I am so long overdue, but better late than never, right? LOL Our wedding reception took place on 6/25/2022 at the Villa. We booked our reception venue back in 2020 and Alyssa was so amazing! She helped us with so much. She was always there to answer any of my repetitive questions via email. I cannot explain how much Alyssa and the team at the Villa went above and beyond for our wedding. Our wedding was incredibly beautiful. I wish I can relive the moment over again. My family and friends cannot stop talking about how delicious the food was. The 7 course meal Vietnamese style was delicious. I loved their lobster and garlic noodles. Hands down, the best. There is nothing bad I can say about Alyssa and the Villa Team. They were amazing and we're so thankful we chose this reception venue for our wedding. They made our wedding night become a living dream. It was just so beautiful!! Words cannot explain. I would definitely recommend chosing The Villa for your wedding venue.

Tucked away between a tire shop and the Westminster Motor Inn, off Beach Boulevard and Westminster, you'll find a beautiful wedding venue called The Villa. This place is truly a hidden gem. Parking is limited but they also have valet. This place is so gorgeous from the outside fireplace and hanging lights, to the inside with amazing lighting and spacious seating. The Villa has more of a Spanish-Mediterranean inspired theme, it almost felt like I was at an old rustic Vineyard in Spain. I was here to celebrate a friend's wedding. Their wedding ceremony was held outside and the reception was inside. The host/dj of this venue did a really good job keeping everyone entertained. My favorite part of the night was when we lined up outside holding sparklers for the newlyweds to walk through. I would highly recommend The Villa if you are searching for a wedding venue.

When I saw this place, I knew I had to booked my wedding here. And I am so glad that I did. Alyssa was so helpful throughout the whole process. She responded my endless emails and helped with decisions that I kept going back and fort on. In the end, the wedding was exactly how we vision it and I couldn't stop crying thinking about it. I didn't have the chance to eat but a lot of our guests loved the food. It was truly the best day of our lives.

We started planning for our wedding at the end of 2020 during the pandemic. We are so happy we found The Villa. The Spanish inspired interior won us over instantly. We were also very fortunate to have Alyssa Pepe to guide us along the way. She was very communicative, accommodating, and patient with all our questions, requests, and things to look out for during her experience with other peoples weddings. We don't know what we have done without her. We want to thank her so much for helping make our reception such a memorable night for our wedding day. The staff at the Villa were very professional and took care of so many things for us on the night of. Especially helping with COVID-19 preventative measures and constantly changing protocols. Alyssa was very calming and helped us along the way. This venue can be a little premium on the price but what you get in return is a very professional event space that comes included with the catering, florals, and lighting. We wish they were a little more flexible on the corkage fee for other liquors such as Tequila and Whiskey (they only allowed Cognac and Wine). The vendor insurance can be a little stressful too but at least you have peace of mind that the Villa takes outside vendors seriously. We recommend this venue for a max of 250 guests or below. Anything higher and it will get too crowded. What's the best part of this venue is having the Dining area and Lounge area separate. It provides a nice flow and a lot of breathing room for all your friends and family. Thank you again to Lifetime Wedding & Events for having such a beautiful venue such as the Villa and having Alyssa guiding us all the way to make it happen.

Very classy venue. Staff was attentive food was good. I would want more bathroom space, or having it clean hourly so that there's no trash overflowing.

This place had my heart from the moment I first walked it and saw the chandeliers. It's most beautiful venue, I couldn't be happier with how everything looked. I booked this location way in advance because I knew it was the place we wanted to say have our wedding at. Every step of the way Emily answered every question I had and I truly appreciated all her assistance! I had so many compliments on the day of the wedding, how beautiful everything came out! My center pieces were exactly what I wanted, the sweetheart table was decorated exactly how I pictured, the food and service was amazing!!! Everything went so smoothly and it was all thanks to Nikki and the rest of the team! The only reason I don't give it a five was because my bridal and bridesmaids bouquet was not what I asked for. I had a vision of what I wanted and unfortunately it was not what I received. They also did not arrive on time when they were delivering to my ceremony site. My guest had already arrived when they were setting up. Aside from yhis, I wouldn't change a thing about having my wedding at The Villa.

Light pink uplighting, ~$20 per uplight. Chocolate table linens, ~$15 per table.

