Our project…read morewas extensive and including a completely new kitchen, turning our old kitchen into a multi-purpose laundry/mud/craft room, and three bathrooms. All required detailed planning on layout and materials. Kerstin created detailed schematics for the cabinetry and tile layouts for each of those spaces. She was able to assess my style and work with me in defining a direction on the rooms where I had very little idea of what I wanted. For rooms that I already had a picture in mind, she was very good at taking my ideas and helping me refine them, as well as correct some mistakes that I may have made on my own (you don't what you don't know). She also advised on other finishings throughout the house and helped me with color selection. The colors turned out beautiful and I wouldn't have been able to get just the right shades in some of the rooms on my own. My favorite rooms that we worked together on are my new kitchen and our master bath. Kerstin was instrumental in creating rooms that reflect my style, yet incorporate ideas that I would not have been able to generate on my own.
