They were about to do the small sink but fortunately I was onsite and caught the issue in time. They made it work with a proper size sink. Even with these glitches I still was satisfied and would absolutely work with them again. The price was similar to what I'd paid several years ago for a similar sized job so I would consider their overall offering to be very competitively priced.

We just had another visit today, and the experience was once again exceptional. The technician not only fixed the obvious issues, but proactively checked every drawer and cabinet in the house. We had an 8:00 a.m. appointment; he arrived early and waited in his vehicle until precisely 8:00. (No 4-hour arrival window with Keane.) I even assumed one pantry door was permanently warped--it is now perfectly aligned. Having worked with many contractors and vendors over the years, I continue to be blown away, and grateful, for the professionalism, craftsmanship, kindness, and consistency Keane Kitchens provides. This kind of long-term commitment is incredibly rare. Our primary goal last year was to remodel our master bedroom and bathroom, and this expanded to our master closet and garage. Jackie was the master at helping us re-engineer a complete change in our master closet, guest bedroom closet, coat room, and garage. The final product was nothing short of a masterpiece! She created a layout that is nothing short of a work of art for our master closet. She crafted a design that allows us to have multiple layers of hanging clothing areas that doubled our space, with suggestions to our GC on back painting the wall Tiffany blue to make the closet super zen and show worthy. This included soft closing doors in the garage, two levels of hanging space in two guest closets, and a master closet that is a show piece. He talked us through the pros and cons of different cabinet types and I was sold from the start. His initial quote was 25% less than similar stores. More importantly, Quesco saved us money with helpful advice (e.g., don't buy the glass from the cabinet manufacture) and were very involved in the planning layout process. The cabinets were delivered ahead of schedule but Quesco kept them in their warehouse until our contractor was ready for them. It turned out that one of the doors was scratched and Quesco immediately ordered a replacement. They also worked with our contractor to ensure that the custom wood paneled hood was a proper fit for the remote liner/blower we were installing. One additional plus, there's a counter top store right next door to Quesco (http://www.yelp.com/biz/the-countertop-store-san-carlos-2) that's very convenient. In addition to the solid surface counters they have on display, they are granite fabricators -- we bought our slabs at another store and had them do all the work. I highly recommend both businesses.
