The Odyssey is always a go-to for breakfast! The zucchini patties are a MUST HAVE! Servers are lovely and attentive, parking lot is good for elderly, has walk up ramp area.

Our first time here, in the door we found everyone so friendly and nice. The restaurant was clean with a nice outdoor seating area. The menu has just about anything you could want. I ordered The 2 egg breakfast, our food came quickly and was fresh and very good with generous portions. The only one thing that annoyed us is the door slams and constantly continuously slams and slams very loudly, don't sit by the door!!!!

Odyssey Family Restaurant is a little gem on South Park, close to the 90 & easy to grab takeout from. They, like many small WNY businesses, need us Yelpers to continue supporting their business through the pandemic, and are all set up for easy takeout (we sanitized ourselves and our meal packages to be abundantly cautious). Pictured is their amazing fish fry. They also have an EPIC zucchini patty breakfast that absolutely CANNOT BE BEAT! Greek specials galore, daily specials, made with LOVE! Please support this business while following CDC recommendations. Let's hope we return to "normal" soon & fill the place to the gills.

I went to odyssey all the time when I live in Blasdell. It just less than 5 minutes from my house. Their food good and reasonably price. After I moved to Hamburg I didn't go there so much anymore. Barely go there. This years after years not going there, I thought I should stop by again. I do like their fish sandwich. So me and my bf went. Today is second time I went there for another fish sandwich. I really like their fish sandwich, taste really good, breading is nice crispy, good sz and for $5.29, it was a deal. We also have an order spanakopita which also very tasty and crispy, a very good blend of filling. The last time we went there we ordered zucchini patties with our fish sandwich. Food wise they are good and we are happily full. Unfortunately today the waiter service quite bad. We have to wait forever to order the food and she was not attentive that was why I only give 3 stars. When I do restaurant I always take consideration on service quality. For a quick and inexpensive Greek food I recommend this place.

Very nice people when we called for take out. Chicken Slovaki and Greek potatoes and dressing were decent, but all quite bland, and "lettuce mix" was brown, which is very disappointing.

Zucchini patty breakfast with pita bread, eggs, potatoes, and tziki sauce.

Enjoyed a nice zucchini patty breakfast here a couple of weekends ago. They have these zucchini patties that I've never seen at any other restaurant that comes with a great taziki sauce which is also fantastic. The greek potatoes were good. As well as the hash browns. A nice diner to check out. You can go here and then shop near the McKinley mall or head to a football game.

The service was quick, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, which made the experience even better. My only small caveat is that the menu is somewhat limited, especially considering how fresh and flavorful everything is, I would have loved to see even more options. That said, I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem and will definitely be stopping by again!

It's cafeteria style (for now, I'm sure), where you go up, order, pay for your food, then sit at one of the 4 tables. The place is very clean and for now, they have folding chairs, but you will absolutely overlook that when you try the food. It's a small place and I'm sincerely hoping eventually they can expand. And I'll explain why... . As the owner will proudly tell you, they have won awards for their sauce. I'm not in the least bit surprised... it is absolutely scrumptious! It's not like the sauce you find at most places. This is authentic Northern Italian sauce. The flavor is so rich, I could literally drink it from a cup! The meatballs are very flavorful, and the homemade bread... thick and hardy. . I ordered what was a breaded rice ball with a meatball in the middle. They threw in a couple extra meatballs and cut me a huge hunk of bread. My friends all ordered what was a stuffed half loaf of bread and got to choose their own fillings. We were all extremely happy with the food. . Now what makes this special other than the food... the two men who make sure your dining experience is a good one. The owner, once we were finished eating, sat with us at our table and got to know a bit about us. He told us that he also offers cooking lessons with Italian lessons! What a great idea for a group of people to experience. . Please give this little gem a chance. They certainly deserve all the kudos. We all agreed we will be returning soon. .

