We hired Visual Artistry for our engagement event as well as our wedding event in 2021 because we love their style! I absolutely LOVED having them document both photo and video for us! Here is some of our feedback from what we received:Photo gallery: WE LOVED THE PHOTOS. They delivered over 2000 photos for our wedding and about 1000 photos for our engagement shoot. There was no cap to their editing which we definitely appreciated! We reached out to a few photographers and they only allowed us to have up to 300 photos edited. Glad they sent over a lot! Highlight video: The highlight video was so dreamy They used our favorite song in the highlight and were very open to changes that we wanted in the video! Full length film: Their documentary style full length film took the longest to get, but definitely loved it a lot. They mentioned that because of covid weddings they were undergoing some delays in editing which we didn't mind at all since we received the highlight and photo galleries earlier. The film was great! Was a great recap of the entirety of our wedding which included the full entrance, speeches and our exit and of course a lot of stuff in the middle. Our full length film was about 40 minutes long! Overall the deliverables were great and even if we had some updates or comments, they were extremely open for feedback and although it took some time to receive, we didn't mind! To say I know desi weddings like the back of my hand would be an understatement lol. Ive worked with multiple different photo and video teams throughout the years, and when it came time for me to be a bride I knew without a shadow of doubt that I was going to go with Visual Artistry! Rahim is extremely professional and his editing magic is what really sets him apart of his photography peers. He did our engagement, nikkah, Mendhi and reception and the team really felt like family. My husband is super awkward and having people who made him feel comfortable around the camera was super important to me. I hired Visual Artistry for my wedding weekend in December 2023. It's been over six months, and I have yet to receive my full wedding photo album and JUST received my wedding video. To be fair, they did initially deliver my video and photos; however, significant shots were missing. Many traditional elements of my wedding were left out from the wedding video, like gate dhora which is a very special and fun Bangali wedding tradition. I would be able to understand this if I never disclosed to them that it was important they capture these moments. However, I had MULTIPLE calls with Tazmin and provided her a schedule of the events so she and her team would know exactly what to capture. They also didn't capture any shots or videos of my mocktail bar from Moonlight Mocktails, the food that was being served outside, or the unique signage I had DIYed myself. I don't know what they were doing the whole night. The day of my wedding reception, VA's team was either delayed or was working very slow. They were so slow that my husband and I missed the sunset and did not get to take sunset couple photos. That pisses me off since that was another thing I had expressed was very important. Unfortunately, I did not get any good couple shots with my husband from my wedding. That's unacceptable and literally their one job. My whole wedding was delayed partially because of these guys. But honestly, the fact that I haven't received all my photos to this day is bullshit. I have been talking to Halyna to get my wedding photos; however, she takes WEEKS to respond. How these guys run their business is beyond me. read more

My husband and I just received our wedding photos and video and we are so so happy with the results! The quality, turnaround time and overall aesthetic came out so elegantly and beautifully. We did extensive research to find which photography company we wanted for our wedding and heard from countless people that Va.Co would be a great option. From the beginning, communication was swift and representatives, like Ashley and Tazmin, were so helpful with all of our questions. Both individuals were prompt with their emails and, Tazmin particularly, discussed logistics very thoroughly with us. I also really appreciated that she was flexible with some of our itinerary changes and provided us with suggestions on other aspects of the wedding process as well. We had a wonderful time with Visual Artistry. The team was great with all our family and helped us get all the shots we wanted and needed. They were very accommodating to the requests we made. The day of experience was very smooth and the team was always fun to work with. We did some unconventional things at our wedding (games etc) and they continued to be flexible. I'm shocked by the positive reviews of this company. First of all, you're hiring random photographers and videographers based on the city you are in. You won't know who these people are until the day of your event so there's no way to know the quality of their work. They will legitimately take over a month to reply to your email, and when they do reply it's with useless responses. I really think there was something wrong with the person responsible with corresponding with me. Their inefficiency cost me the date I wanted at the venue since she took over 2 weeks to respond to a simple question. Honestly working with them was the MOST stressful part of the entire wedding experience and I would recommend just going with a local photographer or a legit photography company where you can actually meet and correspond with the photographer themselves. read more

This place is a scam. I'm building a case to take them to court. Also will be blasting them on social media. Will be paying for advertisements to share my negative experience. Will not share too much until after they've been served. Stay tuned for the social media campaign against this company. They made a very big mistake by trying to take me for a ride. Fort of all, they do not respond to any calls or emails. They have random people working for them and the turnaround for their people is crazy! I paid for extra photographers and didn't even get photos of my entire event. If you want to be ignored for months and want the kid who owns the company to hide from your emails, then this is the company to hire. They will take your deposit so fast and then assign kids to you as leads for your event. It was embarrassing to read these emails from their employees. Then the relative of the owner will come in and tell you that they're now in charge with a fancy title for their position. All they do is waste more time. Then they finally say oh we're just a small mom and pop shop that needs your patience due to Covid. Bunch of crooks who don't give you what you've paid them for which was photos and videos and customer service. Oh here is the best part...they delete and block you from social media. Not just you if you say anything about your negative experience, but if they don't like what you say about your event that your wedding was a complete joke and wasted your time and money or even if you ask why they deleted you or someone else's, comments...they will block you. This post was flagged by then as well. But the problem is, the truth can't hide and everyone is about to know what happens when a company takes advantage of good people. My experience is like many other peoples experience. They do not provide good response time. The owner hides behind other hired tweens. This is NOT a professionally tan operation. My pictures have not come back as requested. My videos were all chopped and done by some amateur high school students in photo class. I recently got married in January of 2022 and hired Visual Artistry Co as photographers for my Nikah (islamic wedding). They were so professional, kind and thoughtful on the day of the event. I booked VA.CO for a wedding that was supposed to take place during the early COVID days and we had to postpone the event due to the lockdown, but fortunately Rahim and his team were extremely flexible and understanding. VA.CO has designated staff to ensure a smooth process, and they always responded back to my emails quickly and clarified any questions I had. About 1.5 years later we had our photoshoot and we were extremely happy with the service. During the photoshoot Rahim and his staff made us feel very comfortable. I also had a local park in mind to do the photoshoot, and Rahim suggested an additional location for more pictures during golden hour (about a hour before sunset). The photos from the 2nd location were our favorites and are high quality. Overall I am happy with the photos and I am thankful Rahim took amazing shots and provided his expertise.