My wife and I had our wedding here in April 2012, so we're an actual groom and bride (not employees or affiliated). We had a good experience here, and don't regret our decision. PRICING: By minimum food and beverage requirement, and based on day and season- so call. I think ours was $8000 minimum for a Sunday, off season. VENDORS: It's a pro in that you can get most of the food, bar, and decoration (up-lighting, chairs, flowers, linen, etc.) done at once. The con, is obviously the price...however, their pricing isn't too bad (we've researched). The Villa is comparable for some things, and slightly more for others. DECOR: The Villa has chiavari chairs (gold) included in the package for free :-). Booking a hotel, or renting them for a restaurant through event rentals will cost about $4-7 a chair. Up-lighting through The Villa is pretty average, unlike what other reviewers have mentioned. It was about $20 per light, which is comparable to how much most DJ's charge to do up-lighting. We got quoted $18-25 from most DJ's so $20 from the Villa is pretty reasonable. 20 up-light fixtures will fill the reception room, though we did 15 to keep costs down, and it worked out well. Flowers would probably be one of the more expensive things to rent through The Villa, but again, on the price range of an expensive flower shop. They included table centerpieces and a flower arrangement (at stairs/banister table). The only thing we paid extra for were the sweetheart table flowers (3 @ $50 each), and the manzanilla trees (2 @ $150 each- used for thank you photos, then moved to decorate cake area). Linens cost on the higher end as well. They included white linens but we paid extra to change to a colored one (chocolate). It was about $15 per table linen. Renting from an event rental place would cost around $8-15 ($8= no pattern). At least for $15, you get to chose the color and pattern that you want. We had about 3 patterns to choose from, for our color. Draping adds to cost as well, but we didn't care for draping, so don't remember the cost. There is no draping included besides the sheer white curtain that divides the waiting/bar room from the reception. The Villa looks nice without drapes anyway, in my opinion. We rented a projector, and screen for $300, which also included set up and running it. The reviewer that expected it for free expected too much, because most places charge for that, or don't have it available. You can rent from your DJ at a little cheaper, but ours didn't have one. FOOD: The food is the standard Vietnamese wedding food or American (if not catered by Furiwa). We had Vietnamese and our Vietnamese guests didn't complain, and our non-Vietnamese ones enjoyed their food. The cost of the food is on the higher end, but we expected that. The most important thing about the food here, is that it is Vietnamese wedding food, served in a non-tacky, non-outdated, and modern venue. Sure it's cheaper at Seafood ___ blah blah, but look at those places! DRINKS: We did a set amount in advance which lasted until 2nd meal w/ option to pay more the day of...cheapest route for us. COORDINATING: We had an awesome coordinator: Liz! Totally down to earth and experienced. She moved on to her own business Lizzy Liz Events. Definitely look her up if you need coodination! OTHER NON-TACKY PLACES, to consider for Vietnamese Wedding food in OC: Royal - grand looking, but too big and old style grand (not our taste) S Vietnamese - very modern, but smaller, less grand and food is served family style but per person (single item per person). Food is more modern Vietnamese (we liked but parents didn't). Mon Cheri- nice, and modern, but less grand. Cost only slightly less than Villa. Paracel - attended a wedding here after our wedding and it's pretty modern and nice. Concrete floors and draping give it an even more modern feel than the Villa. Though the Villa has more of a classic Spanish look which looks good. I'm sure Paracel is a lot cheaper but didn't inquire since we didn't consider it at the time. Hotel Room with Vietnamese catering - Very Costly. You can get the same look from the Villa, at less cost (decor included). CONCLUSION: This place is pretty cookie-cutter, but Modern American style cookie-cutter...not Vietnamese style cookie cutter...which we preferred. There's very few places that serve Vietnamese food that look as good as The Villa, and the pricing reflects that. You need to go in understanding you're using a whole event company, not just a restaurant, to be happy with their service. Definitely worth it if you're looking for a step above the standard Vietnamese place, and less costly than a hotel. Again I'd ONLY recommend if you want a Vietnamese style reception. Especially for Viet couples or mixed couples with non-Viet guests. 200 guests or less (to be comfy).

