going and enjoyable to work with as they collaborated with us on ideas, budget, themes, etc. They gave us exceptional referrals for the photographer, videographer, photobooth, cake company, etc. all of which we would give 5 stars. They really went out of their way to make this process an easy one despite the chaos that one might expect from putting together a wedding. Their professionalism is one thing, but the human side of them is an even better quality that we encountered. We never felt pressured from the initial moment we set foot into the Villa to meet with Mai and her staff. We could go on and on about how great the experience was and that could take ten more pages...literally. We laughed our tails off with the staff every time we visited the Villa crew. The whole experience was memorable all the way through. Finally, one can never predict what the outcome of such a huge event can be and we were definitely in that boat. However, the true measure is the feedback we got from our friends and families that attended. We could not have asked for a more perfect experience. This place is a rip off. We made ana ppointment but still had to wait 25 minutes. My fiance and I went here to check out the pricing and man was it expensive for a "Vietnamese" place. The family style meal was pretty standard pricing, but they charge you up the behind for all the "extras." They try to squeeze every bit as much out of you as they can and they sure jack up the prices! Granted the venue is nicer looking than other Vietnamese joints, the prices were horrible. If I wanted the hanging sheer curtains over the dance floor, that was about $1200 when other places were a lot cheaper, less than half the price. To rent their cheap Ikea sofa, 2 chairs, and cheesy particle tables for the longe area was $500. Hey, that's how much those furniture costs so they're basically making their money back. To rent their manzania trees (wedding trees with fake crystals) was $2400 for 2! It would cost me at most a total of $800 to buy the two trees myself from a florist and decorate them with flowers and crystal beads. You're not allowed to use any outside vendors. It's understandable, but to jack up the prices triple what other places cost is too much. I wanted to have a chocolate foundue fountain from a vendor who was charging $500 for 3 hours for 150 guests. This guy working here wanted to charge me $1500 for the exact same package. If I wanted my outside vendor, I would have to pay an additional $1500 so that I can use them. Ridiculous. I also wanted a gobo light (a light that has your initials that is cast over the dance floor). He wanted to charge me $400, then changed his mind and made it $450!!! I could have gotten that custom lighting made somewhere else for $219 AND I would get to keep the gobo light and light projector. Not here......(Once again, you're not allowed to use outside vendors inlcuding lighting and florists so they can charge you whatever the hell that they want and charge you more if you want to use someone else). After all of the extras, inlcuding $8000 in lights (would have cost me $1000 at other venues), my wedding budget was $15,000 over. I'm going to stick with Royal which has a much classier dining room and I get FREE valet, FREE band (I'm still going to get a DJ), FREE MC, FREE champagne toast, etc. and no extra or hidden costs. When I was there, they offered me refreshment and were not pushy and very easy to deal with. read more

My husband and I have very mixed feelings about this place now. Our wedding was on 2/21/15 and at the time of the event it turned out great, but the before and after were kind of crappy. I wanted to give you a few tips in the event that you DO decided to have your wedding reception here. Starting with Nikki - She will tell you lots of things in person about the flowers and how amazing they will look however she will also tell you that she will send you pics of samples - and then never sends them no matter how many times you ask. She told us we'd have cafe au lait dahlias in our large vase arrangements (for the thank you card photos) and then 2 weeks before the wedding mentioned that they are not available this time of year and suggested filling with more roses and hydrangeas etc. While the arrangements turned out looking OK we didn't understand why the cost of the arrangements remained at $185 each (with the actual cost of flowers going down). Liz was quite helpful throughout the process in answering any questions that we had come up. We never got to do our tasting because the 2 events that they had planned within the year before our wedding we were out of town. We were told that we could go to the restaurant to do our tasting for 3 items and if we wanted to try the full menu we could get 20% off the bill. We never quite made it to the restaurant as it seemed like a huge hassle. During the reception the flowers looked nice - the submerged orchid arrangements that we designed for the head table looked nice, but the submerged light was placed on top of the gems just sitting there instead of underneath - I let it go at the time and enjoyed the night however the OCD side of me is slightly bothered when I see it in photos LOL! Liz did a great job setting up all the DIY decor we had provided - the room looked great! One MAJOR tip I have for you at the conclusion of the reception: have a list of EVERYTHING that you provided them and demand that they give it all to you that same night. Why? Because they hurriedly packed a bunch of things in random boxes and shoved them in my friends car and didn't tell us what was leftover to pick up at a later time (they said it was fine to pick any leftovers up when we got back from our honeymoon). We got home and threw everything into a pile to check after our honeymoon - once we looked over we noticed some decorations were missing as well as the cake board that we needed to return to the bakery for our $50 deposit back. I emailed Liz and her assistant responded that they had the decorations and cake board ready. We came in to pick them up and the cake board was suddenly missing... Liz said she would check the kitchen and get back to us - the cake board has yet to be located (the place is not THAT big) and it has been about 2 weeks since our wedding... they will NOT reimburse us the $50 that we are now down because they are "not liable for any personal property that is left on the property" according to her email. I know that $50 may not sound like a lot to them (I mean shoot did we not just pay them $15,000 in cash for an event?!) but it is a lot to us and I am truly disappointed in their customer service. Just BUYER BEWARE: keep tabs on all of your inventory and take EVERYTHING home the same night, don't take their word on flowers (things may turn out differently) and you will be able to enjoy your wedding! read more

