Gyro Sandwich $7.75 comes with no side
    Kinnie I.

Pricey $7.75 gyro sandwich. Tasty but small portion and no side. Daughter and I felt hungry still after ordering one each. So we ordered the onion rings for $5.99. Crispy and delicious. Again really pricey for just onion rings. After getting two soft drinks with these food items, our bill was over $30 without Tip. Waitress was efficient. I'm not compelled to return because of the price. Ambience is the window looking out at the village and walkers going by. It's a simple restaurant.

It's a good thing they don't have Darth Vader and Lex Luther working here. Otherwise they'd be the Villains Grill. And it's a good thing that everything doesn't taste like young calves. Otherwise it'd be the Veal-ish Grill. It's a good thing they don't play Pearl Jam 24 7. It'd be the Vedderish Grill. And it's a good thing the employees don't work in road construction. Or it might be Fillditch Grill. I don't understand what all the fuss is about. There are some amazing Souvlaki places in Western NY. I can think of 15 or 20 souvlakis that I love. The dish here was not particularly delicious. The rice tasted like quick cook rice, it was very poor. The seasoning on the chicken was not really there... it just tasted like grilled chicken. And as if this wasn't disappointing enough, the price was significantly more than the same dish would be at far better restaurants. If it wasn't a locally owned place it would get a lower rating, but the service was decnt and it's family owned and they mean well, so 3 will do.

Hidden gem in Williamsville. I'm from buffalo originally but live in SF and every time I come home I order from Marwan. His food is fresh and so incredibly tasty- you can't get this anywhere even in California. He has the best spanakopita I've ever had! You should stop what you're doing and go now!

Very very good food. The owner was helpful in helping me understand the foods and such. It was a very clean place inside but I asked him to make it a takeout due to too many people staring at me. Other than that the food was excellent.

    So much deliciousness!

Lunch at work today, I had a meeting so my co-workers dined in and ordered mine to go. This place is fantastic! I've work at a few places located in Williamsville and The Village Grille is always a lunch favorite! Fresh ingredients, authentic tastes, priced fair for your portion and consistent! I mean seriously, I'm going back some years here. Staff is friendly too. I could eat here weekly!

Grilled veggie and side of fries

Surprisingly delicious. Doesn't necessarily look like much from the outside or the inside, but the food is so good... Chicken souvlaki salad: the grilled chicken is so tender and well-seasoned, and the lettuce is crisp and fresh. The feta is shaved so you get just a little bit in each bite - no huge chunks of feta - for the perfect ratio of ingredients. Grilled veggie pita: I wasn't sure what to expect, but this had a mix of grilled peppers, onions and tomatoes that were seasoned with some sort of delicious oil-based dressing. Again, the feta was perfectly dispersed to season it and bring everything together. It was so, so good - I didn't expect it to be so tasty and satisfying. Pita bread: fresh, pillowy and delicious. Very good pita bread. Fries: crisp and delicious. Overall: I've been here a few times and always forget how good it is. The guy who runs the place seems to be Greek and he was very nice and helpful. Recommended.

A waitress came over with a menu and took my drink order, an easy order - coffee. They gave me plenty of time to decide what I wanted. When I remember my last visit, the customer service was a little lacking but this time, everyone I interacted was incredibly pleasant and very nice! About 10-15 minutes later, my breakfast was brought over with a variety of syrups. For breakfast I went with an old favorite, "Hill" size (three) Cinnamon Roll Homemade Hot Cakes with whipped cream on top! They were nicely sized and made to perfection. I LOVE these pancakes so much that I scarf them down in what feels like two minutes, so I put A LOT of effort into pacing myself and enjoying, savoring them this time. I've been coming here for eight years now and I will say, the prices have gone up but it's not prohibitive and once in a while, you just have to treat yourself. Buffalo has several great breakfast spots and Campfire Grill is certainly one of them. I can not wait to come back for another plate of hot cakes or their crunchy French toast!