Their kindness, professionalism, and warmth made a difficult time so much easier, and I am beyond grateful for the experience. The venue itself is stunning, elegant, light, airy, and uplifting, which was exactly what we wanted for this occasion. The room's clean, timeless aesthetic required little decoration, yet it felt warm and intimate. The table spacing was perfect, offering both comfort and closeness for our guests. The accommodations were top-notch. The team provided a large screen and laptop for our video montage, a cable to play personal music through the in-house speaker system, as well as a microphone and podium. They even supplied an easel for our loved one's portrait and an additional table for photographs, ensuring that every personal touch was seamlessly integrated. The linen selection was extensive, but we opted for classic all-white linens, which complemented the elegant setting beautifully. The service was impeccable. Ana and Bryana were not only responsive, professional, and incredibly accommodating, but also genuinely kind and authentic, a quality that extended to the entire staff. They ensured that everything ran smoothly, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The water and tea pitchers were always full, plates were cleared discreetly, and the overall hospitality was second to none. The food was exceptional, our guests couldn't stop raving about it! While everything was incredibly delicious, the Waldorf salad, fresh vegetables, warm rolls, chicken and cookies were particular standouts. It's almost impossible to find a meal of this caliber for just $30 per person, making it not only a beautiful event but an outstanding value. Logistics were effortless. The club's entrance was easily accessible, parking was a breeze, and the staff even allowed me early access to set up table centerpieces and our photograph table. Set-up and breakdown were seamless, handled efficiently and professionally. If I had to describe this experience in one word: EXCEPTIONAL! The level of care, service, and quality provided by Mile Square Golf Course exceeded every expectation. I am so grateful to have chosen them for this special event and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly elegant, stress-free, and beautifully executed gathering.

From the moment we walked in, we knew the space was spacious and beautiful, but what really blew us and our guests away was the quality of the service and the 8 course meals. The Food: Usually, "wedding food" can be hit-or-miss, but the 8 course meal here was spectacular. Every dish was served hot, beautifully plated, and tasted like it came from a high-end restaurant. Our guests are still raving about the Peking Duck, the House Special Lobster with noodles and the appetizers during cocktail hour. They even handled our guests' dietary restrictions with total ease. The Open Bar: The open bar was a massive hit! The bartenders were professional, fast, and incredibly friendly. Even with a large crowd, there was never a long line, and the drinks were poured perfectly. Having a high-quality bar service kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long. The Staff: A huge thank you to Anh Tony and Anh Tuan and the entire team. They made sure everything ran smoothly so we could actually enjoy our night without worrying about the details. If you want a venue that looks stunning and treats your guests to an unforgettable meal and a great party, look no further than White Palace 2. Highly recommended! Crystal & Michael - 10.18.2025.

Upon arrival, I was shocked by how overcrowded the restaurant was; there were about 65 tables crammed inside the venue, far beyond what felt safe or comfortable. My husband uses a wheelchair, and he could not get through because the aisles were essentially nonexistent. All the tables were placed right next to each other with no setback or space to move. During dinner, if anyone wanted to go to the restroom or simply step away, they could not leave their seat because the chairs were packed tightly against the people behind them. Once you sat down, you were literally stuck until the event was over. This setup felt unsafe, inconsiderate, and completely disrespectful to guests--especially those with disabilities. It appeared that both the restaurant and the concert organizers prioritized packing in as many tables (and as much profit) as possible, with no regard for customer safety, accessibility, or basic comfort. I will never return to this restaurant or attend another Khanh Ha concert. If you want others to treat you well, please remember the "Golden Rule": treat others as you would want to be treated yourself!