My cousin and I went to The Villa for a consultation. The venue is really pretty. Their packages are very inclusive. They offer bundle deals. Pros and Cons about having to book everything through them. All decorations including flowers and lighting have to be placed with them since Lifetime owns The Villa. Simple centerpieces are included in their package already but if you want something different, you'll have to pay for it. Chiavari chairs are their standard chairs, so you don't have to pay extra for them like how you would if you booked a hotel. So that cuts the cost down a lot. The quality of their work is what you pay for. They use all fresh flowers and their style is different. They're pretty accommodating to what you want. They even offered to have me send them my Pinterest boards so they can help design my wedding theme. My family has booked Lifetime to do their flowers in the past and I would probably hire them to do my decorations regardless if I went with The Villa or not. read more

We had our wedding here on 8/9/14 and it was such a great time! We initially were leaning toward Pacific Palms but picked this place because it fits up to 300 guests and had Asian catering, which was great in our situation and the price was cheaper than Pacific Palms. I do not get the negative reviews since we did not experience any of things that were mentioned on the negative reviews! Liz Chan was our coordinator and it was just a pleasure working with her. This is coming from a guy's perspective too. I always dreaded running errands for the wedding and getting dragged by the wife to look at things, but Liz made it easy when we came by to discuss details of the day. Plus she was always available through email so we always had constant communication with her. What made it convenient was that alot of things we needed (chairs, linen, flowers, etc) is done in house so you don't have to worry about trying to find all these things ourselves and the prices were fair. We also had a choreographed first dance and they allowed us to practice there many times when there wasn't an event going on during business hours. We just felt as ease knowing that we picked the right venue for our special day. The day of couldn't have gone more smoothly. There was no hiccups of any sort and everyone was raving about the food. I mean you can't go wrong with chinese food, and with the amount of food, who wouldn't be satisfied? We had our cocktail hour in the optional open space inside the Villa and it was just decorated to our specifications and it was a lot of room for our guests (and we had 250 guests!) and a lot of people were complimenting on how nice the decor was. The ballroom itself where we had the reception was great as well. The lighting, the decorations, everything was just on point! Drinks were flowing, music was bumpin, and everyone had a great time! I came here as a guest so I have no clue abou the planning process behind this place so Im just going to review based on the place itself. Small. Valet Parking. Somewhat of a nice atmosphere. There is a lounge area and the main ballroom. The lounge area is pretty awkward for asian people. So if your asian and having a wedding and your family is filled with a buncha oldschool asians, this is awkward af. We normally like to get seated and sit down instead of waiting at the bar and then standing at those tall tables. Oldschool asians dont play that! But if youre not asian and the wedding is filled with younger people then this makes sense. The ballroom was pretty chill. The food wasnt that bad, I was disappointed int eh walnut prawns though. Those are a wedding classic! One of my favorite items of all time yet this time it tasted average. Its all good, I love that the food didnt take long from one dish after another. read more

My husband and I had our wedding at the Villa in December 2013, and I have to say that our decision to book this venue was one of the wisest decisions we could have ever made! We booked roughly a year in advance and met with our AMAZING coordinator Liz more times than I can recall and each time she time she was able to calm our fears, making the entire process less overwhelming. Liz went above and beyond our expectations by providing us with updated spreadsheets, countless images of décor ideas, vendor information... the list goes on! Having her help to coordinate your wedding may be reason enough to book your wedding here! (Thanks Liz!!) The beauty of this banquet hall is that everything for the most part is in-house which makes the selection process virtually stress-free. The entire staff is extremely professional and accommodating. They took care of literally every minute detail we could have ever thought of. The best part is that everyone in attendance (family, friends, bridal party) got to enjoy the evening and not worry about the stress of setting up, etc. My husband and I chose to have both the indoor ceremony and reception (along with cocktail hour) all at the Villa, and it was everything we imagined it to be and more! Everything was done to the highest standards and the course of the evening was paced out perfectly. As for the overall décor and lighting that evening: absolutely gorgeous! WOW is all I can say about The Villa. Not only is the venue beautiful but the staff there is beyond amazing. My original venue had a fire accident so with only a few months left, The Villa were able to squeeze me in. Considering the short amount of time they had, Liz Chan was on it! She is professional and passionate about what she does and I believe her results truly shows it. There was a lot of wedding coordinators that I talked to but the reason I went with The Villa is because of Liz. She made the whole experience enjoyable and fun. To top it off, I live out of state and she was patient took the time to work with my bridesmaid to make this wedding happen. She also worked with my picky mother on picking out a menu. Even my mother enjoyed Liz's company and she was thoroughly satisfied with the menu selection. Liz has a great sense style and knew what would look fabulous on my wedding day. The recently had my wedding at the Villa on 8/8/15. The venue was clean, modernized, and beautifully decorated inside and outside. Nikki Tran, Director of Events & Design, was AMAZING! Attended cousin's wedding and the food was horrible. The soup tasted like it was burnt and the lobster with garlic noodles was drenched in oil. I expected a lot better for this venue since I heard they were the same as Furiwa. Was very disappointed in the quality of food. The ballroom was nice, but I felt like we were in a box. I didn't feel luxurious because everything else surrounding this venue looks run down. Maybe they're just in the wrong neighborhood. Cousin also told me they didn't allow any outside vendors. She had to book everything with them and their prices were higher than other vendors. read more