It's cafeteria style (for now, I'm sure), where you go up, order, pay for your food, then sit at one of the 4 tables. The place is very clean and for now, they have folding chairs, but you will absolutely overlook that when you try the food. It's a small place and I'm sincerely hoping eventually they can expand. And I'll explain why... . As the owner will proudly tell you, they have won awards for their sauce. I'm not in the least bit surprised... it is absolutely scrumptious! It's not like the sauce you find at most places. This is authentic Northern Italian sauce. The flavor is so rich, I could literally drink it from a cup! The meatballs are very flavorful, and the homemade bread... thick and hardy. . I ordered what was a breaded rice ball with a meatball in the middle. They threw in a couple extra meatballs and cut me a huge hunk of bread. My friends all ordered what was a stuffed half loaf of bread and got to choose their own fillings. We were all extremely happy with the food. . Now what makes this special other than the food... the two men who make sure your dining experience is a good one. The owner, once we were finished eating, sat with us at our table and got to know a bit about us. He told us that he also offers cooking lessons with Italian lessons! What a great idea for a group of people to experience. . Please give this little gem a chance. They certainly deserve all the kudos. We all agreed we will be returning soon. .

Their Detroit-style pizza is REALLY good, you definitely should order one if you go, but that night, I wanted to try something else. All-in-all, a good experience, albeit a little pricey for what I got. About 7:30pm on a Wednesday, I found a parking spot across the street, right by the entrance. As I walked in, I was greeted by a nice, young hostess who immediately seated me at a table. Not long after that, my waitress for the evening, Brooke, came over with menus and water. Brooke was great - Friendly, checked in regularly, was knowledgeable about the menu! I whittled down the menu to three choices and she helped me decide with a great recommendation. With dinner ordered, I sat back and took in the ambiance - Plenty of TVs with sports on, classic rock music playing over the speakers, and LOTS of people enjoying the evening. This place was just as packed a year ago when I came, but this time, the staff were way more synchronized! Maybe 10 minutes later, my dinner arrived - I was impressed with the quick turnaround time! For dinner, I went with their Pimento Chicken Sandwich (crispy battered chicken breast topped with a house-made pimento cheese, sweet & spicy pickles, and Alabama white sauce, between a toasted brioche bun) with a side of fries. The sandwich was great - The pimento cheese was creamy with a nice "zing", the sweet & spicy pickles were plentiful and not too sweet, not too spicy and had a decent crunch, and the Alabama white sauce married it all together. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the toasted bun held it all together with ease. The side of fries were cooked perfectly and nicely seasoned but I was a little disappointed with the portion of fries. For over $20, I was expecting a little more, if I'm being honest. The quality was excellent but I would've liked either a little bigger chicken breast for the sandwich or more fries - The metal "boat" they were served in is small, at least to me it seemed small. District 37 is a solid restaurant in North Tonawanda! It's full of energy, friendly staff, plenty of drinks, and good food. I'm glad I had one of their sandwiches, it was very good! But for the price, I wish the portions were a little more. Next time I come though, I'll probably order another one of their Detroit-style pizzas, they're soo good!

We had a nice little room toward the back that gave us some privacy, and the media/audio worked seamlessly, which, when you're trying to do a presentation over dinner, is basically a miracle. Our server was attentive and took great care of us all night. My gripes? The $4 bread service fee. We ordered plenty of appetizers and absolutely did not need the bread. And $16 for a house or Caesar salad? Definitely overpriced. My salad consisted of grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, a few chickpeas and some shredded Parmesan. For $16, I expected a whole lot more, it was nowhere near worth the price. Now, onto the good... There were so many pizzas that sounded good that making a decision was harder than it needed to be. We decided on the Michael as a group. Those caramelized onions brought SO much flavor. We also tried the prosciutto and melon special, which was a huge hit with one of our gluten-free guests. The zucchini fries were perfectly crispy, and the dipping sauce had just the right little kick. I could have kept eating those. Then came the filet mignon, which my partner and I basically inhaled. It came with roasted crispy red potatoes and a mix of green and red peppers, and everything was seasoned really well. One of the guests said the duck breast was absolutely delicious. I couldn't find the dessert menu online beforehand, which was a little disappointing because I like to mentally prepare for dessert. I ended up going with the brookie because cookies + brownies = obviously the correct answer. I skipped the chocolate and caramel sauces and swapped vanilla ice cream with pistachio gelato. Yum!! I also grabbed my daughter the seasonal cheesecake with the mixed berry topping, and she inhaled it when I got home. Overall, this was a fantastic spot for a work dinner. Great food, attentive service, a comfortable private space, and the presentation went off without a hitch. Aside from my $4 bread fee and overpriced salads, I have very little to complain about.