We got married here on Saturday, March 14, 2026 to coincide with the 10-year anniversary of our first date! My fiancée & I needed an ideal venue where we could get married and have everything all-inclusive (ceremony & reception) within Orange County, in one location. We came across Serendipity The Venue in Fountain Valley and saw the great reviews so we made an appointment to meet with the owner, Brad Ho in February 2025. From the moment we walked in, right away we saw the place was classy, beautifully decorated, and very large to easily host the 160+ guests we were inviting. I wanted to secure March 14, 2026 so I readily gave a deposit to ensure we had our date booked! We selected their top wedding package, The Serendipity Package and chose with the Asian 8-course dinner. What is fantastic about this package, it also includes two photoshoots. We did an engagement photoshoot in July (which turned out beautifully) and had the wedding photos the day of the wedding (both in a nearby park with the wedding party and in the venue during the ceremony and reception). So we also got the wedding photographers with our package, one less thing we needed to arrange! And they were pros, we're very impressed with how the pictures and videos turned out and captured the moment. We also appreciated they provided us a wedding coordinator (Maria) that works for them, and she ensured every detail came together as planned! We kept in touch with her regularly in the months leading up to our big day. The day of the wedding, March 14th, we were impressed by how they have a coordinated team that ensures everything flows smoothly! They had valet, professionally-dressed security, servers, bartenders, DJ, the photographers. For the reception the food was incredible, and the DJ, "DJ Charly" was engaging and made it a fun night! We're grateful to Brad, Carolina, and Maria for having this all come together. We wanted to take as much of the guesswork out of planning, so this was the ideal venue for us. We did not have to search for an additional ceremony space, DJ, photographer, videographer, caterers, bartenders, and catering service because those services were all included. Not to mention, security, valet, and a dedicated coordinator! We had a couple of special requests such as print-out welcome photos for our guests, two outside food vendors for our late-night snack, and a dedicated table for an outside silhouette artist we hired, all of which were accommodated with ease. I was even able to make a custom photo-booth print and bar signage, and was so excited to see them on display on the wedding day! We received so much positive feedback about our wedding from guests. Lots of compliments about the food (we went with Paracel catering), the music (shout out to DJ Kido who really understood the vibes we were going for), the photography (which we received very quickly by wedding photography standards), and the venue itself. Brad did a great job emceeing for us, and kept the schedule flowing while also bringing positive energy. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, from the wait staff, security, valet, Carolina and her photography/videography team, Maria as our coordinator. It felt like a well oiled ship. Luckily for us, 3 Petals took those wise words and said "hold my champagne." We gave 3 Petals team a large task of 270 guests, a moody romantic theme, picky eaters, quality drinks, amazing food, and a floral chandelier that made us gasp. Not only did the team understood the assignment, they handled all of it without missing a beat. We can't talk about 3 Petals without talking about the staff. And we have to start with Ashley, because she deserves every thank you we could give. As our POC for the entire year leading up to the wedding, she was an absolute sweetheart from start to finish. Every email answered promptly, every question, no matter how small, was met with patience and clarity. It felt like planning a wedding with a friend who genuinely wanted our day to be perfect. Ashley truly set the tone for what the entire 3 Petals experience would feel like, and that standard carried through every single interaction with their team. The venue staff as a whole are warm, genuine, and flexible. You can tell they actually love what they do. The venue itself is a true blank canvas. We wanted a moody, romantic theme and 3 Petals team suggested maroon draping. Game changer. It completely transformed the space and gave the room a warm and intimate atmosphere. The team provided extra lighting to balance the moodiness of the room and made sure our linen choices tied everything together perfectly. Their in-house rentals are fairly priced, their florist team is incredibly talented, and the floral chandelier they created was honestly more stunning in person than anything we had imagined. Since they have established relationships with so many local vendors, coordinating everyone was smooth and stress-free. Now the food. We need to talk about the food because this is where 3P truly shines. Many of our guests were from families of great cooks. We are talking picky Asian moms and aunties who will absolutely let you know if something did not meet the mark. Every single one of them complimented the food. This was the highlight of the wedding for us. We went with Signature Menu 2 and swapped the first course for cocktail hour bites, and that decision alone was worth it. We had tried the cocktail food at our tasting and knew immediately it was going to be a hit, but the actual wedding night confirmed it. Every single item was amazing. The curry shrimp was juicy and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of curry flavor, served on a crispy bite that had the most satisfying crunch. The halibut ceviche was a fresh, beautifully executed Asian fusion take. And the filet beef cubes were tender, soft, and seasoned so perfectly that every single bite felt intentional. And those were just the appetizers. Dinner raised the bar even higher. Our front runners from the moment we tried them were the twice cooked short ribs and the steamed sea bass, and they delivered on the wedding night exactly as promised. The short ribs fell completely off the bone and melted in your mouth. The sea bass was incredibly fragrant and cooked to perfection. The soup was delicate yet packed with generous amounts of shrimp and crab, and they did not skimp on a single thing. And the lobsters with garlic noodles? Bomb! All our guests raved about these dishes. The compliments did not stop at the wedding either. Weeks later, guests were still bringing up the food unprompted. That speaks volumes about what By 3 Petals puts on the table. Our guests really came for the wedding and stayed for the drinks. The full top shelf bar meant every cocktail actually tasted like a cocktail. No watered down drinks, no flimsy plastic cups, just well-made cocktails served right. The venue went above and beyond by helping us craft his and her signature drinks. It was a small personalized detail that got people talking all night and made the bar feel like part of the experience rather than just a table in the corner. Venue by 3 Petals is truly the full package and one of the best decisions we ever made for our wedding. Thank you 3 Petals Team for the best night of our lives!