Why is there no choice for 0 stars? So here's the deal...I was just helping my sister and a good friend who both used Lifetime for some services. I am shocked there are any reviews that are higher than a 3 star, I mean, by luck, they've got to so something right. So let's start with sister's wedding who only used them for the Groom's and Groomsmen outfits. The men all had to go 3 times to get their suits fitted, re-fitted and re-done again. Up until the day before the big day, when their answer was "yeah, if you don't want it short, then it'd have to be long, but all you have to do is sag your pants so it won't look bad" and another classic quote "oh, well you shouldn't have let him measure you the first time, he doesn't know how" Well the why the F did your employee measure them? The customer is supposed to know who's incapable? And their price were not cheaper than Men's Wearhouse so why deal with the lackluster service? So in the end, the day before the wedding, my sister and I ran to Men's Wearhouse desperately looking for the same Calvin Klein suit...stress we did not need. Only to look at the tags of the suit, it looks quite different from those from Lifetime. Bootlegs CK suits that we got, my opinion YES! SO, fast forward one month to my friend's wedding. Same deal with the guys outfits. Not one guy's outfit were fitting. Friends also ordered flowers from them and there were 2 plants that were placed by the sweetheart table. They added these ugly beads on them that the bride never asked for...so they deliver products that's not what ordered. I had to quickly remove them. Again, stress that you don't need! To top it off, the employee asked me what time they can pick up the plants so I told them midnight, even though the wedding ends at 1am. He was not pleased. If you're a full service company, is it really that odd that weddings end at midnight? Also, for a full service company, they certainly are not there to "make it happen" The bride forgot to update her count and was missing 2 centerpeices. It would have just been nice if the employees just gave heads-up that we didn't order enough when they were placing it and knew two tables didn't have it. So after looking at the reviews, what I think is that if u have your wedding there and catered they may deserve a 3 star, if you use them for floral and the wedidng party, be ready for some low quality service and product. We had our wedding in April 2012 and the wedding venue was good. Our guests really liked the food and the decor and our wedding coordinator, Liz, was very nice and accomodating! However, the price is more expensive than other traditional Vietnamese places but it is less than the cost of a hotel with Vietnamese-catering food. Again, if you are looking for something different than just a Chinese-style restaurant wedding, this may be a place that you might want to consider but just know that you are NOT allowed to bring in outside vendors and will have to go through their own vendors with a lot of stuff! Got this room on Price line and the location is excellent. The room was small and the bathroom was smaller. The standard mattress/bedding was average. There is a garage on Rush/Superior. Made me ill to pay $120 for parking regardless who owns the garage. I would not book the Fullerton again with so many other options in the area. There is no coffee in the rooms, they charge for internet in the room free in the lobby It was clean. read more

first let me start by saying this place is beautiful! our wedding was in June of 2017 the service we recieved from Kimberly and Nikki was great! where this place completely failed was the execution of our food. We had clearly marked all of our place cards for those that ordered chicken since it was the minority and the rest to be steak. we were supposed to have wine poured service and dinner start at 7. the servers ruined the serving. the servers that worked our wedding seemed to be first time servers. no clue on how to serve. they threw plates at our guests, the last table was fed at 9:30 after they claimed to run out of steaks which caused the delay but theres no way that should have happened, half 80% of my tables did not get wine poured service so im not sure how we went through the bottles i purchased. the bar tenders were rude to our guests and even more rude to our vendors! they wouldnt give our vendors water. we had also discussed feeding our vendors before the reception so they could capture the photos and video of everything. this was agreed upon 2 weeks before the event, the night of they told us they couldnt do that and that made our vendors basically starve until food was ready. keep in mind they were with us all day so they didnt have food for over 8 hours! not ok. i wouldve brought extra food for them or had them take a break and go buy food. the coordinator assisting Nikki was on her phone most of the time and had the most unapproachable demeanour. i was very dissappointed. all the delays caused us to have to run around and we werent able to maximize our time for photos the way we wanted to. the venue is gorgeous but it all comes down to execution. read more

i have to agree with the majority of the comments. this venue is totally over rated. i had my wedding there. the only reason why i did was because i felt at least it wasnt your typical chinese restaurant scene. But the food was a disappointment and the fact that they didnt allow outside vendors was a total rip off considering all there added services and extras cost an arm and a leg. the worst part is the little extras i did add didnt look the way I was promised it would look. all in all. I regrete having my wedding there. I would not recommend it to another. read more