First off, I was greeted and found staff friendly and efficient! You have plenty of options for seating .. dining area, front bar, back bar, even an outdoor patio bar. Although it is dive bar-esque, it was nice and clean (let's be honest .. some dives have a stench and stickiness that can definitely ruin your appetite, no matter how much you may love them). They have a set up for bands to play, as one was playing while I was there for their 2 year anniversary (congrats!). What was nice is although I could hear the band (it was playing in the back and I was up front), it wasn't over whelming me. I have eaten places where, no matter where you sit, it's extremely loud, and I appreciated that you had a choice here. Now onto the food: The food should have been doomed to fail; my tastebuds were prepared to eat sweet, buttery, syrupy French toast with a mocktail at brunch elsewhere. But wasn't hyped about the menu because of this (which is not dog and pony's fault .. I had to work and didn't have time to research where else brunch was available). I settled on the umami smashburger by a suggestion of my waitress. Now once again, could have been doomed to fail as I'm not a French fry person and my favorite cheeseburger is one I make on my own. BUT WOW their food blew me away and made me forget all about my brunch let-down. The French fries were fantastic and had a great seasoning on them! The smashburger was great to the last bite .. and I was NOT expecting to finish it as it was a really nice portion (I ate lunch now 10 hours ago and didn't need to eat again it was so filling!) but it was so dang gone good I sure finished it! Smoked cheddar .. chimichuri aioli ... kimchi bacon jam .. oh ya that bacon jam was EVERYTHING!! Thank you to the staff at Dog and Pony for making my long drive worth while!

They already have a fantastic thin-crust pizza, so I asked if they could make the Sicilian style with the muffuletta toppings. No problem at all. It took a little longer than expected (ordered for 4:45, ready at 5:00), but it was absolutely worth the wait. Ordering is easy online or by phone. If you get voicemail, just call back - they're probably on the phone with another customer. Now, about that pizza. The thick Sicilian crust had the perfect chew: light and airy inside with a crisp, golden bottom. Every bite was loaded with the bold salty toppings, bringing a savory, slight spice/pickled kick that paired perfectly with the oils and melted cheese. The toppings reached edge to edge, creating a pizza that was hearty, flavorful, and impossible to put down. Please pencil in a visit to The Deli on a Wednesday to grab one of their pizzas. I do recommend ordering ahead to claim your dough. This version reads like a Yelp review and really highlights the texture and flavor of a loaded Sicilian pie.

This is a busy spot for classic American favorites: burgers, sandwiches and wings. From my previous experience, I knew it's worth checking the menu beforehand. For someone who is trying to make healthier choices, but not salad, this might be a good idea. I remember the last time I had the Classic Grilled Cheese Melt. This time, to avoid beef, bacon, or fried chicken, I decided to substitute a burger with grilled chicken breast for an additional $1. The Frenchie was my choice. I asked for the included Bison dip on the side and added Grilled Cremini Mushrooms for another $1. I simply couldn't find any ready-made combinations that suited my taste. All the burgers, melts and sandwiches come with your choice of fries or tater tots. We waited longer than expected for our food. The restaurant started filling up after we arrived. There were a lot of takeout orders while the dinner rush was starting. They should have a parallel system in the kitchen to keep the dining room moving at its own pace. Anyway, my sandwich was good. The chicken was perfectly grilled. The mushrooms and onions were flavorful, and the provolone cheese was melted and delicious. It's good that I asked to have the Bison dip on the side. We enjoyed the mountain of fries and onion rings (we really liked the breading on the onion rings). The Mac and Cheese was basic, but classic and very tasty. Unfortunately, our feedback on the Steak Hoagie was not so good. It wasn't as expected - a juicy, Buffalo-style, meat and cheese sub. My partner said that too much spice rub made the sandwich salty and dry. It wasn't the experience of dripping, shaved steak covered with lots of melted cheese, grilled peppers and onions. There was none of it. It was dry, smallish and disappointing. Our server Kimora took good care of us. She was smiling, and made our stay very pleasant.

The food, the atmosphere, the employees--all of it was top notch for an incredible price. So, whats the problem here? Well, I would encourage you to google the ownership of this restaurant chain. As neutrally as possible, the restaurant is owned by a religious group and is staffed by members of that group. Coming here is inherently financially supporting this group and I believe every consumer needs to decide for themselves how they'd like to spend their dollars. I wasn't aware of this connection until after we were seated, a situation where trying to leave was a bit more culturally embarrassing--especially when you're with work colleagues! If this is somewhere you'd like to eat (and it would be a great choice if you did), please look into the ownership and make the decision for yourself if this is something you'd want to support.
